Experiencia fantástica: Good Morning Sara, just wanted to recognize that Juan was a top notch professional in assisting Dr. Jin with my dental treatment. Most certainly, my best experience thus far at your facility. Please, share this good news with Dr. Jin and the team. I would be very appreciative to have Juan on my next visit, thank you kindly. Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful dentist very caring Office Staff highly recommended very clean and modern facility

Experiencia fantástica: Jin dental aesthetics has surpassed what I could have ever expected for dental care. Hands down the best dental office I’ve ever gone to. The level of attention to detail and customer service is top notch. You can actually feel that they care about the work they do and care about you personally. They explain everything they do there’s always time for questions. From the warm greeting at the receptionist desk to the amazing dentists to my wonderfully patient dental hygienist Lourdes. I couldn’t recommend it enough if you’re looking for a dental office look no further!

Experiencia fantástica: I have tried other dentists in the area but I love the team at Jin! I always had anxiety coming to the dentist but they are very gentle on my sensitive teeth and very thorough. Great front desk staff as well!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome air flow cleaning today! Great dentists here - great attention to patients needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to this clinic for more than a year after my friend recommended it. Every time I come here, I am 100 satisfied with the results and customer service; everyone is friendly and welcoming. Today I had my teeth cleaning with Beryl, and she was amazing. She was very professional, kind, and very gentle. Before every step, she explained what she was going to do, so I always knew what to expect and felt very comfortable. She was very careful and made sure everything was clean during the whole appointment. Also, thank you to Dr. Jin. Even though he was busy with other patients, he still took the time to come and check my teeth after my cleaning to make sure everything looked good. That made me feel that they really care about their patients. I highly recommend this clinic!

Experiencia fantástica: Super warm and welcoming from the start. They were all incredibly thorough with processes and payment, and made me feel more like a friend than a patient. Thank you!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone here is super cool and has helped me a lot. A+

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist I have ever been to. They have a comfort menu while you get your teeth cleaned that includes pillows, headphones, etc. Doctor super nice and respectful. They always have cool events going on, raffles etc. Lourdes the Hygienist is also great, she has an amazing accent. Thank you all for everything you do!

Experiencia fantástica: Very attentive staff here. They care about comfort and have a comfort menu with blankets, neck pillow, or earphones. They are thorough with the cleanings and aren’t pushy with treatments.

Experiencia fantástica: It was my first time coming to Jin Dental Aesthetics, and I have had a truly incredible experience. Immediately upon entering, I saw beautiful artwork on the walls, which turned out to be made by the doctor himself. Clearly, he brings that same aesthetic vision and artistic sensibilities to his patients. All the rest of the crew are wonderful as well, with a consistent technical brilliance, and a warm, welcoming manners. I will definitely be coming back, and highly recommend to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: this dental truly feels like family when i see them interact and when i call them. Everyone is so nice and they all remember you by name and face. It was hard switching over from a dentist in the family and when my great uncle retired i really had 0 idea where to go! Jin Dental is so modern, up to date on their practice and have new technology. I only know that because they would use some opportunities to teach and learn new skill sets to others. I hate the numbing shots and Dr. Jin has a way where i felt little to no pain for the very first shot. everything else was easy peasy! Shout out to Lupe, Sara, Carrie, Gaby, Dr. Jin and Donna for always taking care of me! (i'm sure i missed some names, sorry!)

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is really professional and kind, equipment is modern, and the use of top technology, makes a big difference with other practices.

Experiencia fantástica: i have been coming here for years and love it so much. the staff is incredibly helpful and i always feel taken care of :)

Experiencia fantástica: UPDATE 06/03/2026: I absolutely LOVE this place. The dentists, hygienists, front office staff and everyone in between always make me feel SUPER special. My teeth and gums are not only healthy, but my smile is simply BEAUTIFUL! I am extremely blessed to have found them. If you’re looking for a dentist, you won’t regret giving Jin Dental Aesthetics a try. - // - // - // - // - // - // - // - // - // - // I really love my new dentist. Let’s just say that I was looooong overdue for a visit. My former dentist retired and I put off finding a new one for years. (Yes, I said YEARS.) Saw a couple rave recommendations for this office in a social media group. Made my appointment and was a little overwhelmed at first. They seemed so high-tech compared to what I was used to. Naturally, I was apprehensive and waiting for the up-sell to start. After my thorough initial exam, I was presented with treatment recommendations and a cleaning was scheduled. Today, Joselyn did my cleaning and explained everything in such detail that I had no doubt that I was getting some of the best dental care I’d had in ages. The staff is young, kind, compassionate and very, very knowledgeable. Dr. Jin is so cool, respectful and makes sure I walk out of that chair with every question answered. To Dr. Jin, Alyssa, Joselyn and the front office staff, I have complete confidence knowing that my dental care is in your hands. I highly, highly recommend this place.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going here since 2021 and have had an amazing experience here. The cleanings are great and everyone is so kind and professional. Dr. Jin has totally transformed my smile and I am so much more confident now.

Experiencia fantástica: Super helpful and nice office. The dentist and staff both let me know of my options but they were not pushy, which I appreciated. The equipment is also modern and high tech. I love that they have airflow cleanings. Highly recommend this dental clinic!

Experiencia fantástica: Living in LA for most of my life, I can truly say Dr. Jin is the best dentist in the LA area and his staff is refreshing and so sweet! I highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place- so clean, the nicest staff, they’ve thought of every detail to make the experience as pleasant as possible

Experiencia negativa: I visited this office for the first time based on a friend’s recommendation. I had two small fillings done by Dr. Jin. Before the treatment, I had no pain or sensitivity at all, but immediately after the fillings, both teeth became extremely painful and sensitive. I kept going back and forth with the office, and each time they told me they had spoken with Dr. Jin, who suggested I just needed to be patient and that the sensitivity would eventually go away. After two weeks, nothing had improved. The pain was so bad that I couldn’t even floss my teeth comfortably. They then asked me to come in so another doctor could check the fillings since Dr. Jin wasn’t available. As soon as I explained my symptoms, the other doctor told me that the teeth may not have been completely dry before the fillings were placed, which could explain the severe sensitivity. She said both fillings needed to be redone. Later, the office called me to schedule the appointment and told me Dr. Jin wanted to redo the fillings himself. I respectfully refused because, from my perspective, if the fillings had been done properly the first time, I wouldn’t have been dealing with all this pain over what should have been a simple procedure. Eventually, another doctor redid both fillings, and thankfully the sensitivity improved significantly. However, even after months, I still experience some lingering sensitivity that I never had before visiting this office. I’m honestly not someone who likes leaving negative reviews, but I think people should know about my experience. I’ve had many dental procedures done in my life, fillings, root canals, crowns, even implants, and I have never experienced anything like this before.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Jin and his staff are phenomenal! Everyone here is super friendly and accommodating. Until now I would dread going to the dentist. This team has completely changed my outlook on the entire experience. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: The girls at the front desk are truly kind and always ready to help with any questions or concerns you might have. Carrie radiates professionalism and always greets with a warm smile! My dental hygienist, Jocelyn, is incredibly thorough and attentive, showing her kind heart every step of the way. She recommended a great toothpaste and kindly shared tips to help reduce the risk of cavities. All in all, I wholeheartedly give Jin Dental Aesthetics a full 5-star rating!

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot recommend Jin Dental Aesthetics enough! After years of dreading dentist visits and putting off some cosmetic work, I finally went in for a consultation with Dr. Mike Jin, and it was hands-down the best dental experience I've ever had. From the moment you walk into their beautiful, modern office on E Walnut St in Pasadena, you feel welcomed and cared for. The entire team — front desk, hygienists, and assistants — are genuinely kind, attentive, and professional. No rushing, no judgment, just real care for your comfort and results. Dr. Jin is exceptional. He's incredibly skilled, especially in cosmetic dentistry — veneers, Digital Smile Design, teeth whitening, Invisalign, and full smile makeovers. He took the time to explain everything clearly, showed me digital previews of what my smile could look like, and made sure I felt zero pain during procedures (even ones I was nervous about). His passion for aesthetics and precision really shows; my teeth look natural, brighter, and more youthful without anyone guessing I had work done. Whether it's routine cleanings, TMJ treatment, or a bigger transformation, they use top-tier technology and make every step smooth and stress-free. I've been going for a while now, and my oral health and confidence have never been better. If you're in the Pasadena area and want a dentist who combines expertise, artistry, and a truly caring approach, look no further. Jin Dental Aesthetics is the real deal — 10/10, and I'll be a patient for life! Thank you, Dr. Jin and team! (Highly recommended for anyone seeking cosmetic or general dentistry in Pasadena.)

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Jin and his staff do an amazing job taking care of my teeth. They’re always very accommodating and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Good consistent care and they answer your questions about oral hygiene and how to maintain your teeth and gum health.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best dentist!!! I was scared to go but everyone here makes me feel so comfortable. Anyone looking in Pasadena needs to come here.

Experiencia negativa: Not coming back here. The upselling is very aggressive, and when I was asked if I wanted an upsell I'd never heard of, and I asked "maybe, but what exactly is it?" the Chinese lady in the front became angry and dismissive with me. The Chinese dentist has pretty much a similar cold uncaring bedside manner, I don't like to be made to feel small or aggressively pressured to buy junk when I'm a customer somewhere. There are other options. I don't trust any of the other reviews because I was "awarded a prize" for posting a review. In their defense, they didn't demand that it be a good review. Which I can't in good conscience recommend this place to any friends of mine. None of the other reviews mention the insane parking situation here, there are only a small amount of parking spots in the very busy tiny parking structure, and to park there and not get towed immediately you have to do a lengthy app download process and register all your data and nevermind. Not worth it. Never coming back.

Experiencia fantástica: Beryl is the best and sweetest dental hygienist. She spends time educating you about your dental health and is always very thorough with her cleaning. The staff overall is wonderful!

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is great awesome customer service definitely recommend this dental office.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Jin and his staff were all amazing. I had a severe dentist phobia from childhood, and I neglected my teeth by not being able to get past the anxiety of visiting a dentist. When I did get my nerve up to see a dentist, they never took my anxiety seriously, nor did they follow any requests I made to aleve the pain or anxiety. Dr Jin and his hygienists listened, asked me questions about it, and made me feel comfortable mentally and physically! There was no pain or discomfort through out the entire experience! The results of my new smile Dr Jin, his lab partner, Dr Tony, and his periodontist partner, Dr Weightman, created were spectacular! I now have a full upper arch implant, single implants and veneers on the bottom. My self confidence is back, and I feel like I am able to socialize with my friends and family again. I was too ashamed and embarrassed to go out publicly. I can't thank them enough, and I highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Such an amazing, ahead of its time dental clinic! Jin Dental Aesthetics has been a highly reliable place to really understand my teeth and how to prevent longer term complications down the road. There is authentic care and consideration.

Experiencia fantástica: Going to see the dentist is rarely, “fun”….but sitting in Beryl’s (dental hygienist) chair today was absolutely therapeutic!! Thanks to her professional, friendly “spa like “ approach , my deep cleaning today was relaxing instead filling me with anxiety and tension. as far as pain goes, she was gentle, thorough and very attentive. i did not feel a moment of pain. if you need your teeth and gums cared for, please seek her out. you will be glad you did! by the way, this is my 3rd time here. from the first time i came by for a consult, i was wowed by everyone’s demeanor. the ladies at the front desk we soo kind and friendly, Esme and Dr. Kimmie treated me like we were old friends. just a wonderful vibe throughout. If you need demtal work, look no further.call them !!

Experiencia fantástica: Staff and doctors are awesome!! Clean and high tech office. Love going to my dentist and this coming from someone who is always nervous when it comes to doctor’s office.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a great experience at Jim dental. They have all the latest tech to keep you comfortable which is really important when your teeth are sensitive like mine! They are friendly, professional and very helpful. Their work is impeccable and I have complete trust in them. I used to hate going to the dentist but they have changed my attitude completely.

Experiencia negativa: It's been nearly three years since making the decision to come here, and I truly just want to make peace with it. I've had chronic pain and have seen so many specialists to fix what was a very simple procedure (redoing fillings). Every day I've thought about how my life would be different had I said no to the procedure. I have no ill-will. I would simply like to state my experience and hope my problems resolve once and for all.

Experiencia fantástica: Great dental practice. They answer any and all questions you have. And make you feel comfortable if you are not at ease at the dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Strongly suggest, team is warm and professional, and most importantly I am very happy with their work and care for my teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: The whole team and Dr. Jin are always so great to work with. They are so patient, knowledgeable and understanding. The BEST!

Experiencia fantástica: Five stars for Beryl! She is professional, efficient, and clearly an expert at what she does. Not only did she do a fantastic job with my cleaning, but she also took the time to explain a few tips for my at-home routine that were actually helpful rather than lecturing. It’s clear she takes pride in her work. The whole experience was seamless!

Experiencia fantástica: Dentistry at its finest. I’ve never been to a dentist that had such a knowledgable and kind front desk. All the associates here are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience. I did an implant here and they did it with the top of the line equipment. Barely any pain was felt throughout the process. I have already recommended my wife to come here and will be doing the same to my friends.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Jin dental for some time now and highly recommend this place for all of your dental needs! Beryl is my favorite dental hygienist!! She is extremely thorough and super sweet ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist office I have ever visited. From the front staff, to the assistants, to Dr. Jin. Everyone is kind and an expert at what they do. I had previously had a bad experience at a different office that left me traumatized, however, Dr. Jin and his staff resorted my faith and comfort in visiting the dentist. They are so knowledgeable at what they do and always treat you well.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming here for three years now and it’s always a great experience ! A very professional and amazing crew. They are thorough, thoughtful and care about patients and their health.

Experiencia fantástica: My attitude about my teeth has changed from despair to happiness--greatly due to hygienist Jocelyn. She does so much more than clean my teeth. She proactively advocates for my dental health. I used to feel hopeless because even though I brushed and flossed daily, I would always have new decay or cavities when I came in for a check-up. But Jocelyn recommended that I use a water flosser, and it has made a WORLD of difference. She also showed me how to angle my toothbrush more effectively, cautioned against too much pressure with my Sonicare, and recommended Invisalign. Now, my teeth are decay-free and aligned, and I feel in control of my dental health for the first time in my life. Thank you, Jocelyn--and Dr. Jin and the whole team!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient at Jin Dental for many years. Happy with the professional services to have a healthy smile.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Jin and their team are incredibly professional and skilled. They took the time to explain my treatment plan thoroughly and answered all my questions. My teeth are in good hands and care I am very satisfied with the results. The atmosphere is very welcoming, friendly and they made me comfortable. Dr. Jin and Jocelyn became both my good friends and like family.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommended! I haven’t been to a dental office that I liked for years (trying different offices). Dr. G is the best, and so is her assistant Juan. Very soft touch and painless. The staff is friendly and honest. The office is clean and high tech.

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist ever! Very clean facility with friendly staff. They use the latest technology and make you feel like family!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely hate the dentist but this is the most relaxing dentist office i have ever been to! Everything about this office including Dr. Gutierrez is amazing and relaxing. I have already referred multiple people here!

Experiencia fantástica: I had an appointment for a filling with Dr. Gutierrez and Juan today, and it was the smoothest, most seamless experience I’ve ever had at a dentist’s office. I was nervous at the beginning but that went away very quickly. I would 100% recommend and refer this office to anybody.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been coming to Jin Dental aesthetics for four years and love every visit! They did my Invisalign treatment and helped me get my gum health back in check. They also were able to help my mother in law last minute when she was here for a trip. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: This past Tuesday 2/3/26 I had a great experience at Jin Dental Aesthetics. Dr. Gutierrez and her assistant Juan made me feel very welcome and the service was excellent. She did an awesome job on my teeth and I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.Thank you again to both of you and to everyone at Jin Dental from the front desk to the rest of the team for being so welcoming and kind. Keep up the great service. - Griselda A.

Experiencia fantástica: This operation is how I would run a clinic if I were a dentist - clean, modern equipment, fantastic IT integration and most importantly professional and friendly staff front to back.

Experiencia fantástica: Many re-visits, and love this dental office! Everyone is super friendly and professional. The team made dental experience enjoyable! Josy and Beryl are the best hygienist! Invisalign with Dr.Jin works out perfectly with amazing efficiency.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough good things about this dental office. Jocelyn, the dental hygienist, is absolutely amazing. She is incredibly thorough but also so gentle — I only let her clean my teeth because nobody does it like she does. She’s honestly the reason I make the drive all the way from the Valley. She makes the experience comfortable and I always leave feeling like my teeth are truly clean, not just rushed through. Dr. Jin is just as wonderful. He is always patient, takes the time to answer all of my questions, and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. I never feel rushed or dismissed. The office itself is very clean and well maintained, which is really important to me. Overall, this is a dental team that clearly cares about their patients. I will definitely be back and highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming here for over four years, and every visit has been an amazing experience. The staff always remember my name, are incredibly respectful, and you can truly tell they love what they do. They’ve helped improve my oral hygiene so much—my gums feel healthier and I finally feel like I’m on the right path. Last year, I started Invisalign with them, and they walked me through every step of the process, always making sure I understood everything and felt comfortable. I’ve made so much progress, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m so grateful I found Dr. Jin and his team—they are truly wonderful. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent care and a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Needed a composite veneer repair. I’m so Glad I found Jin Dental. They got me in fairly quickly. I had the please of having Juan as my dental assistant and Dr. Stephanie Gutierrez as my dentist. They were constantly checking if I was comfortable. Very professional and friendly. Dr. Gutierrez did amazing work. In the end you couldn’t even tell the composite veneer was repaired.Definitely recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: i’ve been going to jin dental for 3 years and it’s the best dental office i’ve ever been too. i’ve always been cavity prone and since i’ve started coming here and getting air flow done my cavities have decreased — i wish air flow was covered by insurance but at least it’s not crazy expensive. my overall oral hygiene has gotten better because of my amazing hygienist jocelyn!! also dr. kimmy is probably my favorite dentist, my last filling was done by her and now i don’t want to go to another dentist. everyone you interact with is so sweet and if you have any anxiety or fear with going to the dentist just know they take your feelings seriously — especially donna, she’s a star at making sure your comfortable, safe, and relaxed

Experiencia fantástica: Had nothing but the best experience here at Jin Dental. Jocelyn has been my hygenist for years now, and she is so kind and thorough. Every cleaning feels great, and I feel taken care of every time. Also, do the airflow.

Experiencia fantástica: I went here for my first dental exam in a while. The facility was very clean and well-kept and all the employees here were super friendly! Dr. Jin was also very informative and knowledgeable. I’ll be coming back here for my next cleaning appointment!

They treat you like family with all the integrity, transparency, and positivity that goes along with it. They set the bar and still exceed my expectations every time!
