Over the past several months I’ve had a significant amount of dental work done, including crowns, bridge work, and replacing older restorations that were failing. It wasn’t a situation I was looking forward to, but Dr. Redmore and her team made the entire process much easier than I expected. Dr. Redmore is incredibly skilled, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I always felt informed, comfortable, and confident in the treatment plan she recommended. What stands out most is how much she genuinely cares about her patients and the quality of her work. After all of the dental issues I’ve dealt with, I’m extremely happy with the results and grateful to have found a dentist I trust completely. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming. If you’re looking for a dentist who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly committed to excellent patient care, I can’t recommend Dr. Redmore and Progressive Dental highly enough.

Most in business would suggest that to be a days profit lost. Progressive considers their community outreach a way to give back to those areas which they serve. I find that remarkable. The dentistry I’ve received has been varied and time consuming. All done with a smile. I would recommend Progressive dental to all.

I brought my 7 year old daughter there for her first patient appointment and they went above and beyond to make her feel welcome and comfortable. From the office staff greeting us personally, to the hygienist's friendliness and care, and, to top it all off, when the dentist himself made her a balloon animal to finish off the appointment... my daughter wouldn't stop talking about her next appointment afterwards. The dental exam itself was thorough and informative as well! I have no clue why they had new patient openings available but Im so glad they did, and so is my daughter!

Experiencia fantástica: I’m always a bit nervous about going to the dentist, but the Doctor and technicians at Progressive dental made me feel at ease and took the time to listen to my concerns and then explain how they might be able to address those concerns. Nothing felt rushed and they didn’t make me feel like I had to make decisions on the first visit. That’s a good feeling. I was also very happy that the Doctor was willing to help me with the main problem I was having. By the time I was checking out, I felt very comfortable making another appointment because I found everyone very capable and they seemed to genuinely want to help me with my dental health. I highly recommend this practice for anyone who’s looking for quality care. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Experiencia negativa: Dental nightmare! Avoid Dr. Marcus Spera! I went in for an emergency visit to make sure nothing serious had happened to one of my teeth. A few months prior, I received a crown and had been experiencing pressure on the opposite side. I knew my bite was off and wanted to get an X-ray to make sure that nothing bad had happened, as I anticipated needing braces. Within the first ten minutes of meeting Dr. Marcus Spera, he had ground down two of my molars. He did not explain what he was doing or ask if I wanted to receive this kind of treatment. I literally asked, “What are you doing?” right before the doctor irreversibly modified two of my teeth. He then offered to write a prescription for antibiotics or anti-information steroids, both completely unnecessary. He did all of this with the most minimal knowledge: two bite-wing X-rays. He has modified my teeth for literally no reason at all, creating a series of additional problems. The teeth opposite to the one he modified now take all of the pressure from my bite, and the teeth he ground down do not make any contact at all. I had a follow-up appointment to explain how he caused me more pain. However, he refused to provide any other services without charging me, I asked for a simple bite test to show him the asymmetry. Undoing the modification will likely be expensive (I'll update the review when I receive more information). I have lost sleep over the pain and contemplating the sheer incompetency it takes to grind two healthy molars for no reason.

Now, after first seeing,, another network dentist, who once again messed me up, I got to have Dr Marcus Spera, his son , take care of me this time! Talent,, compassion and professionalism run in the family! Aside from feeling old, having his son now help me, Once again, I couldn’t ask for better care. They got me in ASAP , the staff was equally as courteous, Save yourself time and anguish. Forget many of the network Dentist chop shops, and go to somewhere that truly knows and cares about you! I travel over an hour and won’t go anywhere else !!

After calling all the other dentists in the area and getting no answer, a robot answering machine where you have to sit on hold for an hour, or being told they don't take my insurance so I wasn't welcomed, I called Progressive. To my surprise a real person answered the phone! While they didn't take my insurance, they were willing to get me in that very same day, within hours!! The receptionist, along with all the staff were so compassionate and so caring!! Unlike all the other dentist offices in the area. These folks truly care! And while the tooth extraction was a long, hard fought battle, they did come out, and the doctor did an amazing job!! Such kind people in a stress free environment, and extremely knowledgeable staff. I will recommend them to anyone!
