Fantastic experience: I was really impressed by the dental treatment by Stones Crossing Dentistry. My denture fell off on Sunday, I had to fly on Monday morning to Europe for a business trip. I tried to call a couple of dentist offices at 7am for an emergency visit. Stones Crossing Dentistry took me in and Dr Aaron Wilkins provided great treatment that allowed me to complete my trip. Dr Wilkins also provided me a prescription for an antibiotic just in case that I will have trouble with my infected tooth during my trip. I really appreciate that I was taken care of so timely and properly.

The Doctor called me back within 20 or 30 minutes...ON HIS DAY OFF! After listening to my issue he assured me they'd work me in Monday and, get this, HE WENT UNTO THE OFFICE SUNDAY AFTERNOON TO LOOK AT MY CHART! I can't say enough good things about these people. Thank you to the whole team. My wife and I had our cleanings today and the staff were wonderful. They are personable , friendly folks who genuinely care about their patients.

Prior to coming to this practice, I was terrified of the dentist, but Dr. Wilkins is kind, reassuring, knowledgeable, and skilled. His staff is highly communicative and accommodating. Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE! The office staff has zero knowledge of insurance policies. Insurance did not cover my x-rays, and the forms I signed with the breakdown showed insurance responsibilities and patient responsibilities. So, to my surprise, I got a $900+ bill. Had the office staff done the job, I would have seen on the insurance that I had to wait 6 more months to be eligible for x-rays under coverage. They are taking no accountability to their oversight. No remorse and no discounts offered. It's really bad business ethics, in my opinion. The office manager even told me they get denied claims often. Hmm, well, I wonder why? Maybe you should see what benefits are covered for your patient before providing those services.

Negative experience: I went here and had a confused experience with a Crown,the dentist went to get something in the next room,when he came back he realized the assistant set the crown,with a confused look on his face,? She shouldn't of did it and it fell off a year later,,was a waste of money.
