Fantastic experience: My first appointment was well worth waiting for. Every possible category I can think of was 5 star. This dental visit was like flying first class for the first time. I never believed a trip to the dentist could be so positive and relaxing.

Fantastic experience: Smile Grand Haven always gives me excellent dental care. From the dental hygienist who carefully takes her time with gentleness to the honest report from the dentist...excellent care. Even the ladies who checked me in are always super friendly. Finally I had an insurance issue that was clarifthsnks to the gal who works in this area. I'm super impressed with Smiles Grand Haven.

Fantastic experience: We are always greeted in a friendly way and the hygienists and dentists are kind and help my children feel comfortable. We really appreciate Little Smiles after going to dentists that have been unkind, have a negative manner or were rude in the past. My kids used to dread the dentist and now I hear no complaints.

Positive experience: Great place and staff is amazing. Honestly my only complaint is everytime I call I can't get ahold of anyone. I've sat waiting numerous time usually around 8 mins or I have to leave a message. Other than that I love this place and will definitely continue to bring my children here.

Fantastic experience: I love everything about this place, the facility is beautiful, the people are more than friendly and efficient. My ONLY complaint is the amount of time you have to spend on hold on the phone to speak to someone there. More than once I've been on hold for 20+ minutes and then disconnected. I've also been offered a call back, and never got called back. It can be frustrating. I hope you can get this issue resolved.

I first started coming here around 10 years ago because the founder, Dr. Riopelle, was so involved in the community. I really appreciated that. Back to their team… It’s a collaborative effort in creating a warm and welcoming, safe and compassionate experience. They know my name every time. They remember our conversations 6 months apart. True commitment to taking the best care of those they serve. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We love Smile Grand Haven so much. Every staff member from the check in desk to the dental hygienists are absolutely delightful and easy to work with. Our dental hygienist was so patient with my 3 year old who was a little apprehensive about having his teeth looked at and completed his exam quickly and efficiently. If you are looking for a dentists office for your child, hands down, this is the place!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff!! They are great with my son at Little Smiles and myself at the same office. We are never kept waiting in the lobby past our appointment times. The office staff is very helpful with insurance and billing scenarios.

Positive experience: Smile Grand Haven, PLLC has a very good staff. Super friendly, efficient, productive and professional. The main weakness is customer support when you are not in the building. Reaching them is near impossible. This has been going on for years. The phone service is poor and does not support the needs of their customers. For years I've waited on "hold" for 15 to 20 minutes at a time to get someone to talk with - SGH needs to identify new technology and modernize the connection with the customer.

Fantastic experience: I love everyone at this place! I have a 5 year old with autism, adhd and ocd, everytime we come they are AMAZING with her! Their greatest attribute is Patience! Every staff member gets to the kids level and make them feel safe and heard! Communication is key. Don't be late! Your appointment time you are actually in that chair. If you are late everyone is late yhe rest of the day and it snowballs so that rule is important to remember! Yes life happens and they are very understanding so call them if you are running late and explain. When I was late because of an accident and the whole highway was dead locked they understood and rescheduled me to a cancelation later that day. I would recommend them to anyone! Yesterday my daughter wanted to stay after her appointment and play in the waiting room!! It was that great of an experience for her, since I myself has anxiety about going to my dentist I want to give her great experiences so maybe as an adult she will have better dental hygiene than myself. We want our children to do better than us in life and this right here is an excellent opportunity to start that as young as possible. They also teach parents better techniques to brush your children's teeth if you are having any troubles. If you have questions they really answer them instead of brush you off. I dont think 5 stars is enough!! I'd like to thank all the staff for how wonderful our experience has been and look forward to many more!!

Fantastic experience: I was able to walk in and be seen right away. Filling had fallen out. Within the hour I was seen and had a new filling Walked out smiling. Great service.

Negative experience: Service/cleaning was good. I do not like how condescending some of the staff can be though. Gave them a 2nd chance today and will not be going back. I'm disappointed. Been going there for years. Now I and my family will be looking for a new denstist/practice all together.

Fantastic experience: The staff is outstanding, caring, considerate, playful, gentle, and truly amazing with kids, (especially with my high energy 2yr old). His hygienist has been nothing but amazing each time we’ve gone. Thanks for doing what you do!

Negative experience: I have been in 5 times in 5 week because the cap they put on my tooth keeps falling off. Which means I keep having to take time away from work for repeat appointments. At least they aren’t charging me for all the appointments to fix the fix of the fixes.

Fantastic experience: I take my 3 &4 year olds and they are extremely comfortable with the care provided to them. The staff was very friendly patient and soft spoken with them.

Fantastic experience: My hygienist (Elisha) was kind and friendly. She also had amazing peripheral vision, noting immediately that my finger was up and removed all fingers and tools out of my mouth so that I could scratch my nose.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Smile Grand Haven/Little Smiles is fantastic. We needed a cavity prevention treatment and they were wonderful with my son! They were patient and kind.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Smile Dental enough! I am an anxious person, especially surrounding dental. So when I found out I needed a root canal and some crowns, I was so scared, but it didn’t last long. Dr. Bridget and all the hygienists I saw were so understanding, validating, and helpful. They made accommodations so I would feel as comfortable and empowered as possible. They also printed out a treatment plan that laid out all the financial information as well so I knew what each appointment would cost. Once the root canal came along, I was nervous BUT it was absolutely painless. Healed great, and the process for the crown was exactly the same. Comfortable, painless, and friendly. I even found myself laughing during my appointments! Plus Jodi at the front desk is so kind, and all the care feels very genuine here. Go here! You will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: In all the years I’ve been going to Smile Grand Haven I’ve never had a bad experience. I used to hate going to the dentist it now kinda look forward to it. Shelby my hygienist is fantastic! She is part of a team that always makes you feel welcome, are professional and talented in one’s oral care.

They created a full plan for my child and coordinated with another office( closer travel) for our procedure to be done at once they found out we drove 1.5hrs to see them (would do it everytime if needed they're that wonderful) which I've never had any dr do that before. Again hands down best place to take your child

Positive experience: We have been trying to make an appointment for or dental pain after a filling for weeks. Last week I called after a filling came out and swelling developed. We were told we couldn't get in for a week. Over the holiday weekend infection symptoms, pain and swelling increased rapidly. The after hours number was called many times. I received one cell back stating the message was fuzzy. I called back with details again and no response. An ER visit and urgent care and the patient missing all of his end of summer plans, and we find it he has to have more work done, which I feel could possibly have been prevented if we had been able to get in sooner. When we are able to get seen it's great. This situation was unfortunate though.

The office itself is absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully decorated for kids—it feels more like a fun play area than a dentist’s office. Negative experience: They keep taking my money over estimate insurance costs and I have to follow up to request a refund. They were supposed to credit my account $140 some $ it’s $114 instead. I don’t trust them with $ at al and tired of babysitting my dental account they are trying to keep $ that isn’t even theirs to keep and they have to get permission to refund my money? Crazy, The crown I had done was sloppy and I’m stil having issues with it. I’ve been back once already. The dentist seems to be hurried not personalized service. I def won’t go back!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Bridget is fantastic. Communicates throughout the dental process. The office gives an estimate of ALL works that needs to be done instead of a new surprise every visit. The office staff and hygienists are always friendly and even knew my name after my first visit. They even offered a no interest credit card for items the dental insurance didn't cover!

They run on time (which is rare and appreciated), and they go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable, heard, and well cared for. The service is fast, friendly, and top-notch. You can tell they take real pride in what they do, and they treat their patients with respect and warmth. If your insurance covers it, I highly recommend choosing this office. I honestly feel lucky to have found them.
