Experiencia negativa: My wife and I have been clients here since it opened under the prior Dentist Kevin Clemmons - who was always a 5-star awesome, super nice person and dentist. It’s been a disappointment since the new ownership took over and obvious they are about the almighty dollar over client service. First time my wife was there with the new ownership, the dentist came in and didn’t even introduce himself, he just went straight to the sales pitch that she had a cracked tooth and it would be $1,500 for a crown. This just struck her wrong as being rude and unprofessional for someone not to introduce themselves and try to get to know you at all. Today she went back for her second cleaning of a 2-cleaning/xray package they sell you and the girl told her that the package she bought expired 5 days earlier and she’d have to pay out of pocket for today’s service. How does that work?! You sell the package and you schedule the appointment for my wife and it’s your screwup that you scheduled it 5 days beyond the package expiration and want to hold my wife responsible and not give her the package she paid for?? My wife was understandably upset and told her to cancel and walked out. As she was starting to pull out of the parking lot, one of Dr. Clemmons former receptionists who is still there was sweet enough to call her back and apologize for the rude receptionist’s screwup and offer to take care of it and my wife accepted her apology and offer. Sorry to say our 20+ year patronage of this business has ended.

The two did a great job of informing me as to what the procedure would entail, made me feel comfortable and “in control “ should there be any discomfort or pain. I was given, also, full instructions on the aftercare of the site. Bottom line, I was very positively impressed by the professionalism and personal care given by Lola and Dr. Forrest. I finally decided to go get my teeth looked at as some of them were in pretty bad shape, so I just did a search on local dentists and wound up choosing Precision. Boy am I glad I did! I felt at home immediately. Every level of care from the receptionist on up was top notch! Everybody was super friendly and professional and nobody gasped when they saw my messed up teeth. Lol. They have payment plans that will.work for almost anyone too! I'm going bakc Friday to get this thing started! If you're looking for a place to get your teeth worked on, I highly recommend this place!

I'm terrified of dental work, but Dr. Forest and his assistant, Lola, do everything in their power to calm me, while providing excellent dental care. I recently had to have a tooth crowned and was convinced before I went in that I'd die of fright during the procedure, but Dr. Forest and Lola are so patient and caring that it left me wondering what in the world there was to be afraid of. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been here a few times and I feel so seen and listened to. Today I saw Lola and Dr. Oh to get my wisdom tooth pulled out. They were both so kind and attentive. They listened to my request to use the vibration thing to help distract from the needles. I didn’t feel anything! They were both very sweet and understanding I 100% recommend them and everyone there!

I haven’t been to the dentist in 5 years! Walked in at 8:30, saw a dentist by 8:45 and out by 9:00. I LOVE efficiency, processes and quick results. They just got a long-term patient because their staff was efficient, organized, personable and quick! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I have never had the best teeth or the best smile. I have always hid my smile, even on the best days. Days of pain and swelling brought me here by accident. For my first visit to find out that my front tooth has to go, was devastating. Tears and all. Kathy and Dr. Keith were amazing. Sympathetic, but realistic. Told me the options, helped me with my decision to correct the problem, but to also make me feel comfortable and happy. I never felt pressured to do anything. I lost my front tooth. During the whole procedure, my level of comfort mattered. They accommodated my different levels of anxiety, and worked through any issues I had. I chose to get a bridge. Four teeth had to be worked on, one of those the extraction. I had a pretty bad hand. But, I was very well taken care of. The procedure went great, and I left with very minimal pain. The payment part, was a breeze. Brandie explained everything perfectly. How much the procedure cost, how much my insurance covered, and how much I would be responsible for. I don't have the best credit, but I was able to get a loan to help pay. Which was amazing. In 37 years, I have never felt more confident about myself. Granted, this is the temporary bridge, but still. They have given me something I have never had. The level of care and attention, was perfect. The accommodations, were phenomenal. I was shivering cold, I was given a blanket. Music too loud or too quiet, taken care of. Even down to the picking of the bridge color, amazing. I didn't catch the other lady's name, but she was great. She was looking out for me, and she didn't even have to. It was appreciated in my moment of panic. I never once felt uncomfortable. My partner was even allowed to be there, which for me, made all of the difference. I cannot thank the team that I have dealt with enough. This is my dentistry home.

WARNING: Chloe can be deceptively sweet: she went easy on me -- but NEVER on soft plaque !! —pain-free, informative, practically DELIGHTFUL procedure …safe in the skilled hands of Lola and Dr Forrest !! …I’d come right back — in fact, they told me to ( this is “just a temporary” ) Another day, another shot in the mouth.... That's on me. But these Folks treat me better all the time: Lola played so much of my favorite music, they had to keep me from breaking into dance; the leg straps were a little tight -- but they held !
