Experiencia fantástica: Amazing service!! From the time I walked in the door until the time I left. The office manager Ryan was super helpful. Answered all my questions, helped me understand the process. Definitely recommend.

Experiencia negativa: I had a very uncomfortable experience and every visit is the same. I was not greeted or acknowledged when I arrived. The reception was dismissive. And when inquiring about my appointment time, I was not asked to please hold, instead I was walked away from. Which is rude. They don’t respect your appointment time and they don’t have any hesitation with showing their disdain for you. In fact, one of the dental assistants Elaine, said, “it’s going to be a long day” when I asked the doctor a simple question about my treatment plan, right in front of me without any regard for my presence. This place lacks the proper customer service skills needed to make their clients feel comfortable. I feel terrible when I am there. The doctor is great and very comforting but the staff makes it a very unpleasant experience. Overall, I regret choosing this office as my orthodontist.

Experiencia negativa: We relocated from white plains NY to Brooklyn. We had to change the site for my son to get his braces done. We chose inwood. After traveling almost 2 hours on the subway with a stroller and baby, to get to my older son’s appointment, they turned us away because my son needed 8 brackets repaired and they were short staffed, it would take 40 minutes to fix the brackets. The doctor refused to see us and told us to come back another day. This was extremely frustrating , unprofessional, and heartless. I practically begged the receptionist to see us and she just didn’t care and kept saying no. If we could continue traveling to white plains to see the orthodontist there we would. They would have never turned us away like that. It was unacceptable. No courtesy call to inform us of any issues beforehand. And the attitude from the staff was inconsiderate and tried to pass it off as if it was our fault for not telling them about the brackets. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. This office is heartless. Don’t believe the hype.

What impressed me most was how they guided my daughter through the difficult insurance process something that can be stressful and confusing for anyone. Experiencia negativa: Before you sing anything make sure you are in network they will wait for the end of the treatment to tell you own money when that was not the discuss at initial consultation … the new manager is horrible super rude she will scream across the waiting are your financial very unprofessional .. when 1st stared with then staff was amazing everyone got replace and now it has become a gossip place and loud jokes amount employees at the front desk .. this company needs to do mystery shopping on this location so they can know who are their employees and how they are treating customers. The receptions is amazing and professional . Over all very disappointed of how it has change over the years

I visited for an Invisalign consultation to address a slight overbite (nothing too major) and decided to proceed with a treatment plan. However, after giving it some thought, I realized that it wasn’t the right time financially to commit to Invisalign. The very next day, I contacted them to cancel my agreement. Even though only a day had passed since my order was submitted, the cancellation process required some steps. Thankfully, Johvanie was incredibly helpful throughout. He kept me informed at every stage and reassured me that the cancellation would be handled smoothly. He was an absolute pleasure to work with! From the front desk to the medical professionals, everyone was so kind and welcoming. I’ll definitely return when I’m ready to invest in a straighter smile. Highly recommend this place!

Experiencia negativa: My wife made an appointment, but apparently it wasn’t in their system. They proceeded to have my wife wait for 2 hours without being seen by a doctor. They overbooked and instead of having you reschedule they’d rather waste your time so they can squeeze in more income for the day. It is obvious this place is just a patient mill that isn’t willing to give the proper time per patient. You’re nothing but a paycheck to them. Don’t take time off work for an appointment at this facility. Your appointment isn’t guaranteed.

Experiencia negativa: Worst place to get your braces.I recommend to do quotes in other places before choosing compare to other places they are expensive here. The brackets always fall off wires are always misplaced causing pain and discomfort last appt the wire was place on top of a bracket instead of the hole it was supposed to go into. Staff is friendly though

Doctor Hamad was honest/professional and his bedside manner was very good. John was very helpful at the end of the consultation. He provided good customer service and had me leaving the office with a treatment plan that will get me on track with my orthodontist treatment. I was clear on everything when I left the office.
