Experiencia negativa: UPDATE BELOW IS REPSONSE TO OWNER....this location is now "confluence dental"? so they change their name to disquise that they are a terrible company? and try to skate off the name of confluence health? TERRIBLE company! DO NOT EVEN BOTHER! i made an appointment, waited 2 months because the valley is backed up. i called the Monday before my Wednesday appointment with questions and was told i didnt have an appointment that day, that it was the wednesday before. i knew that was wrong and did some research. found the TEXT MESSAGE they sent to varify my appointment on the date i had correctly, not the week prior, so i called back to hold them accountable. they then lied and said a different reason, saying i "didnt confirm at least 24hours before my appointment, so they gave it to someone else". wrong again, i called 2 days before to ask questions and was told it was ALREADY CANCELED! so, 2nd LIE! i asked for the office manager and she told me i "no showed to last weeks appointment so they cancelled this weeks appointment". LIE NUMBER 3! I NEVER HAD AN APPOINTMENT LAST WEEK! so, you lie to me 3 times instead of admitting your own clarical errors? i asked if there was any way they could accommodate a sooner appointment since none of these "issues" were of any of MY doing and was told no, and to take my business elsewhere. UPDATE, THIS IS NOT AN ACCURATE REPRESENTATION OF WHAT OCCURED. Another lie from this office staff. I DID NOT ASK FOR 'RENTAL CAR REPAIRS TO BE MADE BY ANOTHER COMPANY' AND YOUR analogy is disgusting when referencing a person's Dental Care. I WAS SCHEDULED FOR AN EXAM FOR YOUR DENTIST TO PROVIDE A new TREATMENT PLAN. I WENT TO ANOTHER DENTIST FOR A CLEANING. NOT THE CROWN. I WAS ESTABLISHING CARE WITH YOU TO PROVIDE THE CROWN. THE APPOINTMENT WAS NOT CANCELED BY ME. IT WAS CANCELED BY YOU FOR UNKNOWN CLERICAL ERRORS that you declined to fix. I made an appointment for the 12th of August. You sent me a confirmation that it was confirmed via text message. I called on Monday the 10th to confirm and ask questions and you already told me it was canceled for unknown reasons. Which lie would you like to stick to today?

Experiencia fantástica: I was very pleased with Dr. Chen and his staff after my first visit today. They were thorough and I came away with a much better understanding of my dental choices than I have had from various providers over the years. His Office doesn’t reflect the degree of care you receive. If you have recently changed supplemental medical Plans, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for your care

But with Dr Chen and his Dental Hygienist, the method they use for injections is primarily pain-free! ☺️ I actually enjoy going to the dentist now. Can you imagine that? Dental care does not have to be associated with pain! Even when a tooth needs to be extracted, sunrise Dental of Wenatchee will make the process virtually pain-free. ☺️ You don't have to be afraid of the pain when you go to Sunrise Dental. I have been to a lot of different dentists in my life and Dr Chen is the only dentist whoever made me not afraid. And he makes sure that everyone else on his staff practices the same needle process. If you have children or if you are simply afraid of the dentist, then I recommend you call Sunrise Dental as he and his staff have mastered the art of the gentle injection. They also now take multiple forms of insurance so that it is less out of pocket, and they will call your insurance for you to verify what is and is not covered. Going to Sunrise Dental in Wenatchee is like going to a spa for my mouth

As well as the Dentist that did a review of my teeth. Everyone was above and beyond friendly, educational, and professional! I highly recommend this practice for any of your dental needs. I will continue to go to this practice as long as these 3 individuals are there! They should be very proud of the way things are running and the experience they are delivering.

It was truly the best experience I’ve ever had in getting this taken care of. Dr. Chen has me using prescription toothpaste - it has made my gums so much better!

Now I have to decide what I can afford and what I need to have done with minimal expenditure. Overall, the visit was pleasant and friendly, like someone you’ve known for years, and no pressure was brought as to what is best on how to precede. I’ll be back! So, I came back and they pulled all my teeth. No pain at all after the numbing shots. Thanks Dr. Chen, it was very pleasant as a Dental Appointment should go. Experiencia positiva: A crown that I had placed a few years back by a different provider came loose and finally off a few weeks ago. I had gone to another local dental provider earlier in the day and was shocked by the estimate they gave me to replaced the crown. I called Confluence dental and told them what had happened and that I was concerned about the price since it appeared that all the under build-up was intact. The office manager said I could make an appointment or since I was still in town, I could swing by as Dr. Chen had some time in his schedule. So, I did stop in to the office, he took a quick look and his office is currently working out a detailed estimate and contacting my insurance for a pre-approval. Dr. Chen says I got lucky and that it does not appear that I need the build-up which may save me some money. I appreciate Cobfluence Dental for their professionalism and availability to help me with this somewhat urgent dental problem. I highly recommend Dr. Chen and his staff.

Experiencia positiva: [4 stars due to it being my first visit] I've only had a basic cleaning from them so far and I know they're the best office I've been to. I, like most sane people, get really anxious at the dentist and have a lot of terrible childhood memories of sitting in that chair but the staff at Sunrise are very friendly, understanding and the front office smelled amazing(not really important but I hate that 'clinical' smell). The nurse asked me if I was ok to proceed, something that's never happened to me, and she even offered numbing jell for my gums. I didn't take her offer but it was nice that she understood my sensitivities. Throughout the whole procedure, they gave constant reassurances and positive reinforcement on my teeth. Most importantly, they never berated me or made me feel like I was a failure for my plaque and buildup. When scheduling future appointments, they made it very clear that they put the patients needs first and will accommodate when and where they can.

It being 2 years overdue and my blood pressure can be high at times. Sunrise Dental in Wenatchee Wa. was actually comfortable from the moment I stepped into the door. The receptionist was 5stars. The dentist was 5 stars. And listening to the dentist work with the new dental assistant even put "me" at ease in the confidence and assuring way he explained the extraction process. In and out in less than ten minutes once the tooth was numb. It was like true Southern hospitality in a north western dental office...5 solid stars! I am coming back here again for certain!

Dr. Chen and his team helped figure out what care I needed and a payment plan to do so with so much care and efficiency. Both appointments were done in less than an hour, one for multiple fillings and the other for a deep cleaning. The team took extra precautions to make sure I was comfortable.
