Experiencia negativa: Strike 3 for me and I'm out, no longer a patient! First thing that was unsettling to me was, had a crown done and was charged for lots of stuff that I did not need. Had to tell them to take it off my bill. Second thing, while in the process of getting crown, I had to wear a temp crown. The temp crown fell off repeatedly. Causing anorther tooth to chip, when it fell off yet again while eating. So I scheduled to get fixed next day while there I told them off the chipped tooth, and they charged me exam fee,. simply for looking at the chipped tooth, which the did not fix till the next visit. Lastly but there is more, but don't wish to add but three. I scheduled simple tooth clean, while there they take upon them selfs to take X-rays with out informing me they will be charging $80.fee. might I add just recently, less than a year had X-rays. They are always trying to get over on somebody, also lady at the desk is extremely rude at times *Update* So a feeling at the top fell out which is their work they did the feeling couple months ago. I called because my new dentist told me to have them fix their poor workmanship. So I called Wednesday and had appointment for April 20 at 8am. Upon arrival they said because of your prier review you are inactive and we can't see you. Might I add they did the work do yourself a favor find a new dentist, they can be professional but is just a matter of time before you are getting same treatment, I've been going there for few years now and honestly I should have done switched dentist

Experiencia negativa: Been here over a year and scheduled my appointment and they canceled it without notice. Then scheduled another one and canceled it again due to not answering the phone calls while I was on vacation. The expectation of always having to be on my phone and answering is ridiculous. They called me 5 times in one day, not everyone is able to answer the phone 24/7. Was great now no longer recommend.

The office staff was quick to set me up for my next appointment. At my next appointment I needed 2 fillings done. Dr. Still and Denise did an excellent job with no pain to me.
