I can say that everything, from the welcoming energy of the front desk staff, to the efficiency of the assistant, Ivory, to the experience of meeting and consulting with Dr Yoon, everything exceeded my expectations. I felt like I was in good hands, and that I was respected. This was very different than the experience I had with my previous SLO dentist. I feel like I finally found my forever dentist in SLO. Since I wrote that initial review, I've had more work done: a crown. Again, I was super impressed with how the staff handled my insurance, and efficient and friendly Dr. Yoon and all of the staff are. After a long, long search I feel like I've finally found my dental home!

Experiencia negativa: Had the worst dental cleaning experience of my life. The hygienist was looking away while using the pick on my gums, seemed to lightly scratch my gums and teeth rather than pick at plaque and tartar build up, and left a substantial amount of plaque in between my teeth. I waited for this appointment for 6 months in hopes of receiving a good cleaning and I will not be coming back to this office for another appointment. I am truly disappointed especially since the reviews spoke so highly of this office.

I was so stressed and worried but they made sure to walk me through every step and calm me down as much as possible. They made sure to explain every step in the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I had spent all morning calling to see who could get me in and they made sure to make time in their schedule. Would definitely recommend checking them out. Experiencia fantástica: I've been a patient of Ron Brunick since 2006, since before I had insurance on my new job. Dr Brunick cares a lot about all his patients and advised me which work I could delay for a bit. When I was first referred to Ron by a friend, I had had a previous root canal by another doctor and never had the crown and now was in pain. Ron referred me to a specialist for a 2nd opinion. The specialist mailed Ron their opinion; to extract the tooth - since I had waited too long. A day or so later I received a call from Ron on my cell - he said in his experience, given my age at the time (42) he could save the tooth. Ron attached the crown and I was able to keep the tooth for 15 additional years. I've never had a dentist go out of their way so much, and personally care so much for my health. Dr Liz Yoon joined Ron's practice in 2022, and she's been caring for me since. At first, I was skeptical. But, Liz is a caring professional too. She's helped repair some things that had been bothering me - like food getting stuck. Liz is an excellent health practitioner too! Ron is still there to consult and chat about life. In my experience, their practice is now a team, and an even better place to receive the very best care! All the staff and hygienists are friendly and seem to like being there. I'm not surprised because it always feels like a family. I highly recommend Drs Ron Brunick and Liz Yoon!

They literally run and ask the doctor a question if needed when I call. They call other doctors and advocate for me to ensure that I’m receiving the care I need everywhere. They are incredibly accommodating and they communicate clearly and professionally. The two girls up front (I wish I knew their names) are genuinely some of the nicest and most helpful office staff I have ever encountered at any facility.
