Experiencia negativa: My husband and I were referred to this practice by his co-worker whose daughters have been patients here a long time. We were scheduled for a checkup and cleaning for our daughter today but the office cancelled our appointment at the last minute on pretext that they didn't participate in our insurance plan.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the last minute cancellation of your scheduled visit. Our goal is always to provide clear communication regarding insurance participation prior to an appointment, and we regret that this was not your experience. We would like the opportunity to review what happened and look into this further for you. Please reach out to our office manager through the standard contact options listed on our website so we can assist you directly.

Experiencia fantástica: Grand dental is a great office. great staff and an amazing Doctor! I had a consult done due to pain and Dr. Garces fixed me right up! Katherine I believe the Office manager spoke to me about my insurance and breakdown and just took her time. She really cares about patients. The dental assistant that helped me out was amazing. She explained to me step by step on how things would go. After same day treatment, I wanted to do a cleaning! The front receptionist (I didn’t get her name) made it so simple to get me something ASAP. You can tell this office really cares about there patients, I did not feel rushed to explained my concerns nor rushed to pick a day to schedule an appointment for my cleaning! Thank you Nuva Smile (grand dental) in Englewood for listening and caring about my oral health! Definitely recommend to everyone:)
Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at this dental office, especially the receptionist, Cheily. She was so kind, patient, and truly tried her best to help me. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. She took the time to answer my questions and made the process as smooth as possible. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made a big difference in my visit. She even complimented my outfit which means a whole lot to me! I really appreciate her effort and kindness i definitely recommend this dental office!
Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Nuva Smile, and a huge part of that is thanks to Shaylee at the front desk! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel so welcome. She is incredibly professional, kind, and efficient—making the check-in and scheduling process seamless. Shaylee goes above and beyond to ensure patients feel comfortable and well taken care of. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly set the tone for a great visit. Highly recommend this office, and a big shoutout to Shaylee for her outstanding customer service!
Experiencia negativa: If I could rate this office with zero stars, I absolutely would. I strongly advise against coming here. The office hires incompetent staff who clearly do not value your time. I arrived for my 12:00 PM appointment at 12:01 PM, and by 12:20 PM, the receptionist, Sheiley, informed me that the hygienist was running behind, which I accepted without issue. However, I was still waiting at 1:05 PM, and when I approached Sheiley to ask for an update, she explained that because I didn’t confirm my appointment until the day before, she had decided to reschedule me for 1:00 PM, which is why I had been waiting so long. I was shocked and appalled to hear this explanation after sitting in the waiting room for over an hour. Their office opens at 8:00 AM, and I received a text message at 10:14 AM confirming my 12:00 PM appointment. The most frustrating part of this experience is how they refused to take responsibility, instead blaming my confirmation time on Sunday, March 23rd at 9:40 AM, claiming it was somehow unacceptable and that my valuable time should suffer as a result. I have attached the text message thread for reference. Save yourself the frustration—do not waste your time or energy here.
Experiencia fantástica: Office is very clean and updated. Dr. Aboelsaad is absolutely amazing and treatment is pain free. Thank you so much for the best dental visit.

Experiencia negativa: Highly don’t recommend! They are scammers and give the wrong information to their patients! Told me I was fully covered for a procedure and didn’t mention anything of paying when I left after the procedure but told me they would call me to make my next appointment. Then they called me to charge me the day after thanksgiving day! Said they would check the voice recordings to see if it was true and never cared to follow up or help me! Told me I had to pay even though I was lied to. Then lied to me about when to pay almost making me go into collections! I had to pay in full and the only resolution they gave me was that there front desk girl was suspended! Terrible place and never coming again! Front desk if rude and Katherine didn’t even care to help me but to push me off saying she would call me or have a district manager call me which never happened.
Experiencia fantástica: Great service everyone is so nice definitely do recommend

Experiencia fantástica: This office is fantastic! I have been to a lot of different dentists and Dr. Garcés is the best. He is detail-oriented, thorough, and very knowledgeable. If you're looking for a dentist in without doubts come here ! All the staff is very nice and pleasant specially his medical assistant Virgi she is very sweet ♥️ highly recommended
We couldn’t ask for a kinder heart your a joy to see here
Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient at Grand Dental for over 10 years. Dr Graces and his team are the most patient, professional and talented staff I have Ever encountered! Although I live quite a distance from the office, I will not seek dental work from anyone else. I Highly recommend Grand Dental for all of your dental care.
Now that means a lot to us and why we are here for you thank you
