Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Potter and his team at Echo Ridge. I came in with a broken tooth and an infection, and they were able to get me in as soon as possible which I’m incredibly grateful for. Dr. Potter was professional, reassuring, and took great care of me during a stressful situation. The staff at Echo Ridge is really amazing. Everyone I interacted with was kind helpful, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. It’s rare to find an office that’s efficient and caring at the same time. Highly recommend Dr. Potter and the entire Echo Ridge Team!

Experiencia fantástica: Just got home from having a crown done and as always the service was amazing!!! No need to go back in a week or two to finish the process, from start to finish it was done in one day!!! I've never liked going to the dentist until now. Experiencia fantástica: Awesome possum!

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and professional, never oversold. I honestly feel my best oral health is their primary concern. The awards seem merited!

Experiencia fantástica: A great dental office, for living in a smaller community this office stays up to date with current techniques and procedures. I was scheduled for a cleaning and woke up with a cold sore in the corner of my mouth, I was worried I would have to cancel my appointment but instead they provided laser treatment to my cold sore and cleaned my teeth!!! Amazing....It has been 2 years since the laser treatment and I haven't had another cold sore. Thank you Team Echo Ridge.

Experiencia fantástica: My hygienist is the best.

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff and quick, professional and personal service. Another pain free experience! Rob had the exact same experience when he went in for his teeth cleaning on Monday, October 27th. Would highly recommend this dental team to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: My dental staff is amazing they always make me feel comfortable

Experiencia fantástica: Switching to Dr. Potter after seven years with another practice and so glad I did! Everyone was kind, a thorough comprehensive exam (more details than my latest DDS), and a swift cleaning-perfect. I recently had a scheduling conflict that came up unexpectedly and the adjusted quickly and went over and beyond to accommodate.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to get your dental work done, love the atmosphere and the people. Only complaint is they only have chairs in the waiting room for little people, need a tall chair!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Always excellent!!

Experiencia fantástica: My third appointment was recently completed. The staff and Dr. Potter are a finely tuned and well-oiled machine in that they work together exceptionally well. From receptionist, dental assistants, bookkeeper to Dr. Potter himself were all knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel welcome and relaxed.

Experiencia fantástica: Wenatchee’s Best for a very good reason. In fact, for several very good reasons! Every member of the team is top notch and makes the visit pleasant. I am confident of the very best dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: Very kindly and they really do care about your mouth and its health. Never feel like I am being talk down to or ignored when asking question.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you so much for the fine work today! I have a perfect match now with 2 (!) new front crowns. My front teeth are now all the same color. And all accomplished with one visit. Thanks again.

Dr. Potter was incredibly thorough and detailed in evaluating my care, taking the time to put a solid plan in place to address everything I needed. He is extremely personable and truly connects with his patients—I never felt rushed, and he made sure all my questions were answered. Des, his assistant, was so kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the start. I returned the next day for a cleaning, and Alisha did an excellent job! She has a warm, fun demeanor that made the experience even better. The entire team at Echoridge is professional, friendly, and dedicated to great patient care. I highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: My favorite dental office ever. I used to have anxiety when going to the dentist, but now I almost look forward to it. The staff is so friendly and caring. The actual dental work Dr. Potter does is outstanding. He did my veneers after a series of surgeries and orthodontics and I couldn't recommend his work more.

Experiencia fantástica: On time, very professional and friendly staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: The professionals at Echo Ridge Dental are kind and attentive. I have been going there for years, and would not even consider going elsewhere for my dental care. My elderly teeth are kept in tip top shape!

Experiencia fantástica: Echo Ridge Dental is a FIVE STAR dental practice. They are so welcoming from the moment of arrival and throughout the appointment (as well as when contacting them anytime throughout the year). My hygienist is Nany. She is caring and professional. Also had to go in for an emergency dental exam. Des was kind and gentle taking the xray, picture and ultimately impression (which I couldn't of got through had she not gently talked me through it). Dr Potter is the best dentist I've had throughout my life. My family and I are blessed to be among patients. I highly recommend Echo Ridge Dental, well deserved recognition as 2024 World's Best.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful visit to the dentist today. Hygienist, Alicia, was skilled and pleasant as always. Gave me a couple suggestions to improve my gum health and plaque buildup. The business manager Sundry was super pleasant and efficient with helping me understand the cost of a crown. After 10 years of watching a cracked molar, Dr Potter should me a color change on part of the tooth indicating progression of the crack and eventual loss. This was very obvious once i saw it. Fixing it now before it breaks off could save me the cost of an implant which is many thousands of dollars more than a crown. He has a 3D printer that makes the crown in the office during the procedure. Pretty great. Great service. Thanks.

Experiencia fantástica: The best dental experience I’ve had. The hygienist are amazing and take good care of you. Dr. Potter is extremely knowledgeable and actually cares about your comfort . I couldn’t be happier with finding this dental office.

Experiencia fantástica: I love to go to my dentist Dr. J. Davis; because I am always treated very well, no issues with any employee

Experiencia fantástica: Compassionate and understanding.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place. Best dentist ever if u enjoy long needles, strong and clean teeth and some good advice for dental health. And a few laughs x4

Experiencia fantástica: First time here and was extremely pleased with Dr. Potter and all the other staff from reception to technician to hygienist. Happy to have found my new dental team back in my hometown!

Experiencia fantástica: My first visit to your office was a comfortable and friendly experience. You are all pleasant, friendly and professional. Speaking as a person that quivers at the thought of going to the dentist, I don’t dislike the thought of the dentist nearly as bad as I did before. Thank you ✝️

Experiencia fantástica: I met a hygienist for the first time that had been working there for quite a few years. She was very gentle with me and my sensitive gums. It was a pain free experience. And as always, the staff were cheery. The team always makes me feel good and laugh a little, which I always enjoy. My only issue was the chair. I sure wish dentist chairs arms could be taller and adjustable to different heights. Thank you Dr. Potter and staff for your great service. Vicki

Experiencia fantástica: I had two crowns placed at the same time. Dr. Potter and his assistant were professional, efficient and friendly. They explained the procedure thoroughly and made me aware of what to expect. The crowns were literally made on-site while I waited, are a perfect fit and match the color of surrounding teeth perfectly. The receptionist and finance staff were both super friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this team if you're looking for a new dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: My best dental experience to date. This office is really unique. I've never had a dentist check my saliva for bacteria under a microscope before. The Dr. was very friendly and nice to talk with. They didn't try to turn a big profit on nitrous. All the staff was friendly. I've found my forever dentist it seems.

Experiencia fantástica: Michael's great as is Nany. Great explanations of treatments. I felt very heard.

Experiencia fantástica: I am new to the area and had tooth I needed worked on. Echo Ridge Dental was recommended and did not disappoint. The staff was very welcoming and put my "dentist nerves" at ease. Definitely recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love this office. After months of feeling something wrong, I was seen and reassured I truly have a issue. Dr. Potter explained in detail, possible findings and cared about a favorable account. I recommend him as he truly is open to assisting in your dental needs. The staff is amazing and caring too, one big happy family
