Fantastic experience: I am terrified of the dentist and have been since I was a child, but broke a tooth and needed it taken out immediately. I made an appointment online which was quick and easy. The moment I walked in the staff were welcoming, polite, made me feel comfortable, and was very helpful throughout the whole process. The dentist was the best dentist I have ever had. He made me feel so comfortable, helped me calm down, reassured me, was very knowledgeable, asked questions, and made sure I understood what we were doing. The staff and dentist made sure I was okay throughout the whole procedure and made sure I was numb. This was the first time I had left a dentist office without being in tears and hurting. I will continue to get the rest of my dental needs taken care of here!! Thank you for making this experience a great one!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Stratman was very comforting, knowledgeable and professional. It was the first time for me going to an emergency dental and I was very nervous. It was also the first time I used an oral sedative. The office staff was great and made me feel comfortable as well. Best thing is that I don't remember anything during my procedure! I wish he was my regular dentist! Thanks for making me feel better!

Fantastic experience: I have to give this place a 5 star but if I could I would definitely rate this place a 10 star I called urgent dental and told them I needed my tooth pulled, also I wasn’t able to eat for days. I went to several dentist and they wouldn’t pull my tooth, sending me back home with a abscess But urgent dental saved my life. The staff are friendly and respectful and clean , the doctor also did his big one, he was working. I’ve never been to a dentist we’re the move quickly. This is the best and I do mean the best dentist ever. Also 352 dollars is pricey but my tooth is gone and I can eat …great job to the staff and the doctor

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth that was cracked and chipped off several times until only half was left. I put it off for aa while because I previously had a bad experience at a dentist with an extraction. Then I developed an abscess (infection). It had to be removed. I’m thankful I found Dr. Stratman and his team! They were friendly and made the whole experience less stressful for me! They offer conscious sedation which was very helpful! It calmed my nerves. The price was honestly what I would have expected. About the normal, nothing too outrageous. I definitely recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I came in on a Sunday at 4:40- got me right in - had a tooth that originally had a root canal that broke at the gum line - infection etc - doc was great and was very kind and patient. Extracted the tooth and I already feel so much better. Everyone was very helpful and nice.

Negative experience: Been trying to get my money back for 9 months that we paid upfront and insurance paid them also. Can not get a return call or straight answer why I haven’t received my money

Negative experience: Didn’t bother to tell me that I was out of network and then didn’t send me a bill and then expected me to pay $800 when I got there - The front office lady did not seem to care that my tooth was broken and getting infected and just wanted money so I didn’t get my tooth fixed

Fantastic experience: They made everything easy from check in to procedure. The staff was kind and the dentist was as well and they made the procedure so much more bearable than other dentists I've been to

Negative experience: Went in for a tooth and jaw pain on Jan 20th 2026 and was told I'd hear from a specialist by the end of the week since I need to be put under for my procedure, I'm still in pain and hardly able to eat and haven't heard from any specialist. I emailed the office 4 days ago asking who or where the specialist was at so I can try to make contact about my procedure and never heard back. I'm still in pain and still haven't gotten the help I went in for. The woman at the desk seemed annoyed that she was working but the Dr was super nice to me so I had high hopes for getting help but so far I've hit a dead end.

Fantastic experience: 10-10 One of the few emergency walk in offices open late in the city. Yes you may wait but its 1st come 1st serve Its to be expected it is a emergency service. The Dentist and staff are very very kind and pleasant. DR Stratman has a exceptional bedside manner. Sedation is also a bonus option. Procedure was fast and painless and the price was extremely fair. If you have a Emergency this is the place. Very grateful I was able to get a dental Emergency taken care of on a Saturday. This was the best Dental experience I have ever had even though it was a unpleasant situation it was very easy and comfortable to get through.

Fantastic experience: As someone who hates anything tooth related, this was hands down the single most best experience in a dentist setting I have ever had. I had a tooth that had been bothering me for months, and finally the last two days I had been in agonizing pain and unable to sleep or even move. My wife set an appointment online for 9:20, I was in and out by 10:30, tooth removed and ALL THE PAIN IS GONE. Obviously as an adult I need to take better care of my teeth, but for emergency services I could not recommend a more welcoming understanding and professional setting. God bless this place.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was seen for a wisdom tooth that erupted, causing her tremendous pain. She has a fear of the dentist & is petrified of needles. The staff recognized her anxiety immediately & took extra care to make her comfortable. (opting for the sedation helped too!). Nice facility, nice staff, great communication & my daughter said the extraction itself went well and no pain from the procedure.

Fantastic experience: Great experience overall. I had a filling fall out at the worst possible time and ended up driving all the way from Glenwood to get it fixed last minute. They got me in, took care of the issue, and the numbing was honestly the best I’ve ever had from any dentist. Because it’s an emergency dental clinic, the wait can be a bit long, but that’s completely understandable. If you find yourself needing urgent dental care, I genuinely can’t recommend a better place.

Negative experience: I went to another practice on December 3 to get my teeth pulled. Then I didn't leave my house until Saturday morning which was December 6th . I arrived there and the lady at the front desk was not friendly whatsoever. I had food stuck in one of my extraction holes . They prescribed me a antibiotic that I found out i was allergic to . Then Monday I came down with the norovirus. And 48 hours prior to Monday was Saturday.. with that being said, I caught norovirus here at this office and now my whole family has it .. won't be coming back. Need to make sure they keep their office santize

Fantastic experience: Easy to schedule an appointment and same day service! They are open 7 days a week and in the evenings which is a true blessing for emergencies. Very friendly staff and they accept most insurance including Medicaid.

Fantastic experience: I broke my tooth last night and was miserable most of the day today with the pain progressing. They got me in very quickly. I had almost no wait time between walking in and starting the extraction. Everyone was very kind. Dr. Stratman recommended pulling the tooth vs. trying to save it which I really appreciate. He said he didn’t want to waste my money when the tooth would end up having to be pulled down the road anyway. They were very upfront about cost before doing anything, so there were no surprises. He made sure I was numbed, used more lidocaine when needed, and kept checking in on me. He was also very gentle with the entire process. Great experience! Cost wasn’t bad at all either for being an urgent dental office and included the exam, X-rays, and the extraction. Thank you for the great care!

Not much scares me in this world and I will jump out of a plane over and over before going to the dentist but I had to go here due to Windom tooth that had cracked and was causing pain to the point of not seeing straight. They were friendly fast and helpful and has restored my Faith in dentist again.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Stratman and his assistants provide excellent care. I was there for an extraction and was able to be evaluated and given my options quickly. I was in and out of the office with my tooth pulled in less than an hour. Dr. Stratman makes sure you know what is going on, and repeatedly makes sure you don't have any questions for him. During the procedure, he makes sure you are truly numbed, and constantly monitors your pain level. I can't compliment him enough for his dedication to patient care. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Im sure they're great when they can be bothered to return calls. I live an hour away and don't always have the gas to drive there so if they would ever call me back to make sure they accept my insurance, that'd be nice. But again, they cant be bothered.

I didn’t end up having any actual work done, but I truly appreciated the fact that the Dentist was very honest and didn’t want to charge me for something that wasn’t really going to help my situation. He also gave me some good referrals to a cosmetic dentist who could take care of my tooth problem. He gave me antibiotics to keep me from getting an infection. That’s a rare occurrence in this field. For that alone, I’m very grateful. Great Place to visit for any emergency dental issues. I’ll definitely use them again if the situation arises. I highly recommend. ❤️

They don't make you bite multiple teeth for x-ray. They ensure you are numbed enough before treating. Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth that was giving me so much trouble and decided to come in and get it looked at. I am currently out of state for work, and was pretty apprehensive about getting an oral procedure done while away from home. I also have been fortunate enough to avoid major dental procedures up until this point, so it was safe to say I was extremely anxious. Dr. Stratman was so kind and didn’t pressure me at all to get it removed. He gave me options and walked me through everything. I ultimately decided to get it removed, and by the time everything was done (check in, x-rays, numbing, & the removal), it had only been maybe 40 minutes. Super efficient while still receiving top-notch quality care. If I ever need another tooth removed, I would seriously consider traveling back to Greenfield for it! The entire team here is so nice. Dr. Stratman is the best!!!

Fantastic experience: Check In Online for 8:20pm. Received a limited exam, X-ray & tooth extraction & I was out before 9pm. Dr Robert Stratman was fantastic. I expressed my fear of the dentist and a traumatic experience for years ago and he was patient and repeatedly made sure I was doing okay. Haven’t been to the dentist since I was 15 years old because of my fear but this tooth was causing so much pain I didn’t have a choice. I am extremely glad I chose Dr Stratman at Emergency Dental!
