Experiencia fantástica: All of the staff are very helpful and friendly. It is fairly easy to get an emergency appointmentand and, Dr. Rahn iis a very kind, compassionate, and thorough dentist. The rates are very reasonable, no price gouging here!

Experiencia fantástica: Who likes going to the dentist but with Dr Rahn and his group, it is so much easier. Friendly, helpful front desk & who could ask for more gentle, personable dental hygienists!!!! Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service by Dr and staff. Cares about patients and their health. Would highly recommend him. Julie is the best hygenist I have ever had. She is thorough, gentle, no grit left because she cleans out as she goes instead of at the end. Doesnt cut and poke causing bleed. She is a keeper for Dr Jones dental staff. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly professional team. I have been visiting Advanced Dental ever since I moved to Summerville over 17 years ago.

Experiencia fantástica: Took my elderly Dad! He was treated with the utmost respect. We were a few minutes late, they were super kind about that as well. I feel we get quality dentistry. I also use them, & have for years! I’d recommend them to any & everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been with this dental team for over 20 years . Always up front with any issues with my teeth and always professional

Experiencia fantástica: Over more than 5 years with them it’s always been very friendly. Routine check-ups have been on time and very helpful in guiding me to several personal habits which have improved things. On 2 or 3 occasions when special attention has been needed have been very responsive, even same day appointments, to begin needed remedy.

Experiencia fantástica: Everything was smooth and easy including the work on my tooth. Very pleased.

Experiencia fantástica: The professionalism of the staff and the care I received was exemplary. A friend recommended the group and I am very grateful for their advice.

Experiencia fantástica: The dentists and hygienists are extremely professional. I’ve been exceptionally satisfied with their service. The only thing I have observed is that the hygienists seem to be very nervous when the dentists come and do the final exam. I’ve noticed this for many years now. Maybe it’s just me but I tend to read people pretty good. Nothing bad I’m saying, but just a concern.

Experiencia fantástica: Being in a dental office can feel uneasy, but this office goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and comfortable!

Experiencia fantástica: The ladies are very polite and caring someone who don't like going to the dentist and they make you feel relaxed and they are very helpful

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone from front desk to hygienist and Doctor were 10 stars.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a pleasure here! From reception to service, the entire crew is awesome! Really appreciate how they make you feel like family!!

Experiencia fantástica: If I could give them 10 stars I would ⭐️ I just happened to stumble on them after having a not so great experience at another dentist office. From My first phone call being so pleasant to then scheduling the appointment and fitting me in the next day.!! Thank you to the staff for such a warm welcome when I arrived. They took me back immediately no wait to where I saw the Doctor before having my teeth cleaned and they did x-rays. She addressed any issues that I had, went over thoroughly any concerns that I had or that she wanted to discuss. They then went over my treatment plan and fixed my issue same day! I was never so impressed as I have never been a fan of the dentist. Would highly recommend you give them a try. My doctor was Dr.Caroline Carmichael and she will amazing!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Carmichael is the best. Very sweet and also very patient.

Experiencia fantástica: I love Dr Ron and the staff. Julie is so kind and knowledgeable.

Experiencia fantástica: My appointments are always on time, I sit down and within 10 minutes or less they call my name. I have found they don’t want to do procedures unless absolutely necessary. They aren’t out to just “get your money”. They explain everything they plan to thoroughly. If a procedure is needed they aren’t the least bit pushy unlike a lot of dentists I have seen to in the past. They let you have a say in what is going on too, I like that. Also, if your teeth aren’t perfect they don’t try to “shame” you into having all kinds of work done. I have been going there for about 10 years and have always had great service. Everyone is smiling and saying hi so it’s a great atmosphere. It seems they all love their jobs and that’s what makes the difference I think.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Jones and Staff are always cordial and welcoming!

Experiencia fantástica: Everything went really well today!! No problems!! My Dental Assistant is great!!❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Rahn and his staff are always friendly not to mention always greeting you with a smile. Dr. Rahn himself has such away to making you feel comfortable especially for someone who has high anxiety. Thank you, Advance Dental for taking such great care me as well as my Mom.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Jones is hands down the BEST DENTIST EVER for general and cosmetic dentistry. I am living in another state but arrange my trips to SC around my appointments because i refuse to see another dentist. He and his staff are wonderful!!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the first dentist office that I have been very comfortable in a very long time. Very pleasant atmosphere. Everyone is very warming.

Experiencia fantástica: I was greated with a smile and friendly demeanor from everone I was in contact with. They took the time to let me know what was going on every step they took. I'm glad I chose this dentist office!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Advanced Dental for over 40 years. I’ve been very pleased with Dr. Rahn as he has saved one of my molars and has given me great advice. Everyone in the office has been very accommodating and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.

Experiencia positiva: I told them I do not do x-rays when I made my appointment. When I came in and they took me back told them again that I do not do x-rays so I did not have any services. Everyone was very nice to me though.

Experiencia negativa: I received two root canals the same day and was given no pain medication for home. The pain was so bad I was trembling.

Experiencia fantástica: I wouldn’t trust any other dentist other than Dr. Rahn for me and my family. He’s one of the best around.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Rahn and staff are efficient and effective. He has taken care of me for years. Highly recommend him.

Experiencia fantástica: I always have good visits at the Advanced Dental Center, especially today. I normally dread x-rays because they make me gag. The employees have always been very patient with me by working together to make me comfortable. Now there is a new piece of equipment that makes it even better. It only takes a couple seconds & the x-ray is finished. I now have to drive at least 30 minutes when I could use several dentists closer to where I live. It’s worth it to me to drive further for my dental appointments. Thank you employees of Advanced Dental Center on Old Trolley Road in Summerville! You are appreciated! Nancy H. Burke

Experiencia fantástica: Smile advanced says it all DR Rahn is a awesome person and professional individual. When visiting doctor rahn my interactions with him are positive and professional.Great person.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Dr.Rahn for many years for my Dental health. They strive to provide quality dental care by their vast knowledge and pleasantry. Also they listen to their patients, truly conveying they care. Julie and staff are so welcoming and helpful as well.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient at Smile Advanced Dental for over eight years. They have been excellent, for cleanings and exams, through implant prep, emergency visits, and crown replacements. I love their in-house plan that covers exams and cleanings on a prepaid basis that saves me on annual costs.

Experiencia fantástica: It's hard to find a great dentist. So far, my 1st visit went very well! I am pleased.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Rahn did a “temporary repair “ for me 8 years ago. It looks like temporary turned out to be 9 years, as we discuss a full restoration next year. I like that we work together to decide between all the possibilities (each with its own limitations and costs)

Experiencia fantástica: I couldn't ask for a better Dentist, Dr. Jones is AWESOME. He makes me feel so confident about my appearance. He is very humble and he cares about his patient. Like I said he is AWESOME I'm so glad I found him.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been seeing Dr.Jones for over 15 yrs. Wouldn't recommend going anywhere else. He's great along with the rest of the team

Experiencia fantástica: Dr jones is the best dentist in the world. Been coming to him for 27 years. His staff are so friendly and kind too. Great service.

Experiencia fantástica: It was a very positive experience. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The dental cleaning and exam were very thorough.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Jones has been our family’s dentist for many years, and our experience with him has been nothing short of exceptional. We first met him when our son—now 33—was a senior in high school and needed veneers. All these years later, those veneers still look just as beautiful as the day they were placed, a true testament to Dr. Jones’s skill and precision. Not only is Dr. Jones highly skilled in his profession, he is also one of the kindest and most humble professionals you will ever meet. His gentle approach, genuine care, and unwavering integrity set him apart in a way that’s rare to find. I could honestly write several paragraphs about what I love about this office—the warmth, the professionalism, the consistency, the way they make me as a patient feel valued—but I’ll summarize it with this: you simply can’t find any better.
