Westen Dental Group

Experiencia fantástica: Ciera is such a wonderful human. We’ve been working together for a few years now (she does most of the work ), but she made me feel valued from the beginning. She remembered topics from our first appointment together and always makes me feel comfortable throughout the process. A++

Experiencia fantástica: My hygienist was very thorough and good!

Experiencia fantástica: Always great care.

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my first visit here and it was excellent! I ended up not having any actual dental work done (long story), but the space was clean, the staff were welcoming, and the dentist was very knowledgeable and honest. Going to the dentist has always been one of my big fears, so needless to say going to a new one causes even more anxiety. However, from the phone calls leading up to my visit, to the staff at the reception desk, to the dentist having a very honest conversation with me about my dental health, everyone was wonderful! I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Alkawaz is the best.

Experiencia fantástica: Have been going to Westen Dental for years. Probably 30 years. Always very professional along with a beautiful waiting room. Chantel is who I see for my cleanings, and she is very thorough and very caring that I am comfortable..Great Dental Office.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a great experience. Staff is top notch!

Experiencia fantástica: I have never liked going to the dentist, but I feel very comfortable while I’m at Westen Dental Group. Tina is my regular hygienist- I can honestly say I’ve never had a hygienist be as kind and personable as her! She always seems genuinely interested in what is going on in my life and is very gentle and intentional while cleaning my teeth. Everyone I’ve come in contact with here has been very welcoming and pleasant to interact with!

Experiencia fantástica: Easy trip today in and out fast

Experiencia fantástica: Tina did a great job!

Experiencia fantástica: They are very friendly and professional. I’ve been to multiple dentists in Bowling Green, and I can easily say they are the most honest, with absolutely no BS fees. If you are looking for a dentist, try them first.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent—the people are very friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Wow, is this place the best or what? As I was working in the area I needed a dentist and thankfully found these gems! Doc Evans, Jessalyn and his staff are simply amazing. Always welcoming, always smiling :), always accommodating! Now that I’m back home, I’d drive the 8 hours to visit these guys again, they are THAT good. If you can actually miss a dentist (I’ve never missed a dentist, lol) and want to go again, it’s Westen Dental in Bowling Green ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Professional, thorough, and caring. I have been going to Westen since 2017 and have always felt confident in the care that they provide. In addition to normal preventative care, they have performed several more complex procedures including two implants. Throughout every visit, I have felt that I was in the best hands and that they were using the latest advancements in dental technology.

Experiencia fantástica: I had not had the best of luck finding a quality dentist in Bowling Green until I was referred to Westin Dental. Dr White is AMAZING as are the hygienists, assistants and staff. They are even awesome when you have to pay the bill. BUT - the most comforting aspect is their openness about their faith in Jesus Christ. It is such a great feeling to walk into a business and know that you are relating to fellow Christians. AND get exemplary dental service. I have had a lot of dental work in the past and this is by far the best dental office I have been to.

Experiencia fantástica: Jessica has been my hygienist for years and we have great repoire and she's very professional. Dr. Lawless is also so sweet and professional. I feel they are both very thorough. I know I am in good hands at this office!

Experiencia fantástica: Incredible, friendly, professional, and prompt service. Great family atmosphere!

Experiencia fantástica: Jessica is so thorough and just a joy!

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional and they were very helpful with my son. Had to get x rays done and they are performed in a separate room. They had someone watch my son as I was getting this done.

Experiencia fantástica: Great care and service. The staff is warm and welcoming.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional and knowledgeable. The whole process from setting appointment to checking out is simple and effective.

Experiencia fantástica: I woke up with pain on one of my teeth and I called the office to see if it would be possible for them to see me that day and the young lady on the phone was so polite and said yes how would 10:30 work for you. I was taken back to an exam room within less than 5 minutes after I arrived. Everyone from check in to check out was very nice, friendly and professional. My pain was identified and I was given relief until everything was ordered for me to be able to get back in to fix the issue. My family and I have been coming to this dentist office since Dr Tim Whitaker started it and have always been very pleased with the service and now my grandchildren even come.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a dental concern. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told this is normal and will heal in a week or so. If not come see us again.

I am a very "nervous" patient most of the time but the entire visit was pleasant, pain free and we are both happy with the experience. I also learned a new trick from Julie for doing x-rays more comfortably if you have a strong gag reflex. Genius!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient at Westen since my high school years. I have consistently found the staff to be friendly and welcoming upon arrival. There is rarely a lengthy wait in the lobby before being seen. They make an effort to schedule appointments with the same hygienist, which is greatly appreciated. Following the cleaning, the dentist typically sees me promptly. I am usually able to complete my cleaning appointment within 30 minutes.
