Something's I didn't want to hear. O-well, that's life. But I do think I found my new dentist. If your threw looking for a dentist that's good, call them, make an appointment. Check it out. Before coming here, I hadn't been to the dentist in over 20 years and was absolutely terrified. The moment I connected with this office, everything changed. They handled my anxiety so incredibly well. Before any work was done, Dr. Daniela met with me to talk me through everything and ease my mind. The level of care and understanding from the entire staff is unmatched, and Dr. Daniela herself is truly top-tier. Her bedside manner is always spot on! She is incredibly kind, down to earth, highly knowledgeable, and deeply understanding. She actually takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and ensures you are completely comfortable throughout your visit. It’s so rare to find a doctor who balances expert skill with such genuine compassion. Dr. Daniela, the office staff, and the hygienists took what was a terrifying situation for me and turned it into a wonderful experience. Negative experience: Spent $7250 to get 2 implants and the process lasted over a year. after 3 days, one of the crowns on the implant popped off. The screw that holds the crown onto the implant broke in the threaded section of the implant. Dr Killgrove tried to remove the screw and in doing so damaged the implant and it needs to be replaced. He could not tell me why it failed. Meeting with them this week to figure it out. I know stuff happens, but this is not good.

Negative experience: You would not do my cleaning said it had to be six months. I was released by my cardiologist so I had made this appointment. Please gather all my files and I will pick up . I will be changing dentists because of this. I needed my teeth cleaned!

Negative experience: After waiting 45 min in the waiting room past my appointment time, I was finally taken back where I waited another 15 min for my 20 min procedure.. Then after being there for an hour and 20 mins by this time I was told to go wait in the waiting room to be called back up to be checked out. So I waited for the lady to get off the phone only to be ignored and takes someone else who has just been walked up to be checked out. So I walked out without making my next appointments!! It would be nice if your staff had respect for others people’s time or at least have curtsy to let me know they were extremely behind.

Fantastic experience: Lost an old cap, Dr. TK was able to get me right in to look at. A few days later he was able to put a temporary cap on that tooth and another he was keeping an eye on. I’m not a good patient when I’m getting work on my back teeth. I have a small mouth but they made me comfortable and explained everything. Both were patient when I had to stop for a second. Jasmine works well with the Dr. and she’s a very kind assistant, thank you both.

Fantastic experience: Because of a terrible experience at a completely different, unrelated dental practice when I was a kid, I neglected my teeth and oral health for years. I eventually got sick of having bad dental hygiene and came here due to a recommendation. After my visit, I have to give this place a 10/10 without a doubt! Everyone was extremely kind, caring, and so nice. The front desk staff was amazing as well, helping with everything from setting up my new account to processing and clearly describing the payments. The hygienist was spectacular; she described everything thoroughly and was so gentle on my teeth. I had bad plaque and she took care of it with ease—in fact, it was so easy I could have taken a nap. She was extremely sweet and kind! The dentist was also spectacular, so nice and welcoming. She mentioned a few things to me and made me feel confident about my next visit and all future visits. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist, and one of the best experiences I have ever had in any form of service. I feel so confident and optimistic about my future visits and my oral health! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I would like to begin by saying, I have what you call “white coat syndrome” but for the dentist. I just got two cavities filled and Dr. Ashna Rao and Carly talked me through the whole process exactly what I was going to feel and this was the first time I felt numb getting cavities filled! I usually am very tearful and anxious but this time I took some ibuprofen before and Dr Ashna Rao and Carly numbed me good. The team made sure I was okay constantly. This has been the best dentist switch of my life. You know they did good when you look crazy afterwards lol

Fantastic experience: My son told me about Dr. Timothy Killgrove, as I needed dental care because I had a lot of tooth decay following radiation therapy for head and neck cancer. I was a bit worried about the cost due to all my other medical bills, but my son told me about a payment program called Smile Easy that Dr. Killgrove’s office offers. Kara, the office manager, got in touch with me and set up an appointment for me. I was really impressed with Dr. Killgrove and his staff, Cheree a Dental Hygienist and Kristyn a Dental Assistant. They’re all so professional, kind, compassionate and patient. They always greet me with a warm smile. Kara and Melissa are a big part of Dr. Killgrove’s awesome team, they’re the beginning and end of each appointment. Dr. Killgrove and his team make sure I’m comfortable and pain-free during each appointment. They take the time to explain my dental care plan, which helps me feel less anxious. Thanks to Dr. Killgrove, I finally have the smile I’ve always wanted. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs dental care. I’m so happy with my experience, and I’m happy to share my positive feelings with others.

I have not come across a nicer, more welcoming, genuine staff like theirs EVER!!! Dr Rao is literally the best dentist I have ever met! The ladies at the front desk are always smiling- knowledgeable and willing to help with anything! The dentist assistants are literally so kind, patient, calming and positive!!! Fantastic experience: Everything about this practice is first class. The environment is very modern and clean. The furniture is amazing. The staff is very competent and friendly. But most importantly, they are proactive. I watched several informative videos to help me understand what real dental health is all about and to understand what was going to be done for me. When it comes to pain, I do not like it - not even a little. After local numbing, I was given a very small injection of pain medicine. Then in about 5 minutes the "big one" was given. This made the "big one" not very big at all. I prefer a tiny one, then a mid-level one, and then the big one. The one thing my last dentist did was 2 smaller injections before the "big one". Having said that, I did not insist on 2 smaller ones but going forward I will. I almost never write reviews but I feel strongly about this practice.
