Experiencia negativa: Been going here for three or four years now. It’s always been hit or miss. It’s as if they don’t value your time. I make an appointment for 11am, I don’t get sat in the chair until 11:50, then they numb me and say they’ll be back in a minute. Then 20+ minutes go by and I’m standing up stretching, going to the bathroom, sitting in the other chair in the room. No one comes in and apologizes for the time wasted, no one seems to care. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Looking to move dentistry’s now. As other reviewers have noted, the service has gone down hill a little bit. Thought it was just me thinking that, but good to see others think it too. So disappointed.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve had one cleaning and a filling here 8 months ago and I just showed up for appointment today at 11AM for a cleaning and waited over 50 mins to be seen and then the dentist was gaslighting his workers right in front of me and it wasn’t even the dentist I had worked with in the past. Very unprofessional I won’t be coming back.

Experiencia negativa: this place is a scam - tried to upsell me on procedures not needed. then quoted me a lump sum for all the "dental work" they said i needed done which was over 6k. when i asked for an itemized breakdown so i could see which procedures i wanted to move forward with, they ignored me. they have ignored my follow ups and now I have to pay for xrays with a new provider again. google reviews are fake, look at this place on yelp

Experiencia negativa: I I have been going to this office for several years. Initially it was to have several extractions done and then ultimately to have implants and dentures done. Previous to this last visit everything and everyone were professional and very knowledgeable. I was very satisfied. However, For this last appointment, Things seem to have changed greatly. I called to make an appointment to have my dentures relined. I made it very clear that I needed a morning appointment so I could have the dentures back the same day or the next morning. The dentist and assistant had no clue why I was there. They cleaned the dentures. The dentist looked in my mouth and said everything was good. When I asked them about the reclining they were unaware of why I was there. They said I would need another appointment, which I agreed to. However, they said I would be without my dentures for 3 days. Totally unacceptable. I will not be back. I don't know what changed the quality of care here,but it is a loss for us.

I was in a lot of pain and cosmetically looked horrible. I never want to smile. The pain was really effecting my life. Dr. Arbi helped me. Not only he saved my teeth he helped me with my self esteem. Now I’m always smiling I feel great. No more pain. It is Dr. Arbi’s skill and technique and numbing that made a miracle happen for me. I want to thank him with all my life. If you have a fear of the dentist Dr. Arbi is the one you want to see he helps you calm down gives you numbing and makes your visit amazing, so much you don’t ever want to leave.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Messerkhani and Dr. Aboolian. My wife had an injury that resulted in her front teeth being severely damaged. After seeing another specialist, she came to Dr. Messerkhani for a second opinion. We were both thoroughly impressed by his demeanor and guidance, so we decided to have him treat her. It was very nerve wracking for her because she wasn't sure what would be the end result with her front teeth. She was under the impression that she would need implants. Thankfully, Dr. Messerkhani was able to save/preserve her teeth. His office handled everything, from the cone x-rays, root canal, veneers, crown, and whitening. It was a relief to find someone who could manage her care from A to Z and not have to bounce around from one specialist to another. My wife and I were both extremely pleased with the outcome as a result of Dr. Messerkhani and Dr. Aboolian's hard work, dedication, and attention to detail. My wife and I were both extremely impressed with Dr. Messerkhani's enthusiasm and passion for his craft. When it comes to significant dental work for your front teeth, meeting one's expectations is a relief, exceeding them results in joy. We were extremely thankful that Dr. Messerkhani and his team exceeded our expectations. I also needed a cleaning and some basic work and was extremely pleased with Dr. Aboolian. He is very pleasant and friendly. His work is second to none. Thank you to the entire staff at both the Glendale and Pasadena locations. My wife and I are impressed with his entire staff, from the front desk to the assistants and technicians that assisted us both.

I am also nervous about the procedure. But after I met Dr. Allen and Ani all the worries went away. They made sure I was comfortable with the whole process, and their professionalism is unparalleled. I have always been terrified of the dentist and have gotten dental work in several states, at varying practices. At Dental Studio of Pasadena, I’m heard, accommodated and I’m working with a great team for my treatments. I’ve had the full range of treatments and I’ve never felt pain during the process. I’m adequately numbed and given proper at-home care instructions. Today I got a procedure I was properly nervous for. After an encouraging call with my husband and through the help and leadership of Dr. Mauricio, Dr. Jeanny and Ani I was completely calmed, felt ZERO pain and finished in under 35 mins. This awesome team of three checked on me the entire way through, explained what I would feel and explained the entire after process. The ladies at the front desk are also so helpful and sweet. I’m so happy I found this office and trusted them with my treatment. I’ve been a patient since 2022 - trusted them with work I got while (and before) pregnant and have remained a patient ever since. I highly recommend this awesome office and staff. Professionalism at its highest, they have great availability, are so kind and listen to your needs and concerns. Love it here.

The Doctors and their team are talented, experienced, pleasant, and comforting. When the pain killer wore off, I did not feel any discomfort/pain. The offices are clean, modern and high-tech. Dr Mauricio has been working with me for months on a dental implant care journey and his assistant Annie have both been so lovely to visit. They walk me through everything for extra safety and security. Every session I have with them is timely, communicative, and really reassuring and the finishing results have been exemplary. Yesterday I had multiple treatment of root canals with Dr Allen and Ani his assistant. They are both best of the west in Pasadena. Dr Allen is so meticulous, concise, meticulous, and caring. He is truly an amazing endodontist. Truly top notch. Ani, his dental assistant is also top notch. She is his right hand person.. She is sweet and caring, and was very attentive during the treatment which lasted close to 3 hours. Marilou the office manager is a very pleasant to deal with, and no matter your circumstances she works with you and makes the care and treatment possible

Experiencia negativa: I had the WORST experience in this dental clinic. I came here to get a total restoration and it was an absolute disaster. I filled out the new patient papers and I wrote a comment mentioning that before any procedure I had to talk to someone first. I got assigned with Dr. Angela and she told me that she was just going to check a tooth but I didn't think I was going to get local anesthesia when I felt the pinch. I didn’t say anything but when she finished I felt a great despair, my heart was pounding like crazy and I got dizzy. It turns out that Dr. Angela had put the WRONG anesthesia on me!!! I have high blood pressure and need a special anesthesia. Dr. Angela failed to review my health history and gave me lidocaine which is the general anesthesia that contains adrenaline. I almost suffered a heart attack. After that I asked for another Dr. to assist me and they passed me over with Dr. Mauricio, well that was another mistake!! He proceeded to do a gum lift on me without my consent and it left me botched with a heavy lisp and trouble speaking. The worst thing is that I still deal with headaches and dizziness since he did that. When I saw myself in the mirror, the color of my new teeth were bleach white (which they chose to their liking), that I hadn't asked for, I just wanted a natural color. Not only that, but they left my teeth squared and bulky looking. Not only that, I can’t eat or chew properly because my teeth are so thick. I didn't know that Dr. Mauricio was an endodontist and he was not supposed to be assigned to do teeth outside of his specialty. I left so devastated. I asked them to give me my money back and they refused. I lost 20 thousand dollars to the TRASH!! Please forbid yourself to come to this clinic of scammers and people without professionalism. This clinic doesn't care about customers, they just steal money and don't care about your health or the poor quality work they do. What a shame and trash of an office. Beware anyone coming here!!!

Also, a large variety of expertise is applied in real time to a patient. Because the surgical suites share one common room, offset geometrically for privacy, all of the experts are much more available for real-time consults than in separate room layouts. Experiencia fantástica: The situation of my teeth are well taken care of by the dental clinic. And they work really carefully on cleaning my teeth.

Experiencia negativa: I went in at 9am didn’t get out until after 12pm. Went in for cleaning and cavity filling. Dentist told me I was going to get cleaning filling and a mouth guard for a certain price with my insurance which I agreed to. They tried sending me home after only cleaning only one half of my teeth and said come back in one week for the other half? I asked to at least finish the cleaning. They reluctantly agreed, the first half of cleaning took maybe 30mins and they speed ran the second half! The whole time they were on the second half they were just talking about lunch so I knew they just wanted me gone so they could eat. Then when my mouth was completely numb and I couldn’t talk they notified me that the price had just gone up from what they originally stated. I couldn’t even ask questions since they number me so much for the second round. Luckily I asked for a mask before I left because then I got home I didn’t even realize I was bleeding all over the place. They didn’t say anything about my next appointment or give me any paperwork. Will definitely contact my insurance provider to see what they charged me for. And never going back.

Dr. Mauricio Fonrodona was knowledgeable, professional and charming. As a dental chicken, he immediately put me at ease, but I opted for sedation just to calm my nerves. I was contacted the day before my procedure by Dr Arbi Aboolian who would administer the sedation.Dr Arbi was outstanding! His easy going personality along with his calm manner in explaining what I could expect, made me less anxious. The day of my procedure, went extremely well. I have more work to be done and while I am not jumping up for joy for my next treatment, I don’t have the fear of returning because I know I will be in good hands. I was lead to believe that the work would be done at the final appointment and more appointments were needed with no new information I had three crowns done and the first two temps broke I did not wait around for the third. Very polite people but ….
