Fantastic experience: Dr. Rasner helped me repair my mouth so that I am healthy. Much more than a dentist, he is an expert in gums, bone loss, implants and more. He saw to my fears of going to the dentist and his approach got me back in the swing with regular checkups and cleanings. I had two implants for back teeth that needed to be pulled. The whole process was expertly done and with good care they'll last me a lifetime. I couldn't be happier. In addition to Dr. Rasner, Jessica has been with me from the beginning as my hygienist. She also took x-rays of some areas where I had concerns about discomfort and discussed future treatment options for me to consider. Jessica ensured my comfort throughout the entire visit. Fantastic experience: I went to Dr Rasner for a consultation regarding extensive dental procedures. I had previously obtained consultations with other dentists in Southern New Jersey, however, I just wasn't satisfied that I found the right dentist. After my consultation with Dr Rasner, I had a comfortable feeling I found the right dentist for me. I started to read patient reviews, I reviewed his accomplishments, awards, professional affiliations and watched You Tube videos from the Rasner Insitute. After this total review of Dr Rasner and the consultation discussing my options regarding my dental procedures, my decision was made. I called and made the appointment to proceed with Dr Rasner in extracting and placing dental Implants. I am so happy and satisfied with my decision. I have had several office visits for my dental procedures and have gotten to know Dr Rasner and his staff very well. Such a professional group of skilled, trained, and educated personnel that make you feel at home, relaxed, and secure, knowing you're in the best of care. As far as the financial aspect, Michele, the Office Manager, will arrange for you the ability to make payments over an extended period of time to fit within your budget. I can truly attest to my sincere belief, that I am fortunate to have made the decision to have my dental procedures performed by Dr Rasner. One Happy Patient Anthony L Franchetti Jr

Negative experience: The Office is Great and Outstanding with the dental care they provide. My major complaint is that I was supposed to get a refund for dental work that could not be completed. The refund was for $1568.00 and was supposed to be issued in December. After calling and talking with the business office I was told that it was issued on January 29. Checked my bank and called them. Bank checked incoming and even junk mail but no refund was issued. I called and spoke with Michael who said it should be returned. I told him no and was told to wait until the end of February because of the amount. Still no refund and was told now that my bank had to file a dispute. I told Michael that I am a Senior Citizen and need my refund to pay other bills. Showed no concern and would not even give me the name of the bank that was supposed to issue refund. I was told do what I have to do to get it back. I am sure the office is not hurting for money and I had to pay before work was done, but why no refund. Please Help if Anyone in the office can.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency (broken tooth and the jagged edges were irritating my tongue) and showed up at the door. They got me in after a short wait, stabilized my tooth, and scheduled an appointment for a permanent repair. I have always been treated well there.

Fantastic experience: I went in for my routine cleaning, and it went smooth as silk. The Hygienist was perky and friendly and most of all.......quick! I'm not a big fan of sitting in a chair for any extended period of time, especially for something as tedious as a dental cleaning (plus the scraping sound is like rusty nails on a blackboard to me) so expediency is a big plus. Dr. Rasner and his team are top notch. I've been going there for years, and recommend them to my friends and family when they ask for a good Dentist. Best part is (next to the free sedation) is they don't try to upsell you on procedures that you may not need right away. I very highly recommend Dr. Rasner and team! Dr. Rasner and the whole team are definitely the G.O.A.T.s!

Fantastic experience: I’m totally satisfied with my experience with Dr. Rasner so far! I just had my first appointment, and he has given me hope, which I had given up on. I never thought I’d have the opportunity to chew properly and have my smile back. I truly believe that Dr. Rasner can change that I’m 83 years old, & I broke my top front tooth, when I was 7. I had it capped a number of times, but it didn’t last. I never had a nice smile. Dentures would never stay, due to a saliva problem. I was referred to Dr.Rasner, & got permanent top implants & lower implants. Now I have a nice smile for the first time in 76 years.

Fantastic experience: Visit on 7/17 was another great cleaning. Sarah did an excellent job. All of Dr Rasners staff are friendly and really nice. Visit on 4/14 was excellent. The staff are all incredible. I needed to get a deep cleaning and I have to say Sarah did an incredible job. Very friendly and talkative which helps take your mind off all the scraping etc. Felt absolutely no pain. Now I need to keep up on my waterpik, brushing and flossing. I recommend Dr Rasner to everyone that asks for a dentist. Visit on 3/10 was great. Got a temporary crown and they did an incredible job. Absolutely no pain and no soreness. I drive 45 minutes to get there and it is worth every minute of that. I’ll never go anywhere else I encourage everyone to give them a try and you’ll feel the same way. Today’s visit was great got a good cleaning and my teeth look great and feel clean. So happy with Dr Rasner and his team Last visit-Incredible staff. I got 2 cavities filled and felt absolutely nothing. And when the Novocain wore off my teeth felt great with no pain or discomfort. I would recommend Dr Rasner to anyone that needs a dentist. He’s very fair,loves what he does and actually cares about every patient. I won’t go anywhere else

I didn’t feel anything when I received the 1st injections, I felt a little pinch for the last shot. At no point did I feel any pain, I felt pressure but everything was explained. I will be returning for additional treatments. I am So Very Happy and Grateful to have found Dr Rasner. I thanked him as I was leaving for the day. Fantastic experience: I first heard an ad for Dr Rasner on sports radio in 2010. After spending many years mortally afraid of dentists, I decided to give sedation dentistry a try. From the moment I walked into the Vineland NJ office I knew I was in good hands. The entire staff has always been very kind, caring and supportive. I have gone through many rounds of oral surgery over the years. Dr Rasner, who is an expert in his field as well as being a great person, figured out an excellent gameplan and always made sure I was comfortable and gave me the best possible care. Today I have a beautiful new smile, renewed confidence and complete faith in.Dr Rasner and his staff. 2024 update. I have had seven rounds of procedures for a lower bridge this year. Everything has gone well and I am glad to be part of this experience with Dr Rasner and his excellent staff. 2025 update. I am now done with all major work but still happily drive over 2 hours for cleanings. I will always be a loyal customer to Dr Rasner!

I have anxiety and ptsd and have struggled with seeing the dentist without panicking since I was a child but not at Dr. Rasners office! Michelle the head of the office is so kind and helpful with financial issues. She is very sweet and down to earth. Where have you gone for a surgical procedure that they ask you if you want a plush blanket and they wrap you up in it. It’s like better than being with family. The care they take to make the experience as soothing and relaxing as possible. The all natural additives that they use are also a nice touch. If you haven’t had this kind of feeling in your own dentists office I think you are missing out. Don’t hesitate make the appointment you’ll be so glad you did and the front desk staff are very awesome too. I had difficulty with posting this, and Ashley walked me through everything step-by-step. Fantastic experience: I’m @ an age where you do not do the unthinkable, which is cosmetic dental surgery. My Grandchildren’s’ weddings was approaching. I wanted a pretty smile for all. My teeth were already fine but getting older my smile was not always one that I liked. My children said “Mom you always helped us, do something nice for yourself.” I thought about it a lot. Then I decided to call Dr. Steven Rasner, who did crown work for me in the past. I told him, “Just make my smile more noticeable.” We came up with a plan to do only six teeth. I was so pleased, we did some additional teeth.” (With no pain at all). We were all happy @ the results. Guess what? My husband & children did not even notice my new change or my “new” updated smile. Im so happy with Dr. Radner & his staff for being so professional & doing fantastic dental work. I highly recommend him to all my friends & family. He gives you that normal natural look!

Dr. Tewari was wonderful, excellent skills and really put me at ease and did a great job. Dr. Rasner is very personable, knowledgeable and runs a wonderful practice. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Very disappointed with this office. They have taken advantage of my mother who is elderly many times. I’ve advised her to find another dentist. The team has been dismissive with her concerns as well. My mother asked a simple question, for example, and the hygienist pulled the doctor to come in to give her an answer that my mother already knew regarding her teeth. She then received an added charge of $100.00 as a consult fee. This is deceptive and unacceptable. My dentist has never done anything like this before. She is a senior on fixed income. Very disappointing. Not to mention a previous situation regarding coercing her to sign up for a credit card dental payment plan with extremely high interest rates. Fortunately, I was able to handle that quickly. It’s sad for those who do not have family to help.

Fantastic experience: After several years of neglecting my dental health, I was fortunate enough to begin my treatment with Dr. Rasner and his team. I can honestly say that after a deep cleaning, an extraction, two crowns and a dental implant, there are no discernible differences in my bite and my teeth look and feel like a million bucks! Jessica was kind enough to allow me to return after not having cleaning with this office. My Zests needed to be replaced which there was no hesitation for Jessica to replace. Thank you for the great experience. I made my 6mo cleaning and will return. I'm adding a comment. During my visit, there was another hygienist that worked on my implants. I did not catch her name, but I want give her a 5 star rating.

Fantastic experience: As a new patient transferring from another office, due to high anxiety from multiple bridge failure, I was put at ease immediately from Dr Rasner and his knowledge and explanation on correcting my bridge issue. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was gentle and thorough beyond my expectations. They offered help with my anxiety but it wasn’t necessary due to the gentle process. Communicating with the staff is easy and they not only listen but hear what you have to say.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Dentists Dr. Rasner.. and Dr. T (sorry forgot her last name) Excellent Hygienists: JESSY you cannot beat jessy. she is so kind and gentle and so very caring and patient with her clients and above all she does NOT hurt when cleaning your teeth. There is also Kim..she too is very nice. Can't complain. I would recommend going to Dr. Rasner. we travel 40 minutes just to go to his place. GREAT PLACE

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so very kind and friendly. They also know what they are doing and do great work. It might be a little more expensive there, but it’s well worth it.
