Parker & Pennington Dentistry

Experiencia fantástica: What a wonderful practice. Just moved to Florida and tried them out and fell in love with the Practice. Getting work done on my teeth and having an amazing time, even though dental work isn’t always a Good time, but they try to make it that way.

Experiencia fantástica: A genuinely personal experience from the moment you walk in the door. Warm and personal team, beautiful spot in south Jax Beach, and all the latest gee-whiz dental equipment you could ask for. Both dentists and their assistants are super experienced, professional and friendly. If you don’t look forward to dental appointments (who does?), give Parker&Pennington a try for something completely different!

Experiencia fantástica: New to the area and had to find a new provider! This staff are inviting and knowledgeable and made me feel like I was family. They used new technology that I have never experienced before at previous dentist. They were able to show me potential issue areas that I never knew I had and feel I would have never known about them until it became one. We were able to start working on a plan towards resolving the issues so they don’t become a big issue down the road.

Experiencia fantástica: Karen is AMAZING and Dr. Pennington is just the BEST!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Pennington is a gem of a dentist. The staff is super friendly too! I highly recommend Parker and Pennington for all dental needs!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experiences every time I have an appt.! Both Drs. Parker & Pennington and their entire staff very, obviously, care about their patients as people. My hygienist, Karen, is amazing. She never makes me feel bad if my teeth/gums could use more consistent flossing but she also gets all excited for me if my mouth has improved and is looking good. Karen never wants me to feel any discomfort and frequently asks me during cleanings if “this feels ok” or “I’m not hurting you at all am I?”. She is so gentle, I can, honestly say, that I have never experienced anything uncomfortable during a cleaning or X-rays. I have also had other procedures done over the years by both Dr. Parker and Dr. Pennington. They have both told me at different times that there is absolutely no reason a patient should ever feel any pain during a dental procedure. I can be a scaredy cat about dental work so that was important to me. And to their credit, I have never felt any pain during any procedure there. High quality dentistry by caring professionals — I highly recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: I just wanted to give a shout-out to the amazing team at Parker & Pennington Dentistry. The night before last, I started feeling like something wasn’t right in my lower jaw. I left a message after hours, and by 8:30 the next morning they had already called me back and had me in the office by 9:30. They quickly figured out what was likely going on, started me on an antibiotic, and had me scheduled with a specialist right away. That’s the kind of care that gives you real peace of mind when you’re in pain. Everyone there is consistently kind, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. Over the years I’ve had extensive cosmetic dental work done, so I’ve spent more than my fair share of time in dental chairs. I know quality dentistry when I experience it, and Parker & Pennington are truly top-notch. Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of me. It’s comforting to know you’re in such capable hands. Lynne Lamb

Experiencia fantástica: Great service, with your care first in mind.

Experiencia fantástica: An old crown needed replacing, and I was so dreading having a temporary one. Was I super surprised that the temp crown Dr. Pennington made for me was as smooth as a pearl! The best in modern dentistry is here.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in for a routine cleaning. Karen and I always have fun conversations while she is cleaning my teeth. Great Job.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience. We recommend Parker and Pennington dentistry.

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately they discriminate people. If you are a minority or have an accent, they won’t book you an appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: Caring, and always good advice and skill to maintain healthy teeth. Also great at taking care of any dental emergencies.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t tell you how wonderful and caring the staff and Doctor Pennington and Parker are. I have had several problems that needed attention pretty much right away. They have gotten me right in for evaluation . I thank them all for the care. They go over and above . I feel very safe and happy with them

Experiencia fantástica: Great first meeting

Experiencia fantástica: Parker & Pennington is fantastic!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent dental care and very nice people. I am not a full time resident of Jacksonville yet and I didn’t have a local dentist, but a dental problem that occurred while I was here made it impossible to ignore. I got a referral from some family members who live here and go to Parker & Pennington so I went this morning. I felt like I was in very good care and I have another 2 appointments scheduled.

Experiencia fantástica: Drs. Parker and Pennington and their staff are terrific. I have been a patient for 10+ years and I appreciate they are proactive in helping patients achieve optimal dental hygiene and they are thorough in their evaluations. They deliver compassionate care and collaboratively help their patients navigate to solutions that are right for each individual.

Experiencia fantástica: Professional and thorough! Excellent dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff, newest equipment and excellent work. Easy to recommend for top quality dental work. They get you in quickly in emergency or surprise situations.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been seeing Dr. Pennington for about 8 years now at the Ponte Vedra location. He is friendly, efficient and a really, really good dentist. The best part is that he and Dr. Parker have brought together a great total team. When I walk in the door Sandi greets me with a welcoming smile, then I usually move to Karen for my 6 month cleaning. Dr. Pennington comes in most visits to touch base, and when I’ve needed something more, like a filling or a crown, Danielle is there to assist Dr. Pennington with her calm and gentle support. They all understand going to the dentist can be a stressful situation, and each one works in a calm and considerate manner. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Experiencia fantástica: Very caring professionals from front door to finish. Recently moved here and believe I found the best dental care possible. Very happy with care plan and results.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a good experience. A great practice with excellent professionalism & caring for the patient. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend this dental facility! Dentists and staff are friendly, compassionate, ethical and understanding. As a patient who previously struggled with dental anxiety, I am completely relaxed and pain-free at this office!

Experiencia fantástica: Cannot say enough good things about this outstanding dental practice The always go above and beyond in a very professional manner …. And if your a regular you may get a designated parking space

Experiencia fantástica: Nice friendly office, above average treatment, but beyond Ponte Vedra club prices.

Experiencia fantástica: I have never done a review before the product was completely delivered. However I felt compelled. Unfortunately I have had too much dental work in my life. I have been a patient of a number of dentists. This place is above and beyond them all. Dr Parker and Dr Pennington both are just outstanding. They have both worked on me and I am so happy I found them. The office staff, I cannot say enough good things about them all. The work and the experience is nothing I ever had in a doctors office. My smile so far ( and I still have a little to go), just amazing. These are just to dudes that are amazing and what they do. I would be happy to talk to anyone about my experience with them. Oh, I cannot forget Danielle. The most amazing dental assistant ever!!! EVER!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Parker and every single staff member are truly awesome. They are the elite of the elite and have taken excellent care of me for over two years. I highly recommend Dr Parker and his team for any dental need you may have.

Experiencia fantástica: Let’s face it... no one really wants to go the dentist. However, this place is about as easy as it gets. They get it right every time. You won’t be disappointed!

Experiencia fantástica: Great folks. We've been going there for years. They take great care of my wife who has extreme anxiety around healthcare professionals. They make her feel at ease.

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff. Professional and friendly. Best dentist I have ever had. Highly recommended for simple and complex services.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a pleasant experience getting my routine cleaning here. They are very organized and the hygienist, Amanda, explained every step of the cleaning which was comforting. Overall, it was efficient and I will be coming back!

Experiencia fantástica: Quality experience(s). Amazing culture focused on quality of the patient experience. I continue to recommend P&P to family and friends AND they would echo my comments.

Experiencia fantástica: Posted already. Soooo I will just say. P and P 4 me. Professional and trust worthy. Only dentist office I actually like. Of course, it is a dentist office. Dr. Pennington is caring and professional and Karen, the hygienist is the best.

Experiencia fantástica: I wouldn't go to any other dental practice in Jacksonville! Dr's Parker and Pennington are highly professional, and they stay up-to-date on the latest treatments in dental care. Their highly trained support staff makes sure you are taken care of and feel comfortable from the moment you step into the office.

Experiencia fantástica: Everything from the check-in to the visit with the dentist to the checkout was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Upon walking in I was greeted by Sandi. That was an excellent beginning! Sandy got me squared away with first visit Q/A, offered me a bottle of water and advised that Kelly would be with me in a moment. Kelly came out and invited me into her office where we talked, mostly about me, and I got to know about the employees and the practice. Next I went to an exam room and met my new best ffriend Danielle. Danielle took photos of the tooth that was causing a problem, asked more questions, took notes and when she was done she invited Dr Pennington to come in the room. She brought him up to date on my situation and then the Dr. looked at the tooth. Everyone was great! Friendly, professional, kind, exactly what a patient wants from a Dr. and staff. I have never looked forward to a visit to the dentist but I am looking forward to my next visit here! Five stars in all category! John Hull

Experiencia fantástica: Sid Parker and Jeff Pennington are literally dental rock stars in the Jax Beach area. Their office is a pleasure to visit with a staff eager to please and they have all the bells and whistles for a painless and successful experience. The best compliment of all, they sincerely care about your well being.

Experiencia fantástica: Complete dental exam. Extremely thorough, professional and state of the art.

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff great experience! I have been going here for 17 years since we moved to the area.

Experiencia fantástica: Parker & Pennington is without a doubt the best Dentistry practice I have ever had! The folks there are awesome!

Experiencia fantástica: They are all the absolute BEST in the Jacksonville area, bar none. I have complicated issues and they are kind, patient, thoughtful and supportive, and on top of that, and of utmost importance, they are experienced, top notch clinicians with superior, experienced staff. No dental office is better!

Experiencia fantástica: I am a new patient. There was professional excellence throughout my visit with detailed explanations/answers to questions on all images and scans. Everyone was knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire visit.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an amazing experience at P&P! I never fathomed I would say that about a visit to the dentist, but it truly was the best I've ever had. 100% recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a patient at this practice for over three years, and I continue to be incredibly impressed by the consistent level of care and professionalism provided by Dr. Parker, Dr. Pennington, and their entire team. Both doctors are not only highly skilled but also genuinely kind, attentive, and thorough in their approach. Whether I’m in for a routine cleaning or a cosmetic treatment, they always take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I feel informed and comfortable. The results have been outstanding: natural, polished, and confidence-boosting. The dental assistants, Danielle and Karen, are fantastic—gentle, detail-oriented, and always friendly. Every cleaning I’ve had has left my teeth feeling and looking their best. Sandi at the front office is always welcoming, professional, and helps make every visit smooth and stress-free. After more than three years of care, I can confidently say this is a top-tier dental practice that combines excellent clinical work with a warm, patient-focused experience. I highly recommend Dr. Parker, Dr. Pennington, and their amazing team to anyone looking for outstanding dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so grateful for my dental care at Parker and Pennington today. I broke a tooth over the weekend and was fortunate enough to get an appointment today. From the moment I walked in and Sandi had me fill out some easy forms the day went better than I could have expected. I was elated to have a complete repair done the same day. As a physician I was overwhelmed by the professional and compassion today. I wholeheartedly recommend the practice.

Experiencia fantástica: They have been very professional and helpful and have done an excellent job on my teeth... I would recommend them and Dr. Parker is the best

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful service and ongoing care. Grateful customer for over 15 years, moved to NC four years ago and return 4 times a year for care!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a grateful member of the Parker & Pennington patient-family for over 7 years and couldn’t be happier. The office works as a true Team who naturally demonstrate professionalism and interest in you and your dental care from start to finish. It’s a pleasure to be a part of the P&P Family.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was so sweet and so kind! Such an amazing place and great staff!

Experiencia fantástica: These professionals are by far the most understanding and considerate group EVER. Never did like going to the dentist but Parker and Pennington and the staff, especially Karen, make this necessary obligation tolerable. If you need dental care, there is no place better. Just trust them. The team is great.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent care. Very kind explain all details well and highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Parker and Dr Pennington are highly professional and highly talented. The service and attention to detail is why I highly recommend them! Their Dentistry is the best.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a great experience and very personable. Have been going for 7 years with nothing but compliments. Every 6 months amazed by the ahead of the curve technology to help my care.

Experiencia positiva: This is a very upscale dental office, and it’s clear they take pride in their work and in providing a great experience for patients. They’re a step above in any service I’ve received here in Jacksonville, but know that you absolutely pay for it, as they’re also the most expensive I’ve been to. (A first time visit was $500+ and they mentioned that it was discounted from $800.) High prices notwithstanding, I decided to give 4 stars instead of 5 because they gave me a follow-up call to check on me after my initial appointment and I told them that ever since I was seen, I was having severe sensitivity in my lower teeth when I brushed. I was told I’d receive a call back to determine what they wanted to do next. I have not heard from them since. I was disappointed to have slipped through the cracks when they otherwise seem so thorough.

Experiencia fantástica: Love the atmosphere and everyone who works here! They make you feel very welcomed! Very fast with their services and always done amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful personnel who take all the fear out of dentistry by going the extra mile to make sure you're relaxed & comfortable, even giving you a warm blanket if needed. Dr Pennington is the best dentist I've ever had. He always assures that you are comfortable, pain free and relaxed.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to this office since moving to Jacksonville. It may sound strange, but I look forward to getting my dental work done here. If you are only looking for a cheap place, and you do not have dental insurance, this is not it. This is high-quality through and through. I enjoy regular cleanings, and also I have had other more complicated work completed. For more serious cases, if you really don't want to feel anything at all, you can even go to their south Georgia location where they can use general anesthesia. From the receptionist, to the bookkeeper, to the hygienists, to the dentists, each member of the staff goes to great lengths to make the patient comfortable. Each room at the Marsh Landing location has a beautiful view of nature. My young child who has come with me on some occasions often references Dr. Pennington and looks forward to the day where she can visit him too.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Drs. Parker and Pennington, along with their amazing staff. This is concierge dentistry at its best!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to these two, Dr. Parker and Dr. Pennington for years now..,they are truly the best! You can’t go wrong! Highly recommended. Experiencia fantástica: I needed a crown reset; Dr. Parker and the staff are the best around! Cutting edge technology and consistent with their patient care and focus.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love coming here. I went to a different office before this and had a bad experience. Every single person that works here is very welcoming, caring and personable. Dr. Parker is as amazing of a doctor as he is a person. Danielle is very kind, hard working and caring. Carri is actually who referred me to the office and she is truly an amazing person. Sandy is also very welcoming and sweet. My perspective on doctor offices has changed dramatically due to the staff here. I am so thankful!

Experiencia fantástica: Every company should take note as to the level of customer service that’s expected. Each member of the staff was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Very kind people and down to earth. This group surpassed any expectations I had.

Experiencia fantástica: Just finished replacing a crown from a previous root canal. The entire process was handled with a level of professionalism and caring that I haven’t experience since leaving California. I have found my dentist practice.

It is the most caring dental practice I have ever encountered.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Parker is the kindest dentist I've ever met, with skills that match his compassionate heart. We had a wonderful experience with him. It's rare to find a dentist of his caliber these days. Thank you for seeing my son on such short notice. Your staff was fantastic and truly reflects the kind of doctor you are.

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic place in every aspect you could imagine. The clinicians and staff members are incredible! Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the most professional and thorough dentistry team I have ever been to. They are always accomodating to your schedule and time. In fact, they fit me in within an hour for a small procedure as I had missed my appointment the day before. If you are ever thinking of switching your oral care Dr. Parker and Pennington are a great choice!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Parker and Dr Pennington have created a top notch dental experience. The entire staff are personable, caring, extremely experienced, and they listen! Karen performed the best cleaning I have ever had. She also discovered that two teeth were loose. After doing a thorough assessment and using the latest technology, Dr Parker formed a plan for me. He explained everything to me in a calm, caring manner. If you want dental expertise, compassion and honesty delivered in a beautiful spa-like setting, Parker and Pennington is it!

Experiencia fantástica: The best dental experience I have had since I moved to Ponte Vedra from Atlanta full time in 2018. The receptionist is incredibly congenial and accommodating with appointment bookings! The dental hygienist spent over 90 minutes with me checking every little nook and cranny in my mouth and between my teeth...... using all the state of the art equipment this practice provides, and all pain free! And, Dr. Pennington......well what can I say.... true Southern Gentlemen, knowledgeable, great conversationalist and one full of Southern whit and humor! Honesty, I cannot wait for my next appointment.....

Experiencia fantástica: Really great experience and super knowledgeable! Karen and Jeff are great too!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Pennington is kind and friendly in his manner and meticulous in his dental work. He provides thoroughly top notch dental services- it is good to have a provider whom I completely trust. His staff is equally kind and experienced. Further it is very apparent that the practice prioritizes education and staying on top of current trends for all members of the office, in addition to being super nice people. I haven’t met Dr. Parker yet, but I don’t doubt I would have equally good things to say about him!

Experiencia fantástica: Every single member of this team is competent, experienced, and dedicated to performing at a high level. That dedication translates into an excellent patient experience. Dr. Parker has amazing skills and a great support staff and state of the art equipment and resources to ensure everything looks great aesthetically and is also functional.
