Fantastic experience: I ended up as a new patient when my regular dentist was unavailable. Being new, can be uncomfortable but I just happened to already know the office staff, so that helped make me feel comfortable. The dentist and her team are awesome and personable; we were laughing and joking in no time! After such a great first visit, I decided to get a quote and booked another appointment. I had an old chip repair on a front tooth that had discolored and was making me self-conscious. After having it repaired at Lifetime, I realized I had wasted years with a funky-looking tooth. Don't wait like I did! The team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my smile. I'm glad I ended up at Lifetime by chance! I'll be smiling more now with confidence.

Fantastic experience: Meghan was so wonderful in every way, she kept me informed every step and explained what she was doing and why, as she was doing it which my control freak brain really enjoyed!!!! I felt so cared for, safe, and comfortable the entire time with her and had no worries or doubts, despite coming in with my guard completely up due to a bad dental experience elsewhere in 2021. I would 1000% recommend going to Lifetime, Dr. Holly was so pleasant & gentle in her care, and beyond helpful in determining what the best route was for me to go about improving my dental health. Fantastic experience: We have rally enjoyed our experience at Lifetime Dentistry. The waiting room is comfortable and they have refreshments which came in handy at all of my daughter’s orthodontist appointments while I wait. She got her braces off today and we’re so happy with the work that is perfected her smile! Fantastic experience: Yesterday I developed a terrible pain from a molar. About noon today I called Lifetime Denistry and after talking to the receptionist she asked if I could come right in. I went immediately and after filling out forms for I had not been there before for myself, I was taken to an exam room, x-rays were taken and the dentist came in shortly thereafter. Dr. Holly Krystek was very gentle, thorough and personable. Her dental assistant Mehgan was extremely friendly and thorough as well. The office is spotless and so inviting. Fantastic experience: Had trouble with two crowns. One had broken and had to be replaced. The other fell out. Took two attempts to get them in to stay, but I think it's finally done. They were quick to get me in for these issues and were always very nice. Great people. I continue to go here because I like the people and get good results. Last checkup went great!! These people are the best! Always friendly and they get me in and out without delay. I will continue to go to them for my dental care.

Negative experience: My daughter went today to establish routine care as we moved to Muscatine. She is 15 and had a horrible experience they rude right from the start of her appt. We will not be returning back. I had An appt in a few wks after her along with my oldest daughter. CANCELLED and will find some where else

Fantastic experience: I really love that Dr. Krystek plays Christian music and has a Bible available to read while waiting—that’s just upon walking in the door. The care has always been thorough and never rushed. Holly always makes it a point to connect with me personally. Additionally, at every visit she has always ensured her employees feel confident in what they’re doing and evaluating. In the 10+ years I’ve been going here, I’ve never once had a bad experience or anything that concerned me in the slightest.

Positive experience: The staff and the Dentist were very helpful and listened to me. They answered my questions professionally that was easy to understand. Dr. Holly and I talked about how I wanted my upper partial to look like when it was in place . Dr. Holly is a thorough individual that cares about her patient's concerns. When the partial was done and she fit it in place she listened to me , made 2 small adjustments and it fell in place and fit ! Negative experience: My husband went in for a tooth extraction and was told by the dentist she would take it out and didn’t. This was his first visit. Was referred to an oral surgeon that wanted $900. $260 for nothing. Another dentist pulled the tooth same day at I80 truck stop for $400 including X-rays. We will be going there from now on. Don’t have to have a fancy office to pull a tooth. The receptionist was very nice!

Positive experience: Will run practice the doctor it's not judgmental. It had been 8 years since the last time I'd been to a dentist. Was honest and upfront to me what's going on and what I needed to do and let me make the decisions? The hygienist was amazing highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I've come here for years and will continue to remain a loyal patient. They have a great bed-side manner and are gentle every time. When they have a finding, they are up front and thorough with the explanation and treatment plan. One thing that always catches me off guard is that they remember the little details of our past conversations. There isn't anything negative I can say about this clinic!
