Experiencia fantástica: First intake visit was great. Able to fit me in within a couple weeks of my call. Full set of Xrays and generous visit with Dr Morgan who was thorough explaining the xrays and a few teeth that need attention (which I was aware of from visits to previous dentist). No pressure to take action. Looking forward to ongoing visits.

Experiencia negativa: The most unprofessional and frustrating experience I have ever had with anyone. Office manger confirmed multiple times over a 2 month period that the practice was in-network with my insurance. This means I would have no out of pocket cost for this particular procedure. However, he still made me pay $650 upfront or treatment would be denied. Turns out, Plum Dental; their administrative arm, did not enroll practice as an in-network provider. Office manger lied. It took hours of phone calls and letters to them as well as to insurance filing grievance and appeals, but ultimately the money was refunded.. However, the practice would not reimburse me cost of certified mailings even as a courtesy. No surprise here as this seems to be standard operating procedure for them. The periodontist, Brian Goldstein, was no better. He never explained the procedure, he asked about allergies but not about current meds that may react to what he was prescribing, never told me what he was prescribing, and then transmitted to wrong pharmacy. When told about the insurance issue he said it wasn't his responsibility and walked out of the room. My opinion, stay away from this practice.

Experiencia negativa: Had a bad experience with one of the dental hygienist who I thought was rude and condescending. To be honest my family and I haven't been happy here for a while now. Some of our dental cleanings have been done as fast as 20 minutes. They are not as thorough as our last Dentist, which stopped taking BCBS insurance. I asked the office manager to have the Dentist call me but was told she doesn't call the patients. Maybe it starts at the top.

Experiencia fantástica: Seacoast Dental is my new Dentist. I'm very happy with the results. I ended up having two cavities filled by Seacoast Dental (at the same time.) I was very nervous as the last time I had a cavity the dentist (at another practice) couldn't find the nerve to numb me with novocaine. We eventually just drilled my tooth without numbing it. It was horrible. I told Dr Rogers that I was nervous because of my previous experience. She was very attentive. She numbed me up so much you could have hit me in the face with a 2x4 and I wouldn't have felt it, which is exactly what I wanted! She made sure throughout the procedure that I didn't feel any of the drilling. The whole process was over in like 5-10 minutes which was great. I literally lost sleep over it the night before because I was so nervous. I have total trust in Seacoast Dental and Dr Rogers. I highly recommend this practice.

The entire staff puts you at ease, explains every step, and all have very enjoyable personalities. Highly recommend, especially for kids! Oct 18, 2018 I just had my cleaning at Sea Coast Dental. I have a condition which causes me to get dizzy. I mostly avoid loud noises and bright lights. Well my hygenist, Tara made me completely comfortable and even stood to do the cleaning. It was a very easy visit with a great outcome. I highly recommend Sea Coast Dental to everyone.
