Experiencia negativa: This dental office had wonderfully sweet/office personnel. However Dr Underwood refused to see me because I only filled out my dental history and allergies and dental insurance, (things i felt pertained to a dental appointment) I then offered to fill out the necessary medical questions and he said "No, I refuse to see you. You will not be seen in this office" Wow! So arrogant, no one is that good!

Experiencia fantástica: Every time, I come here, their employees have always very friendly and cheerful with me. Whenever you need help their employees are often willing to help as long as it is within their control. Even though my dentist does pop in for like 5 minutes, I don't hold it against him, because you have to understand that dentists have to see as many patients as possible in a given day. He is always so kind and sometimes makes jokes. So, it's all good. I sometimes find their parking lot to be somewhat challenging, but again, they are doing the best they can with space so we can't fault them for that. And when you need to make a cancelation, they are always so nice about it, and they understand that life happens. So, I overlook things like the parking lot, because their commitment to quality has been pretty high. Of course, there may be people that disagree with me and that's fine. I'm okay with that.

Experiencia fantástica: When my wife came down with MS our former Dentist could not accommodate her any more because she could not do stairs. Dr. Salomons came highly recommended and he has a ground level entrance! No Stairs, No Ramp and his office staff has Always been very polite and considerate of our needs. Even to the point of updating the rest room! When things got even worse for Carol his staff and he would help transfer her to the dentist chair. I could go on and on about the quality of work that comes out of this office, even to making a cap while you wait! This morning I had a problem and within 4 hours I was in his chair! I am sure this does not happen all the time but he made room for a patient to be seen and that speaks volumes as far as I am concerned.

All the staff at Triple Cities Family Dental were wonderfully patient in dealing with her and were very understanding and helpful to me in filling out questions on their intake forms that I had missed. My Mom was happy with how quickly we got in and out and with the care she received overall. I would definitely bring her back again!

I finally got up enough courage to go to a new Dentist, Triple Cities and I saw the hygienist Susan. She explained everything to me before proceeding and she used a new sonic cleaning machine which uses warm water to clean my teeth. I didn't feel any pain and I didn't even need novacaine! What a game changer! I actually made a follow up appointment 4 days later for additional cleaning! I never thought I'd be comfortable at a Dentist until now! Susan is Awesome! The staff is absolutely AMAZING: friendly, knowledgeable, warm (did I mention friendly?), and incredibly attentive. It’s rare these days to find a dental or medical office where you feel this comfortable. Dr. Solomon was truly top tier. Even as a new patient, he went above and beyond to get me in right away, knowing my work schedule was about to get complicated and I’d be unavailable for 6–8 weeks. Experiencia negativa: I’m pretty disappointed in my interaction on the phone with the lady that answered on Monday morning. I’m pretty new to the area, and hard of hearing and I expressed I was looking for a dentist to possibly work with my insurance sense I know I need work done. The dentist makes me nervus anyways. She answered and abruptly said her name was rilee and asked what she could do. I told her all of this and she was so quite. I asked her to speak up and she got very snippy and rude. She told me we don’t take insurance anyways so it will all be an out of pocket cost. Even when I asked to speak with someone else or the dentist she just said again she is the lead upfront and this is how the rules are. It made me feel very upset and honestly a bit uncomfortable. All the reviews and pictures of this place looked so welcoming and that’s hard to come by anymore these days. I’m upset and I don’t think I’ll be trying again unless I can speak to anybody else, but even then it will take a lot. The lack of unprofessional attitude and just plain respect from this young woman really drove me away, and I don’t understand what her problem was. I get that everyone has bad days but all i asked was for her to speak up a bit and as soon as she heard I wanted to use insurance it just felt like she treated me like a waste of time. Very very disrespectful and disapointing

She’s both a good professional and a good person. Dr. Underwood is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He has done very complicated procedures for me, sometimes having to innovate mid procedure. It always comes out great. If you want to get him to stick around the office a little longer, get him talking about football! He’s just a good guy.

Experiencia fantástica: First time visit. What a great staff very knowledgeable regarding insurance and any questions you may have. The cleaning process is unbelievable extremely up to date with new equipment. The assistant that cleans and checks your teeth is very knowledgeable and explains every process of the cleaning. Adam the dentist has a great so called bed side manner. Again he goes through everything that was done during the teeth cleaning process and will tell you what you may be doing correct or will explain what to do to help you with your dental health.

Ms Claire, the hygienist is simply amazing! She had a light touch, and a calming presence which helped ease my dental anxiety. My teeth have never felt better! I was introduced to the latest high tech approach to hygiene care. Incredibly comfortable! I am extremely happy with my care from Dr Salomons. He's very professional and friendly. Experiencia positiva: I have been a patient of Dr. David Salomons for probably close to 20 years. I have less anxiety being at the dentists office because of how well I am cared for. The office staff have always been top notch. My hygienists have done great jobs getting my teeth cleaned in a timely manner. Dr. Solomons is so friendly and I feel like he listens and honors my wishes as well as only does what he feels is best. I never feel rushed through my appointments. I keep coming back despite living 45-50 minutes away from the office.

I'm a veteran, have seen my fair share of dentists & have some 'dentist anxiety/fear' but I've here at TCD for the past few years now & will not go anywhere else, as I don't have the same fear anymore. They're fantastic. Dr. Salomons & everyone there are so great; they all really help ease any anxieties/stress by clearly explaining & answering any questions if I have any. They are all super understanding & very helpful. Even when I first walk in, when I'm checking in for my appointments, I'm immediately at ease, welcomed. Everyone is so kind. They're consistent & reliable in not just dental care but compassion & kindness. I know if I have any dental issues, I can rely on them. I just had a root canal & it was the easiest, most pain-free recovery I've ever had regarding dental anything. I had no pain whatsoever after the numbness wore off; I didn't even have slight discomfort. The procedure itself & the recovery were both way easier/gentler than one I had had years prior in another state. I was so worried for nothing. I knew I was in good hands; they had explained everything about the procedure in the appointment before so I already knew what to expect & that it'd be different than the one I had elsewhere but seriously SUCH an amazing difference in every aspect! I have my regular cleanings/check-ups here & I've had some other restorative work & am back in the process after chemo so I can say from everything from cleanings to the 'heavy-duty work', they're amazing all-around!

I have been visiting them annually for four years now, and I have never felt better. The main dentist will check on you once you schedule a hygiene appointment; no need for many visits, and you get feedback and advice if needed. I hope they continue with this quality.

Experiencia fantástica: After cracking a molar last month and then confronted with not only an extraction, but a possible implant, my dental anxiety grew. I contacted many dentist / oral surgeons, most would not tell me the price...just hint at a really high price. I was referred to Triple Cities Dental by a dentist who only did multiple implants at a time. I gave them a call and they were immediately very friendly. They made an appointment with Dr. Underwood for the following week. My first impression was how friendly the front desk was and how comfortably inviting the waiting area was as well. The hygienist readily took me back to ask some history. I was already feeling calmer. I met with Dr. Underwood and he was extremely friendly and assuring. He was honest with what needed to be done, the time span it would take, and the costs I could expect. There was no pressure to get it done, but I knew he cared. He took his time with me and allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed. He eased my mind of any concerns that I had. I was so impressed that I decided to have him do the work I needed and to have all of my future dental needs done by his office. Checking out was a pleasant experience and they gave me an itemized sheet of prices of each procedure. Payment options were also discussed and I was pleased and relieved that there were quiet a few. Honestly, it was a rare and pleasurable experience with a dentist. One like I never had before, and I had many. I highly recommend Triple Cities Dental.
