Fantastic experience: This is just an updated review after a visit yesterday. Per usual, the staff is amazing and Dr. Sullivan is awesome and friendly. I recommend this practice if you want efficient and professional care. I have been going to this practice since before they were Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry. I am a patient of Dr Sullivan and really like him. He took awesome care of me after a snafu with a crown (my first tooth issue ever) and made sure that I was going to be fine. His staff is always amazing and so nice and professional. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I go there every year for my annual check up with Dr Sullivan. He explains everything providing visual images. He's replaced several old fillings for me that were failing. He has crowned my cracked teeth as well. Great results. The staff are pleasent, fast, and efficient. I had another good experience today when I had my teeth cleaned, which needs to be done every 4 mo. They have a variety of stain removal techniques which I need. I left with my next appointment already scheduled.

Fantastic experience: I had extensive dental work done. I had a root canal, and five+ crowns. I am extremely sensitive to dental work but I had a very easy and pleasant experience with Dr. Sullivan . He did everything he could to make sure I was comfortable and never in pain. And through it all he was very patient. Also his dental assistants, Shirley and Maria were extremely polite, friendly and accommodating. I also had one occasion in Dr. Sullivan’s absence to see his partner Dr. Stanoschek. He filled in for Dr. Sullivan perfectly. All of his employees are very professional and congenial. I want to thank them all. If you are in need of a good dentist, I highly recommend This practice. You won’t be disappointed or in pain

Fantastic experience: My two front teeth chipped over a weekend. My family dentist was not able to see me for over a week. I called Cosmetic, and they were able to see me and begin crown prep the next day. Their diligence in ensuring my new front crowns matched my other teeth perfectly was outstanding. Negative experience: *******18 hours post tooth extraction and I am in horrible pain. I started calling the office as soon as the novacaine wore off and I realized advil Tylenol and ice packs were not working. Despite clearly being in pain and distress I cannot even get a prescription for stronger ibuprofen and was told to go to an emergency room. Below is my previous 5 star review. My hopes are destroyed. Dr Sullivan made me feel as though all my dentist fears were unfounded. Despite having a jaw full of problems, he gave me the confidence to tackle the problems, 1 at a time, instead of becoming overwhelmed. I want to thank the entire staff for their comfort and care of a VERY fearful new patient. You are ALL amazing.

I recently had a routine cleaning which was outstanding. Asked if I could get new mouth guards. I had a time constraint to get them back and within 1 week they delivered new mouth guards so my teeth would be protected as I traveled. Sinead Weninger and the entire staff are fabulous !!!

Fantastic experience: Had a two crown and bridge combination pop off as I was flossing. Called Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry of Naples before opening and left a message. Got a call back 10 minutes later, an appointment later that morning and had everything fixed by noon. I have been a patient here for 15 years and never been disappointed.
