Melissa has such a pleasant demeanor, is so gentle, makes the right level of conversation, spends a lot of time doing a thorough cleaning, remembers me and our prior conversations. I literally leave the office feeling so relaxed and calm, which is nothing I have ever experienced at another dentists office before.

The staff is always on top of their game—kind, professional, and they somehow remember everything about you (even when you forget your own appointment). Dr. Fitch is thorough and never misses a thing. This last visit I met the newest addition, Dr. Hutchins, and he fits in like he’s been there for years. He explained everything before he did it, which I appreciate—especially since I already walked in carrying enough flossing guilt to last a lifetime. If you’re looking for a dental office that makes you feel taken care of and keeps your teeth in check without the stress, this is the one. Highly recommend!

Him and the the team checked on me multiple times to make sure I was comfortable. They were thoughtful and accomodating. They took photos as well as xrays to help explain anything they needed to. He took his time listening and also explaining things in a way that was easy for me to understand. He laid out my options and noticed something other dentists have not noticed before. I highly recommend Dr. Fitch and his team!

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist and staff in San Luis Obispo. Super friendly and accommodating. Myself and my whole family go there because they care they take with us. We used to all go to different dentists but with the gentle touch they use in cleaning and the thoroughness of Dr. Fitch and his staff we are all patients now. Great hours and couldn’t recommend more. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Fitch for all the great care. Side note it’s been years now, and they are still wonderful. And still using them for everything and all the family too.

Experiencia fantástica: The second you walk in you know it’s going to be a good experience because it was as clean as a whistle and the reception was very nice. I wasnt wrong. Plus it was pretty easy to get an appointment!

Experiencia fantástica: Always a great experience. Very caring staff all across the board. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: Very caring and patient. :) I recommend him very much

Experiencia fantástica: I've been happy with my experience here. The hygienists are thorough yet gentle. Dr. Fitch has a patient and amicable bedside manner. Front desk staff are accommodating. Front office, back clinic areas, and bathrooms are clean and kept up.

Experiencia negativa: So sad and disappointed by what these people did to my teeth. Came in too many times to count to get a chipped tooth fixed and left feeling worse than before. They filed down bottom teeth that weren’t even affected by the chip and when I said I was not satisfied they said there was nothing they could do. Whatever you do, do not come here they just want your money.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very nervous to try a new dentist as I’d had the same one for 36 years! But everyone in this office was so kind and patient, and they made me feel very comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: The dental technicians at Broad St Smiles are very competent and -- in my opinion -- very gentle. There is always some discomfort when getting teeth cleaned, yet the professionals at BSS are very good at what they do and minimize discomfort better than just about anyone else who has cleaned my teeth. Dr. Fitch is always very professional and frank in his assessment of my dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Fitch is a very good dentist and has a really great staff. Very nice folks! Thanks

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Fitch is the only dentist I have ever trusted and felt so comfortable with. He gave me an amazing buff job and I feel so confident with my smile. Between him and Monica I have a feasible plan to get my teeth and overall health where it needs to be, highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic service and staff. I’ve never had such a thorough exam and great treatment. I couldn’t ask for better and Dr Fitch was amazing! Thank you all!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome service and everyone there is extremely nice.

Experiencia fantástica: The doctor and staff are so amazing. I called for an urgent appointment as a new patient and they told me to come on over and be seen. In my moment of pain and fear of the injection in my mouth for numbing the doctor and his assistant were so kind and supporting. I have my next appointment scheduled and even brought in my dad after my appointment to get him scheduled for routine care.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to this dentist for years. They have always taken great care of my teeth. Very attentive and they make sure the right decisions are made when any issues with my teeth come up. Even though I have moved 3 hours away, I still keep my same dentist. It’s worth the drive.

Experiencia fantástica: Always great…personable treatment. Wouldn’t even think about going to anyone else.

Experiencia fantástica: Great comfortable place, I like that they don’t over book their patients. You show up on time and get in pretty quick.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is great. Always helpful and friendly. I have 4 family members with vastly different dental needs and we've always been taken care of so we'll. My mother is 78 and has had a stroke with limited speech. My nephews had never seen a dentist. They are 18 and 22. Our dental plans are suited to our needs. Dr. Fitch is professional, friendly and very helpful. Can't recommend them more highly.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional service with the your comfort in mind!

Experiencia fantástica: The dental hygienist was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable and caring while I was having my six month teeth cleaning.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Fitch got me in quickly after a broken Cap and filling. Performed temporary work to get through the week and the permanent fix is scheduled for next week. Fast and friendly. Love them.

Experiencia fantástica: Nice place, great friendly staff, trustworthy dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Broad Street Smiles, they have the kindest staff!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Fitch is awesome! Besides being GREAT at what he does, he is friendly, kind, caring, and professional. He also makes me laugh. He and Monica work together like one person with four hands. It's really amazing. The entire staff is fabulous: warm, and friendly. Almost makes me glad I needed dental work . . . well, okay, I won't go THAT far. But truly and sincerely, I HIGHLY recommend Broad Street Smiles.

Experiencia fantástica: Great service, prompt, professional, friendly, and very thorough. The team is top notch! Gentle and considerate care was taken to ensure my comfort throughout!
