Experiencia fantástica: Truly one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. Scheduling as a new patient was effortless, and Pam at the front desk was not only pleasant but incredibly helpful and welcoming. Taylor, my hygienist, was professional, knowledgeable, gentle, and genuinely friendly—she made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. Dr. Baldelli personally introduced himself right away and spent a full 15 minutes getting to know me before even beginning the exam, which spoke volumes about his patient-first approach. Even though the office was under renovation, it was spotless, organized, and surprisingly cozy. Located in a beautiful Newport neighborhood, the setting only added to the overall experience. Every question and concern I had was addressed thoroughly and thoughtfully. I left feeling confident, cared for, and grateful to have found such an outstanding practice.
