First of all, I was taken in right on time. Aniska (Agnes) cleaned my teeth with good will, strong forearms, and pleasant conversation; Dr. B. came in at the end and, in her usual very pleasant way, updated me as to the state of my teeth and their upcoming problems, suggesting a plan of attack while making sure I understood exactly why she was making a particular suggestion; and finally, Larni in the front, in the kindest possible manner, ran up the figures for the procedure with the insurance company in mind. Really, a platonic form of a dental office. A number of appointments later, I have nothing to change--a great dentist and office.

It's clear they are trying to keep the cleaning and evaluation to 30 minutes or less, and it made me feel uncomfortable with the quality of care I received. They should be open at least one Saturday a month to make it less inconvenient for patients.
