Fantastic experience: To deal with a patient like me, not only shows what kind of doctor Dr. Estess is, but who he truly is as a person--his character. As a therapist for 27 years, I’ve metaphorically held many hands of some very frightened people until I could get them out of pain. I had a client from Florida (a CPA and partner in a firm) call me because of his severe back pain, many times crying, for two months before he came out to CA. Having never experienced problems or pain with my tooth, and I can’t remember ever with my mouth, after extraction there was pain. But the tooth had been infected, and yet it was just so counterintuitive for a therapist who was used to pain being the sign that there was a problem. Twice I came in and Dr. Estess was so kind spending time with me to assure me that everything was fine. And then, five weeks into it, AI scared me saying that even with a deep hole extraction, it should be closed and pain free. I knew I probably was Dr. Estess’ one exception. And AI said to contact your dentist/oral surgeon if it was not healed. My dad was a top scientist. He always said it was about understanding. I definitely did not do my homework, which was a huge mistake for me, before having the tooth extracted. I’m usually so tough, but found out some teeth stuff scares me. I am so grateful to Dr. Estess and his staff for their kindness, loving support and holding my hand, metaphorically, through my challenging time.

Fantastic experience: My surgeon and Anesthesia doctor were absolutely amazing, understood my mental disabilities and my high anxiety levels, they were super easy with me and explained everything to me. Fantastic experience: The team at both the Culver City and Hermosa Beach locations were excellent. Everyone from the front office to the dental room were efficient and friendly. My 9yo needed a tooth extracted. They had never even had a dental needle before so we were nervous, but it all went really easily. The entire experience from star to finish was no big deal. Dr Donlevy was an absolute professional, easy breezy attitude that put my daughter at ease, same with the nurse. The use of laughing gas, a large TV screen showing KPop Demon Hunters as a distraction, and everything was over no tears no drama. A great first experience. I also want to comment that Dr Donlevy is very honest and his office billing is very fair. I am saying this after comparing Dr Donlevy’s billing to a BHills Oral surgeon I was referred to by my dentists who claimed we needed a CT Scan before he could do the work. I doubted this and asked my orthodontist if she could recc someone. My orthodontist was also sceptical about the compulsory CT Scan and referred us to Dr Donlevy. Everything was done extremely well in lovely offices with easy free open air lot parking attached. High integrity, highly skilled professionals.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Abe Estess is the absolute best! He is a brilliant and caring doctor whose utmost priority is patient care and comfort. My 13 year old had her wisdom teeth removed and his post care plan provided ultimate comfort for her despite the large amount of surgery he did on her mouth. His entire office and staff during the procedure were also excellent at her their jobs. I would highly recommend their office!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Estess has a wonderful bedside manner and prepped us thoroughly for what was to come. He also checked in with us after the surgery and was again careful to explain the post surgical care and made us feel very reassured. The surgery went smoothly - four wisdom teeth - and the recovery smooth and speedy! Highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I was referred here by my dentist for an implant replacement. Dr Donlevy was very thorough in explaining the entire process and responding to any questions. He even threw in a bit of humor to relieve any anxiety on my part. I found him and his entire staff friendly, professional and efficient. And oh yes, both procedures were successful and painless. Fantastic experience: I’ve had two implants performed by two different oral surgeons in the past, and two more recently performed by Dr Estess. Dr Estess, by far, is the best. He and his staff made every stage of the process seamless. He’s professional, great “bedside manner,” explains everything, and has mastered pain management. I never had any pain. If you want a great oral surgeon, I highly recommend Dr Estess.

Fantastic experience: i’ve had two different experiences with dr. estess that have both been amazing ! just got all 4 wisdom teeth out in sort of an emergency situation — he found a way to get me in for a consultation & surgery within 2 days which is already amazing ! but i also had no complications and have had little to no pain entirely. hoping i’ll have no other reason to come back for any teeth extractions, but also sad i’ll never see him again!! thank you thank you !! and also thank you to all the nurses who were extremely friendly & helpful

Fantastic experience: My wisdom teeth were extracted by Dr. Lohiya. Even though I was afraid of getting the surgery (and had been putting it off), from the first consultation I felt reassured and comforted by the professional confidence and poise of Dr. Lohiya. She described the situation plainly and answered any questions I had. The procedure itself went smoothly with the general anesthesia. I awoke with nearly full clarity, and when I got home, I was able to immediately work on some light reading and writing. I returned a week later for a quick follow-up, and Dr. Lohiya kindly removed the stitches that had not completely dissolved yet. Overall, everything has proceeded smoothly. And by the way, the building itself has beautiful architecture, pleasant air conditioning, and attentive staff. Thank you everyone, and thank you Dr. Lohiya!
