Negative experience: This place is just out for money!!! My husband and I both went there!! I have had a deep cleaning a couple years ago! He hasn't!! We both have wonderful teeth they said!.. but both need a deep cleaning that take 4 sessions! They knew they weren't gunna clean our teeth before we even walked threw those doors today!! We both got the same sales pitch!!!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been using PDG for about 3 years now, we’ve always had a great experience. We are now using Adventure Vision since January 2025 and have also had good experiences with them! Dr. Copp does a great job at explaining the need of corrective lenses in a way a kiddo will understand!

Fantastic experience: My son was seen by 3 other dentists last spring for a tooth that was causing him pain. We did not let any of them treat him because of how they treated us. I finally found PDG online and it was easy to schedule online, call and reschedule or cancel over the weekend. My mom took him and let me know the staff had great bedside manner. They respected each other and were attentive to our no Flouride preferences. They provided a plan that was just what was needed, without pressure and pushy sales tactics. We are glad to finally be getting treated like we matter.

Negative experience: My daughter sees Dr Hahn, it is notified on her account that she only sees her and I hate to give this experience one star because we love Dr Hahn but Thursday December 4, 2025 we came in as scheduled my daughter had a filling and a cap be put on a baby tooth next to the tooth that got the filling to prevent a cavity from happening and we got there and Dr Hahn is not in that day so we had to see the new dentist there and she didn’t introduce herself to me or my daughter just came over and started working on her mouth and did filling and out cap on and we left afterwards. That night my daughter went to sleep and I went and checked on her before I went to bed about 10pm and she had blood all over her face and hand coming from the cap they put on. It bled up until 7:00am so I brought her back up there Friday that following morning to get checked out and Dr Hahn was there and I explained everything to her what had happened and that she was also spitting out blood clots and going to gauzes from me having to change them out her mouth constant all night she even told me that my daughter has it listed on her account that she is to only see Dr Hahn and only her and she looked at my daughter mouth where the new dentist put cap on her tooth and told me there was an injury made from the new dentist putting on the cap and Dr Hahn reassured me that her tooth was healing and prescribed my daughter some antibiotic mouthwash and the tooth wasn’t bleeding anymore to call when and if was bleeding more. Well Friday night came along around 10pm her mouth started bleeding again and this time it was worse. I tried tea bags cold rags and everything she recommended me and nothing stopped the bleeding so went to take my daughter to emergency room and we been here since 2:00am the dentist office doesn’t have an after hours emergency call number either. At this point I’m sure the cap is digging in her gums is jagged or digging in her gums at this point and it is still bleeding to this moment at 7:08am Saturday morning and she is spitting out blood clots still to this moment so again this has been our worst experience with this place and at this point I am wanting them to remove this cap completely from her mouth and switch dentist

Negative experience: We went to this place because we just moved and needed a dentist for my 5 year old. At our old dentist (that we saw less than a year ago) she had never had any spots for concern and no cavities. When we got here they took X-rays and did a cleaning. Afterwards, they told me that she needed FOUR silver caps on her top two back molars on both sides due to “decay between the teeth”. The hygienist showed me what the caps looked like and then told me I could go to the front to schedule that. At the checkout desk they quoted me over $1000 (we’re self pay) but I told them I wanted to talk with my husband before we scheduled anything. That night I had a weird feeling about everything and decided to schedule a second opinion at a different dentist. They requested a copy of our X-rays from PDG but they said all they were sent was a screenshot so you couldn’t see the actual imaging. We had to pay at the new dentist for more X-rays to be done. After all that we were told by this dentist that she does have one problem spot in the back left that needs to be watched but at this time does not even require a filling or any caps to be placed. So we went from apparently needing FOUR caps to NONE. We have a follow up in 6 months with the other place to see if it is changed but for now no work needs to be done and we’re only told to spend a bit longer brushing that area and to floss better. Definitely trust your gut. Had I not got the second opinion my child would’ve had 4 silver caps for the next several years when turns out she didn’t even need them

Negative experience: Both of my kids had dental and vision appointments yesterday 10/27/2025. Their vision appointment was first which took longer than expected. My youngest daughter's dental appointment was at 4:00 pm. When we got over there it was 4:09 pm. They put her as a no show when she was there. They also said that they would see if they could see her even though it was only 9 minutes past her appointment time. No one ever said anything else about if they could still see her or not and they did not even mention rescheduling the appointment. Very unprofessional on their part.

Negative experience: Always a long wait!!! What is the point of an appointment if we have to wait 45min to an 1hr... And then wait more once we are back there

Fantastic experience: It was a great experience for me and my daughter. Nancy and the Oculist were very friendly and patient, and they made the visit very fun to us. I recommend the service here. ☺️

Negative experience: Initially everything was fine but recently we have been trying for 9 months to get my kiddo new glasses. In that time, not once have they returned a phone call a message. I've been up there multiple times. They have told me three times that they put the order for the glasses in but can't find them. On the last visit they told me that there was a note. I already picked up the glasses and they insinuated that I was just trying to get extra free glasses. Needless to say we're finding a new doctor.

Negative experience: I would give it more stars but the reason they’re only getting one star is the absolute lack of communication!!! This has happed TWICE NOW!!! We get phone calls to confirm appointments which we physically speak to someone and get the appointment confirmation. One time we confirmed an appointment, went into the appointment and was told that they rescheduled because we didn’t confirm. Which we had proof that we confirmed the appointment. The second time was just this past week we confirmed the appointment the Friday before and then get a text message the day before the appointment saying that the appointment was canceled because we didn’t confirm even though we physically spoke to someone and have proof. PEOPLE TAKE TIME OFF WORK FOR APPOINTMENTS and to cancel because someone at the front desk doesn’t do their job is ridiculous! I have called to speak to the office manager three times now to make her aware of what’s going on and no call back!!! We will NO longer be going to this dentist. Not just that there was a male hygienist we saw the first time we went to the 91st Street location and he has absolutely no patience with children who have a fear of going to the dentist. Now, every single time that she has to go get her teeth cleaned she is freaked out just because of that one person.

Negative experience: Pediatric Dental Group my middle child had a traumatic experience of a female Dr pulling her tooth without proper numbing or anesthesia,she was screaming that she could feel it. That Dr happens not to be there anymore to my knowledge. It was years ago. We've been going here since 2014. They are under new management,but unfortunately since 2020 they have declined a lot. On the Orthodontist side there was a younger brown haired male Dr who threatened my children and I to kick us out if we didn't wear masks. He also works on the regular dental side and is very obnoxiously loud talking about drinking alcohol ect very unprofessional in a child's dentist facility. Now,Adventure Vision I DO recommend and my children and i only have had positive experiences with them!! Five Stars to the Vision department!

Negative experience: I took my 3-year-old daughter to Pediatric Dental Group for a routine checkup. We as family try to limit sugar intakes and make sure to brush her teeth every night. During a previous visit, the dentist mentioned she had a small cavity in one of her molars but reassured me that it didn’t require treatment—just careful brushing and monitoring. Six months later, at our follow-up visit, the same dentist suddenly recommended a crown for that same molar and claimed my daughter needed seven resin composite fillings—without even taking an X-ray. I was told that X-rays couldn’t be done at her age unless she was put under anesthesia, and that treatment needed to be done “as soon as possible.” That didn’t sit right with me, so I decided to get a second opinion. At the second office, they were able to take X-rays without putting her to sleep, and the results were very different. It turned out she didn’t have any cavities that needed filling—what was mistaken for decay were actually stains. The molar in question only had a small exterior cavity that simply requires close monitoring and improved flossing. I’m incredibly thankful I trusted my instincts and got a second opinion. I’m sharing this to encourage other parents to do the same if something doesn’t feel right. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to the first dental office again.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Staff is nice but the office is very dirty. Spent two whole days trying to contact the office for an emergency procedure. My daughter was seen last month for a dental emergency and they said if it gets worse or we needed further help, to call the office and they will easily send me the referral for her to have the emergency procedure. Things ended up getting worse for my daughter and fast, but the number you call takes you to a customer service line and they couldn’t get ahold of the clinic. I spent three days trying to call and they kept telling me they couldn’t get ahold of the clinic and to call back in an hour. They weren’t willing to even schedule us to be seen in office to even discuss my concerns about her condition worsening because of the statement about possibly referral for surgery. We were stuck for three days while her tooth got worse. After countless phone calls, an office finally willing to see my daughter last minute tonight, and some antibiotics for facial swelling, we finally have a date set for her emergency procedure. No thanks to this place.

Negative experience: Don’t have a job where you can’t answer their reminder call or they will just up and cancel your appointment that you made months ago! Me and my daughter both took off from work for her appointment and they had canceled it! We have not no-shown them an appointment in the past. They just lost 2 customers but obviously they don’t care or they wouldn’t have cancelled!

Fantastic experience: Friday in the movie, my son started crying because of his tooth being loose and causing lots of pain. Our dentist was closed and I was SOOOO thankful that Pediatric Dental was not only helpful and super kind but they even helped us find an opening to get him in within the hour. Every person we came in contact with was SOOOO kind and helpful and professional. The dentist was warm and really friendly like her staff. Definitely take your children here!!!!! You'll be blessed by each of them. They go above and beyond!!!!Thank you all again for helping my son and I during a very tough day, you made it smooth!

My daughter is special needs, and they went above and beyond to accommodate her, and it was the smoothest vision screening ever! Nancy and Dr Copp were wonderful with her, and I am excited to see where her vision takes her! Great office and staff!

Negative experience: Terrible experience. We scheduled my daughter for one single filling at 8 am, when we got there they claimed they didn’t have time and told us to come back another day. They also tried to say she needed multiple fillings, but her regular dentist confirmed that wasn’t true when they looked at her x rays again—it was a clear attempt to over-bill which is illegal. Worst of all, the staff discriminated against us for being on SoonerCare. They were rude, dismissive, and refused to use her insurance despite their office accepting it. After speaking with Soonercare and the Oklahoma State Board of Dentistry, I was advised to file a formal complaint for their unethical behavior and insurance refusal. Avoid this office if you expect fair, professional treatment.

She tells you thoroughly what is going on, and gives advice and care, and you can tell she genuinely cares. Her and her team make the experience all around enjoyable! They don't take you for all your worth either, very affordable and the establishment is clean. We're grateful for Adventure Vision!

Fantastic experience: We loved Adventure Vision! My 5 year old has worn glasses since she was 7 months old and of all the places we’ve gone, this one I feel gave me the most information. As a mom you want to know what’s going on with your child and be able to ask as many questions as you need. Dr. Cop and his staff were so accommodating when it came to all of my 100 questions. I definitely recommend this place and will be raving about it to all of our little friends who wear glasses!

Negative experience: I took my 3 kids here because of the great reviews on fb and google, but the dental hygienist that saw them was RUDE. My oldest son (7) has horrible anxiety and audibly told her he was scared and she said “you need to stop being scared right now! I can’t do my job with you shaking!” Um, WHAT?! Kept telling the 3 year old “you just don’t know what floss is obviously” no he doesn’t know who you are and he’s scared, talking to him like you would to an adult isn’t helping anyone! She might be a good hygienist, who knows, but she is NOT a good pediatric hygienist. If you’re going to be mad that children are behaving like children perhaps you should work with adults only. The dentist was extremely kind and explained everything but the hygienist completely ruined the experience so we definitely won’t be back.

Fantastic experience: Staff were very patient with my toddler. They took the time to explain each procedure they were doing with my child and provided a fun experience for her at the doctors! We usually have a hard time when visiting doctors, but going here has never been an issue for her.
