Fantastic experience: I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I have a lot of anxiety and fear when it comes to going to the dentist, but everyone was so kind, patient, and understanding. They explained everything they were doing and were incredibly gentle throughout the appointment. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I would highly recommend Allen Dental to anyone, especially if dental visits make you nervous.

Negative experience: There team do not listen to the patient I told them I don't want a deep cleaning. They charge for a deep clean that then never do and insurance will not cover it American Dental Association say they must listen to their customer looking for a new dentist. Even ask to talk to the owner and was not lisen to.

Fantastic experience: I’m not good with the dentist and because of this it has been a while since I have been. Upon entering the building, I felt at ease. The team welcomed me in, showed me around and assured me they would not hurt me. They promised and delivered! I look forward to my next visit!

Fantastic experience: The staff is so friendly. They're also so respectful of, not only me, but of the fact that I have a service dog. They get me in quickly and have given me excellent care so far.

Dr. Miller and Dr. Allen are both efficient, personable, and have a great sense of humor, which makes visits enjoyable. What really sets this place apart is how well they handle my five kids at the same time—it’s incredibly smooth and stress-free. They’re amazing with children. Overall, an A+ experience!

Hygienist Shelby is professional and thorough, with a gentle touch. Dr Allen uses the newest technologies and recently crafted a perfect crown for me in just one visit. Amazing! The massaging chairs are the also a bonus to help patients relax. Highly recommend Allen Dental!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about this dental office! I had a dental emergency on a Friday and had already called over 10 other area dentists, but none of them could help me. This office fit me in last minute and quickly diagnosed that I needed a root canal. Instead of leaving me in pain all weekend, Dr. Mark Mueller and team called around and found a specialist who could see me the same day. Thanks to their kindness, efficiency, and genuine care, I was able to get treated and start feeling better right away. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients. Thank you so much for turning a stressful awful situation into a positive experience!

Negative experience: Went in asking for gold caps, claimed I didn't need them and asked me to do white fillings, now the teeth have rough finish and look spotty, completely did something I didn't want, and I have to live with it Contacting them to rectify it if not I'm going to have to pay out of the pocket for 100% gold caps They could have used the VA and had it approved a different dentist already did.....

Fantastic experience: Yesterday was my first time at Allen Dental. Being on the autism spectrum, I've been very nervous about going to the dentist. Kelly, my dental hygienist, was just amazing, and made sure I understood everything without it turning into a lecture. I felt seen and heard and for the first time in a long time, I wasn't ashamed of my teeth. Everyone there is amazing and so very kind!

Fantastic experience: Switched to Dr Allen from a very noteworthy Dentist, Dr Allen is very professional and thorough in his assessment of your Dental care, and found problems I had mentioned to my other Dentist and was brushed off. Dr. Allen took seriously, and did the repairs necessary for a healthier mouth.

My kids and I didn't have a good experience with a local dentist and with Dr Allen and his team with have a great experience every time. My youngest is no longer afraid of going to dentist. I recommend him and his team to anyone that asks me were we go.

Fantastic experience: Tiffinay is awesome! She is both my hygienist and my Myofacial therapist. Allen Dental is hands-down the best dentist I have ever been to. Crowns are made on site and put in the same day and they have the latest and greatest technology for getting x-rays done.

The atmosphere is relaxing. They offer massage in their chairs but due to back issues I do ask them to turn it off. I still have work to be done and am excited that I will be taken care of at Allen Dental.
