Fantastic experience: Staff and doctors are amazing!! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve never been one that enjoyed going to the dentist, as i’m sure many people aren’t. However, the staff in this office really made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Nancy did a wonderful job on the teeth cleaning, she was very pleasant and didn’t make any part of my experience uncomfortable. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff and calming environment.

Negative experience: The dentists at this clinic persuaded us to proceed with crown procedures that we would not have been able to afford without dental insurance. Because we had excellent insurance coverage at the time, they strongly recommended these treatments. Unfortunately, since the crown was installed, I have continued to experience pain in the treated tooth, whereas I had no issues before the procedure. The same situation occurred with my wife. Her crown required three separate appointments before it was finally seated, and she is still experiencing significant pain. To make matters worse, after our insurance coverage ended, we were billed $819.70, plus additional finance charges that continue to accumulate. We feel it is unfair to be charged for procedures that were not completed properly and have left both of us in ongoing discomfort. We are extremely disappointed with the quality of care and the outcome of these treatments. If these issues are not resolved and the pain continues, we will have no choice but to seek legal counsel to review this matter further.

Fantastic experience: Today my appointment was for a cleaning with Dental Hygienist Nancy. She was very thorough given me new tips for dental health. Dr. Hannoodi came in next and gave me a plan to repair an issue over the next few months. Both my wife and I now go to KB Dental and we are satisfied with the attention and care we receive from everyone.

Fantastic experience: I was pleasantly surprised that after months of having a bad bite KB Dental sat me down and discussed a plan to correct problem. By the time I finished a two hour appointment I had a bite that is now 85% better and will be improved going forward with remaining dental work as discussed. KB Dental has excellent caring people throughout the office and I appreciate the care they take to make my Dental Health a priority and with immediate results. Fantastic experience: A very nice practice! I hadn't been to a dentist in roughly 5 years because of how much i despised the entire process; but going here was really nice. They're all very welcoming and friendly, and they offer many services to try and make the experience as nice as going to the dentist can be. I felt cared for and listened to, as opposed to my usual experience of being poked at and scolded. If you're looking for a new dentist, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My first visit was a cleaning it was VERY thorough (expect to be there for a while)!! I also had two crowns replaced, and even the temporaries were well fitted and comfortable. I knew I needed to go in and couldn’t wait anymore. I looked around my area for a place that felt safe and thought I’d give KB a try. I am so glad I did. Everyone here is so kind and understanding. I finally feel like I’m on my way back to where I need to be and I couldn’t be more grateful for the help. If you’re out there feeling uncertain, give these folks a shot. I promise you won’t regret it. I know I don’t.

Negative experience: THIS DENTIST WAS REFERRED FOR COMPLAINT TO LARA OF MICHIGAN FOR DENTISTRY. My awesome dentist of 25 years retired and I had to find a new dentist. I had a bad experience at another dentist and had trouble trusting a dentist. Well I made the worst choice ever. Dr B and her team are unethical as they left me in a way worse situation than when I walked through their doors. 4 different dentists with 4 different conclusions left me scared. Dr. B drilled 2 massive holes in my 2 teeth on each side of my front upper teeth. She put temporary filling with no plan for them. The fillings came out and my tongue is getting ripped and bleeding because of the holes. They wouldn't get me in for a week and showed no concern for these massive holes. I now have to spend money I don't have way too soon fix it. I got 2 other recommendations, and both were appalled she did it to me and suggested she be reported. The dental assistants were ok until the last one that shouldn't be allowed to touch anyone. She started scraping my back tooth that needs removed,which sent me through the roof with pain. When I objected and asked her to skip the bad teeth, she got angry. She was extremely rough with the rest of the teeth and didn't give me fluoride and polish, but charged my insurance the full amount. They overcharged my insurance on several occasions, left me sitting in a chair for an hour- no lie- an hour- before coming in, lost me $ because I work commission only and I had visits that weren't needed because they kept getting new techs that requested the same tests over and over. There are a ton of dentists- go elsewhere!
