Fantastic experience: I love the place they are good people that work there

Fantastic experience: I will not lie I am terrified of the dentist!!! But I absolutely will not go to any other dentist I don’t care how much experience they have on Dr Trent Kirkwood, I will only EVER go to him for the remainder of my teeth life!! He is amazing!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist and staff. After my dentist for 15 years retired I switched to Kirkwood and I absolutely love them. Hygienist, staff, and Dr Kirkwood are like a family and make you feel so welcome. I just got two implants a few weeks ago and he made the process so simple and put my anxiety at ease. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: so happy i found kirkwood dentistry! they are so friendly and nonjudgmental. i’ve always been scared of the dentist but dr. trent was so kind and made sure i didn’t feel a thing. i had 3 teeth pulled and hardly any pain at all, just a bit of stiffness in my jaw. cannot recommend this place enough and now ill be bringing my daughter as well. they even have a puppy that you can hold to ease your nerves if you’re scared. 10 stars!!

He will brighten your day with his funny stories and I wouldn’t want to go to anyone else for our cleanings or dental work. Also my daughter has braces and his office was able to do that service for us instead of having to go to orthodontist! See Dr. Kirkwood for all your dental needs you won’t regret it !!!! Fantastic experience: Jen was so amazing , she took her time and made me feel comfortable and not rushed ! Dr Trent was so gentle and numbing was great! I’m very difficult to numb.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience! I had the worst anxiety before going in, but all of the staff were so kind and considerate. All my anxiety was washed away! I'm beyond glad I chose this office for my care. They were very considerate! I know their cleaning schedule is booked out for a while but it is way more understandable now that I've been in the office. I wouldn't want to go elsewhere either!

Fantastic experience: No one really likes having dental work done, but I recently had some that I had been putting off. Now I have “buyer’s remorse “; that is, I regret not having it done much sooner! Nothing but great things to say about Dr. Trent and Jen, and the whole office as well. Very happy with their work, how well I was treated, and the results!! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was pleasantly surprised by the staffs friendliness and comradery. The vip was amazing. The dentist is a very nice person. I had an emergency dental issue and it was resolved immediately! I found a new dentist!

Fantastic experience: I had been scared to get my teeth pulled and dentures put in. But at Kirkwood's Dentistry I wasn't afraid at all. Dr Trent numbed my gums and had my teeth out before I hardly knew it. He is very easy and the staff is very good to help you in any way. I love my dentures. They look just likey original teeth compliments and I have had a lot of nice compliments. If you need dental work go to them.

Negative experience: My daughter, who’s 18, went to an appointment to finish the process of getting an implant and crown placed for a tooth that was missing since birth. She called me hysterical crying about how mean Dr. Kirkwood was and told me things he said to her. She said he didn’t warn her before sticking her with needles, that she jumped one time and he told her if she’s going to jump she needs to go somewhere else. When I called to talk to him, he told me HE DOES NOT HAVE TO TELL HER WHAT HES DOING OR WHEN BECAUSE SHES 18 AND NOT 4!!!!! So I guess if you are 18 and older, don’t expect this man to have any kind of bedside manner and that he’s going to do whatever he wants. There is more to the terrible, unprofessional situation and I have to wonder if he was just being racist. But I am in full force of reporting him and the office as well as have began speaking with attorneys. I would recommend staying FAR away from this place, Dr. Kirkwood shouldn’t be touching anybody, let alone performing invasive dental work!

Positive experience: I'm a patient of Dr. Brian Kirkwood and last week I had a cracked front teeth and had to be seen by Dr. Trent Kirkwood. Been a patient for over 30 years and haven't had any bad experience. Was very happy to be seen so fast because I was a nervous wreck. But the doctor and tech put me at ease. I would recommend this dentist to anyone who has bad experience with a dentist.

Fantastic experience: All of the staff are very friendly and helpful, the Dr listens to you if you have any concerns, very clean and they have tv’s in every room so you can watch whatever on the screen and not be concentrating on what they are doing in your mouth

Fantastic experience: Treated me with understanding and respect. Backstory, since leaving the military, I had not been able to fit dental care into my budget. After an expensive divorce, I was still unable. Finally, after about twelve years I could afford care, and Kirkwood saw me, diagnosed, and fixed my issues (about ten fillings and two extractions). Not once did they treat me condescendingly or rudely, they understood my issues. They were always kind, smiling, and honest with me. I will continue to see them as long as I live here in Greenfield.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and honest! Got my treatment plan started and Dr. Trent & staff done a wonderful job saving a tooth that had a pretty deep cavity from a root canal! Looking forward to getting the rest of my treatment done! Very easy experience and by far easiest numbing experience at any dentist in my 45 yrs of life! Very happy that I chose to go here!!

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased with the service I had with the hygenist and the dentist. I need a new crown so it will be regretfully expensive but feel confident they will make it as painless on my pocketbook as possible. A competitors crown has come loose and is about to fall out and needs to be replaced. This will be my 5th crown on one tooth. (Hopefully the last one)

I found out a couple weeks ago I needed to get a tooth extracted and they were EXTREMELY gentle the entire way through the extraction. I HIGHLY recommend Kirkwood, especially Trent. Everyone there is absolutely lovely.

Fantastic experience: I have terrible anxiety going to dentist. I was referred to Brian Kirkwood because of this.The first visit I was shaking and sweeting. But they all were amazing with me. The office is so clean great atmosphere with music. Every single person I came in contact with was able to explain everything they were doing and they also explain everything regarding cost and insurance. Mr.Kirkwood is hilarious, my facial expressions and eyes show my fear and worry. So he jokes around and talks about stuff to get my head out of the fear and worry. I recommend anyone to them for sure. Lol yes and dental work so far has been affordable and great.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr Trent for over four years now and have always had a great experience. The last year he has been telling me to remove my wisdom teeth but I’ve been terrified and putting it off. Recently had severe pain in one tooth and he told me the top two needed to come out now and I literally cried in office lol. Scheduled an appointment with him and was so shocked in how easy my recovery was. I was prepared for a sore mouth, bruising and swelling but felt 100% normal afterwards. If I knew wisdom teeth extraction was that painless, I would have done this a long time ago! These were for my top two wisdom teeth, my bottom two are impacted and I will need an oral surgeon so guessing the recovery will be much different for those :( If you have an easy extraction or any other routine needs, go see Kirkwood!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been going to Kirkwood Dentistry for over 30yrs and I’ve always been so impressed with the business. I was just there yesterday for a 6mo cleaning and was once again impressed with every aspect of my visit. I was greeted by a friendly professional staff member upon my arrival. Then I spent a few minutes in the waiting room which is super clean and comfortable. I was then taken back for my cleaning by a staff member who was very knowledgeable and professional and informed me about everything that she did during my visit. Dr. Brian Kirkwood has built and maintained a top notch Dentistry business in Greenfield for years and Dr. Trent Kirkwood will do the same taking the business into the future.
