Negative experience: Disappointed with my visit. Rather than providing the standard preventive cleaning covered by my insurance, the office attempted to reclassify my appointment into an out-of-pocket service. When I declined the extra fee, they only gave my teeth a surface polish without actually removing tartar. Make sure to double-check their billing practices before your visit.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always had an anxiety about visiting the dentist. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team put me at ease. Dr. Singh and his team were very professional and gentle. Negative experience: Second crown that's fallen off within two years. I had four crowns placed by Dr. Singh about two years ago and within a year, the first crown fell off. Had to go back in and get that recemented back on. Now two years later, a second crown has fallen off. I went and got that recemented back on. I wonder when the other two crowns are going to fall off. I had other crowns placed by a previous dentist decades and they never came off. They lasted for about 10 years or more. This should never have happened. Dr. Singh also ordered me a root canal and when I went to the Endodontist, he told me that nothing was wrong with my tooth root, but he gave me a root canal anyway and I didn't even need it. I wasted so much money. All it was was tooth sensitivity. I had nowhere to hang or place my wet raincoat either when I got to the clinic--they have no coat rack in the waiting area and nowhere in the exam room to hang your coat. When I sat in the dental chair with my wet coat on, I was so uncomfortable that I couldn't focus on getting the bite adjusted after the recement. I just wanted to get out of there. I made an appt. with a different dentist to get my next exam and they'll adjust the bite for me from the crown placement. The office people at ADA call and ask you to call them back and confirm appts. which is a PIA. What if you don't call? Will they cancel your appt? Making the appt. is your "confirmation" that you'll show up. They don't trust you to call and cancel? Plus, if you miss an appt, they say they'll charge you a fee. He's more expensive than other local dentists too. The TV in the exam room is right in front of the dental chair right smack in front of your face when It should be up on the wall and out of the way like other dental exam rooms. That made me really uncomfortable. This dental office is not that concerned about their patients' comfort, IMO. Get the patient in and out and take their money. I don't plan to ever go back there again except to get the screws up fixed. Who wouldn't be angry. Worst dental experience I've ever had. I'm replying to the office person's reply to my review. Of course, there should have been no charge to recement my crown back on. Good Lord! It never should have come off in the first place. Right now, I feel some sensitivity beneath it. Petty reply about having a coat rack. Just something to argue about.

Negative experience: I would do 0 stars but i know 2 stars are harder to remove, this dental office operates in a very unprofessional and sketchy mannor. I have been coming here for about 2 years over the time i had to get 2 crowns, I was only 19 at the time so when they shoved the card reader in my face while i was in the exam chair i just tapped my card because i didnt know any better. I then told my mom about it and she asked for a copy of the bill because she believed i was charged too much. So today i have my cleaning and they tell me to have a seat but then im waiting for 15mins and i hear them talking at the front counter about waiting for my insurance, they did not tell me this so i was just left waiting for something i could have provided them with and should already be on file. At this point i was annoyed and asked for my last bill to show my mom, this is when Pinky got off the phone and asked why i needed it. I was jaw dropping asking someone why they need a bill is really weird and shows theyre trying to hide something. My mom was on the phone with me and heard everything and after i left they had called her and tried to lie about what was discussed. Im very disgusted with this behavior from this business!

Negative experience: I experienced several problems at this dentist. This was my second visit to them, six months apart. On the first visit, I was not impressed. The website mentions all of this high-tech technology; however, none of it was done. In fact, it felt very assembly-line focused. There is absolutely no conversation; simply lie down, one person walks in and does this, the next person walks in and does something else, and so forth. It was very rushed. At both visits, I was in and out in less than 25 minutes from check-in to check-out. I decided to give it a second try, but this time it was worse. First, they messed up both my wife’s and my appointment dates. To their credit, they did fix that to make up for it. However, it was shown during the visit. They took X-rays, but they never showed us our X-rays, nor were they reviewed by the dentist during our appointments. I know this because the tech took them, the dentist was directly next door with my wife, then he immediately walked in with me, did a very fast cleaning, and left. Next, and the biggest factor, my wife asked them to remake a retainer, they forced her to pull out a credit card while she was lying down on the dental chair, and pay them mid-visit - it couldn't wait until checkout? Because of this, she panicked and handed them the first card she saw; unfortunately, it was the wrong one, which we do not use to charge things. When asked whether they could refund that card so we could place the charge on the correct card, they said absolutely not. We were still in the office and wanted to do the card change right then and there, and they said no. To make matters worse, we were then told we still owed a balance of $54 from our prior visit six months ago.... We were never sent a bill; in fact, we paid $54 at the last visit, so it was clearly not recorded in their system, and we were double-charged. I caution anyone who is looking for a new dentist. Two visits, and not once did we receive a thorough exam, cleaning, or a wow factor. After this, we will be switching dentists. I will also be reaching out to my insurance to see what was billed and what was paid, because there is no reason we should have been charged $108 for one visit.

Fantastic experience: I had nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Singh and the staff there. I had to get crowns done for chipped teeth. I love my new crowns! They look and feel great. I highly recommend Aesthetic Dental Arts and now the rest of my family comes here as well.

Fantastic experience: I wish I could give more stars because I’ve never been to a dentist office that made you feel so cared for. I needed an emergency appointment and they were able to get me in within the hour of calling and took me right back. Everyone explained everything they were doing making sure I was comfortable and okay. The overall atmosphere was relaxing. I’m so thankful I found this place and will definitely be making it my permanent dentist office.

Negative experience: This place seriously needs looked into for fraud. They will tell you that they don’t deal with insurance yet my insurance company still gets claims from them. After my husband needed a tooth pulled they wanted to charge some ridiculous amount. That his insurance does not cover it. Told them no he didn’t want to go through with it, it was too expensive. They compromised and came back with a better number. My husband pays it and has tooth extracted. Fast forward 9 months later, now receiving a bill from them for the tooth extraction balance? Call them, they explain that they did actually bill my insurance and since they are out-of-network that my insurance company sent my address the check for their claims and basically wanting that check or I pay the bill? Which was confusing to me as I did not know a check came to me considering they don’t deal with insurance and was told that my insurance wasn’t covering the extraction?

Fantastic experience: I had a ton of horrible experiences with other dentist that kept me away from dentist for years. I gave this place a shot years ago and have always been coming back. They have been amazing with everything and even with a simple cleaning love to educate you on the best care for YOUR teeth in particular.

They show you the problems in your teeth and how they can fix the problems before going ahead with the procedure, which is much appreciated. They use the most advanced technology and offer you good payment plans to cover the cost of a treatment. Overall I really recommend this place. Thank you Dr. Singh!

Negative experience: Would give 0 stars if possible! Got crowns less than 2 years ago and paid alot for them. Went into get a checkup at my new dentist and was told my crowns were done improperly and need to be drilled off and redone!

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with this dental what seems like a scam. While my insurance covers regular cleanings (which I got for free at another dentist last year), they charged me $115 for a supposed "deep cleaning" after pointing out some stains. I saw no difference in the procedure or results compared to a standard cleaning. Now they're trying to schedule another "follow-up" next month when cleanings are typically done every 6 months. Clearly just trying to extract more money from patients through unnecessary procedures and frequent appointments.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Singh and his staff are professional, friendly, and supportive. I’m in my seventies and so have consulted quite a few dentists over the years. Dr. Singh is by far the most skilled and caring I have been treated by. I am happy to make the strongest recommendation possible.

Negative experience: This is first time I take my daughter there when I make appointment I ask a guys how much it cost for cleaning teeth he didn't tell me....he said just go head to make appointment...ok then make appointment.....when my daughter done bill send out 457$ just for cleaning teeth for girl 16 years old......I never come back there again.....I been so may dental....this is too expensive in York ..... Newyork yes I understand everything expensive York come on.......anyway never come back

They give great reccomendations on how I can improve my gum health as well. The office is updated, has tvs to watch Netflix while your getting work done. Great dentist!

Negative experience: Staff seemed friendly considering it was first visit. The personal interaction was fabulous all staff was very friendly and professional. HOWEVER, Insurance pre-approval is not handled correctly. NEITHER IS BILLING They tried to bill me for the 100% cost of visit at the time of visit even though our insurance covers cleanings & visits 100%. Assuming the timing of the visit was just close to the 1 year mark of my previous bitewing XRay I paid part of the testing cost at visit and was gonna clarify with insurance and billing later. I then re-checked with my insurance after appointment just as i did before and was told that they ARE part of the covered network and should've been completely covered. I re-spoke with insurance and aesthetic and aesthetic is saying that my XRay wasn't covered even though i hadn't had My 1 yearly exray yet. My last one was in January of 2024. When I checked with my dental insurance they said it was covered and I am NOT supposed to be getting charged ANY AMOUNT! They might get 1 more chance to keep me or I'm going elsewhere. But I'm at 99% sure I'm switching since they care more about the books than the patients....

Fantastic experience: This is the first dentist in my 40 years of living to make me comfortable and make me a regular and diligent patient of a dentist office. They make sure you’re comfortable and never feeling any discomfort. I’ve been made to believe pain is normal and have even been told “different people have different tolerance” after multiple complaints about the pain I was feeling and the dentist making it seem like I was the problem. Not here. Not Dr. Singh. If he sees me flinch in any capacity he will check in with me and I will say it’s okay it is bearable and he will say no you shouldn’t feel anything. He’s also the first dentist to be honest about post procedure expectations. I have had root canals and extractions done and returned to work the next day with no tenderness, inflammation or bleeding. This has NEVER been the case for me. Dr Singh makes me feel GOOD about going to the dentist and for the first time in my life I’ve went to the dentist and simply needed a cleaning and received an “okay, have a good day”! In all of my life that’s never been experienced before- there was always more work needing done! But, Dr Singh made me a diligent and agreeable partner in completing an achievable and affordable health plan to get my teeth and total mouth health where it needed to be! I cannot recommend this office enough! PS if you call them and hang up or fail to leave a message during off hours- they will ALWAYS call or text you and apologize for missing you and ask you if everything is okay! Wait there’s more! I’ve never had to wait ridiculous times past my appointment time! In fact, 90% of the time they call to see if I can come in a bit earlier!

Fantastic experience: Great new patient experience! Staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. It's also important to mention that the technology used in this office is incredible! Welcome to the 21st century! When you visit this office, you will see the "latest and greatest" in dentistry tech including advanced hand held camera systems, ultrasound cleaning, and x-ray imaging. They even have Netflix streaming into the exam rooms on beautiful flat panel monitors. I HIGHLY recommend this practice for the whole family!

Negative experience: My mother went to this dental practice before they moved and was always pleased. Last week she went for a “chipped tooth”. They did a 3D x-ray, a cleaning, and a “check up” (nothing was even looked at in her mouth), was told they would “fill” the chipped tooth. There was no drilling or anything. In literally 5 minutes, they slapped some filling material on the back, charged $700 and sent her on her way. The tooth is still rough on the end which is why she went in the first place. I’m assuming they are getting people in and out and charging an arm and a leg to pay for the new facility. Ridiculous . She will not be back!!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Aesthetic for many years. Dr. Singh took over for my previous dentist and I remained on as a patient. I can't say enough good things about him and the entire staff. Everyone is professional, attentive and courteous. The new office building is state of the art and very welcoming. I have read some of the negative reviews on here and I would take all of that with a grain of salt. I have been a patient of Dr. Singh as long as anybody and there is a reason for that. I could not be more pleased, have referred others, and they share my opinion. If I could give six stars, I would.

Fantastic experience: Great access to care! My initial appt. occurred within 48 hrs of contact and a follow-up visit was scheduled for the following week. The staff were professional, pleasant, and diverse. Dr. Singh provided a thorough evaluation, and explained options to allow his patient to make an informed decisions. Fantastic experience: I too visited Aesthetic Dental Arts today, and my experience was much different than the last review, it was more like the other positive reviews! Dr. Singh and team were terrific, they were able to see my husband right away for a dental emergency when others wouldn't even see him. Furthermore, they offered solutions customized to what my husband wanted and not what was the easiest or would generate the highest bill. We were very pleased with the recommended treatment plan and my husband is very happy with the work Dr. Singh performed. He was very thorough in describing what work needed to be done, he was patient while we asked questions to understand, very genuine and personable. I really liked Dr. Singh as well, in fact, I'm considering switching from my current dentist to Dr. Singh. Based on today's appointment, I would highly recommend Dr. Singh! If my husband's follow up appointments go as well as today's visit, I plan to switch to Dr. Singh as my primary dentist.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would. You can tell when you drive into the lot, that the place will be a nightmare. The staff was pushy and rude. As we sat and waited for them to call my wife back for her appointment, there were very loud audible screams from the inside of the office. So much so, that it freaked out my kids. It frightened my daughter so much that she began to cry. I was tempted to go back and rescue my wife. We had to leave the premises so I could comfort my children. In the meantime, my wife was strapped into the dental chair, being coerced into more unneeded procedures. She went in for a dental exam for a stated 170$ charge, by the time we left, it was hundreds of dollars. They take no insurance, offered no payment plans. They were constantly on the upsell. It gave off the feeling of sales staff working for commission. I'd like to offer them a huge bag of expletives, but I won't.

Negative experience: The staff seems confused... I can't get them to give me a treatment plan,or send me my X-rays. BUT they are quick to have you sign a form so you are liable for anything they do... which may not be what you want!! Beware

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Aesthetic Dental Art for over 15 years. Dr. Singh is a very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled dentist. He always explains my options and the procedure to help me make important decisions about my dental health. The practice recently moved to a new location with a lot of natural light and State of the Art equipment to make a safe and comfortable experience. Dr. Singh care about his patients. Once, when I was getting an inplant, after the tooth extraction, I had called with concerns while he was on holiday, and he called me from out of town to address my concerns. He had a backup dentist ready if needed. More recently, he came into the office on a day off to fix a broken temporary crown. Dr. Singh is a very dedicated and excellent dentist, and I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Recently I was to have a tooth extracted at Aspen Dental in West York. Being on a blood thinner I have to stop my blood thinner and bridge with lovenox twice daily, which is giving myself shots in the stomach. The day before my appointment, Aspen Dental called and said they had to cancel my appointment, and they could give me an appointment the next month. This is after I had stopped my blood thinner and was using the lovenox. No explanation or apology. I was beside myself not knowing what to do. I called several places asking for help. I saw Aesthetic Dental did emergency work. I called and explained my situation and they couldn't have been kinder. They gave an appointment that same day. Dr. Singh examined my tooth (which had a crown), and he said that tooth could be saved. He did the prep work on the tooth that was needed, made a temporary crown, and I was out the door. I have never met a kinder group of people. I went back to get the permanent crown and I'm very happy with the work that was done. Aesthetic Dental Arts is now my Dental office and I would recommend it to everyone.

Negative experience: The rudest and worst receptionist and dental hygienist ,i have ever seen.Went in for my regular dental exam , where shetried to tell me , she did something fancy ,which i didn't see them do and wanted me to pay $$$ copay, then she said ok will consider regular cleaning ,but a copay of $$ for fluoride. ANY DENTAL OFFICE U GO FOR DENTAL CLEAN UP WILL PUT A FLUORIDE PASTE ON UR TEETH, THIS PLACE WANTED ME TO PAY $$ FOR THAT. Not to.mention the Dentist himself was a nice person.

Positive experience: First impressions are lasting. The entire staffing had me at hello. Professional, caring and detailed. The doctor counseled me, allowed me to ask questions and made sure I understood the recommendation made. IF you're looking for a trustworthy dentist office, make an appointment at Aesthetic Dental Arts!!!

Fantastic experience: I was able to be seen within a few hours when I began to have a tooth ache and my regular dentist was out over a Holiday period. Everyone was very nice, helpful and professional. The Dentist was able to start me on the right path to take care of my problem. I would recommend this Dentist to anyone. There’s nothing worse than a tooth problem and not being able to be treated quickly. I didn’t have to experience this situation. Thank You!!

Positive experience: Everyone was fantastic at this practice. Competent and compassionate. I just can’t get past the state of the office. I need a better environment to feel comfortable. I come from an area when nearly every office you visit looks new, clean, and professional. I have checked out several dental offices in the area and I am shocked by the standards.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for years. The staff has always been kind and accommodating. Recently had crowns done on my two front teeth. Dr. Singh took great care to ensure that they looked and felt great and exceeded my expectations. He even returned the first set because he wasn't 100% pleased with the color. Lydia, in the front office, went out of her way to submit detailed information to ensure my costly treatment would be covered correctly by my insurance company. I would recommend Aethetic Dental Arts to everyone who wants a very thorough and caring dentist and staff.

Fantastic experience: This was my experience previously with Aesthetic Dental Arts (ADA). I never had a problem until I told them I was going to retire over 6 months ago at my checkup. I got a sense that I would not be coming back after my employer insurance expires. Little did I know how true that sense would be. I retired and asked if they (ADA) would consider participating with my new Medicare Advantage plan since I have been a patient ever since Dr. Singh began. I learned that the central motivation of this practice is money. Not people. I shouldn't have been surprised. I should have realized this earlier when I was given a $150 credit for referring a family to the office. Funny, how that worked. In 2 years I know I had to pay co-pays for my checkups and other services I received. The credit sat, not touched for those services. My reaction to this? Never become a loyal patient; you are merely a monetary asset to these people! I'm so disappointed and so very sorry I referred anyone to this practice! SHAME ON YOU AESTHETIC DENTAL ARTS. ********************************************** Going to Aesthetic Dental Arts for any dental care is a total relaxing experience for me. I came in today to finish my crown with the permanent one. As always, the staff is so nice and personable. Dr. Singh is the most gentle and caring dentist! Give him and his staff a try. I promise you won't be disappointed. And, if you are a bit nervous, take advantage of the hot paraffin hand treatment to help!

Negative experience: I gave 2 stars because I did eventually get my tooth fixed -and the Dentist knows what he is doing- otherwise- horrible experience being badgered by the reps at the front desk- they seem like very desperate car sales people- entering the dental room constantly to tell You about your bill- sign this or that. I’m sure I over paid !! They seem like accountants- I NEVER got any info on how to maintain my temp. Cap- and it fell off the next day- I was in extreme pain- the accountants/ Lydia was very nonchalant like I should have know this would happen and how to fix it! Hated my experience they never give Pt education Or recommendations- just a BILL and your next apt- YEAH RIGHT- I would Never come back to this business! Would Never waste my time with those people you can find more info on YouTube and google! Beware and Come prepared! Don’t go there without insurance the smile club is a choke! I paid for it and was never refunded once I got insurance- just charged even more! For a fix I could have gotta at CVS these reps are scammers!!!! Learn about your teeth and other options before stepping into that office!

Fantastic experience: I've always had a deep fear of doctors and dentists and it all because I have a fear of needles. Well it had gotten to the point to where I couldn't eat or talk without my mouth and jaw hurting, so my wife made me an appt. and to my great surprise I went from a anxious mess in the corner to a relaxed patient in there chair. I've never ever felt comfortable until then and I definitely will go back in my near future to get the work that is needed done. Thank you guys for making me feel comfortable it was greatly appreciated.

Fantastic experience: The staff was wonderful, especially my dental hygienist (I wished that I got her name—next time). We had great rapport and she shared some knowledge with me. Dr. Singh gave me great suggestions. I went there as a new patient, only expecting to do paperwork, but I also had my cleaning right after! Oh, and the complementary hand Paraffin was a added comfort. Thank you ADA!
