Positive experience: Front desk receptionist is super friendly and personable. My only issue is is, I would like the dentists to discuss how my children's exams go after they are completed versus just sending them on their way.

Fantastic experience: After a root canal, I had a follow up with Dr. Paterno for a filling. She is consistently kind. She let's me know what she's doing, what comes next, and asks if I'm doing okay, throughout the process. The staff is just as kind and considerate as Dr. Paterno. I have odd work hours, and Pam is always mindful of that and schedules my appointments without having to adjust my work hours. As they are most often running on schedule, this works out perfectly and is greatly appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I have gone to several different dentists over the years. I have a pretty hefty fear of the dentist due to some past experiences. But Dr.s Skaff and Paterno really try to make you feel very comfortable and explain each step. They will also ask how you are doing several times during the procedure. Pam in the front office is wonderful and after just a few visits she remembers your name and greets you as soon as you come in.
