Dental Care at FishHawk Commons

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, professional, office is beautiful. A class operation

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent dental office. Chipped a tooth and they saw me as a walk-in the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Front office folks are great. Dental hygienist is very good. The dentist is a pro. Would recommend.

Experiencia negativa: I would have gave them a five. Because I really liked the staff and my autistic son was comfortable with them. But when I received a message asking for adoption or guardianship for my child next service. That was a huge piss off moment. Not none other dentist I have taken him to has ever asked for paperwork. Cause last time I checked I add to show proof when I obtained insurance through my place of employment. They really crossed the line for me.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent work. Got in and out very efficiently with a thorough cleaning and exam. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome experience! If you’re looking for a great dentist experience, I would recommend. They were super professional and nice, I especially recommend my hygienist named Gloria. I was also very surprised by the amount of Technology they use.

Experiencia positiva: My first visit to Dental Care at Fishhawk was more than expected. It is a very nice facility. Everyone was so pleasant and polite. Erica did an excellent job in taking photos of my teeth and explaining the findings in great details. After cleaning, my mouth felt so fresh and clean.

Experiencia fantástica: Very clean and comfortable. Also very friendly and professional. I would recommend this dental office to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: My time in the dentist office was Outstanding and the office staff was awesome.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very pleased with the staff and the interaction with my new Dentist, Doctor Jurgens. Everything was conducted in a timely manner in an extremely nice facility, and the two receptionist were professionally pleasant to interact with. State of the art equipment and every procedure that was done was conveyed to me before proceeding. The dental hygienist and the doctor’s assistants were pleasant to work with as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Thorough, efficient, friendly!

Experiencia fantástica: Great office great staff great care

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service. The staff and dentist were very kind, patient, and caring. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. I had a great experience and highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Went in for a second opinion for my daughter after her prior dentist recommended what seemed like an unreasonable number of fillings for “new” cavities. Dentist took X-rays and did an eval, then treated the (only 1) cavity that needed treatment and applied remineralization treatment to two other areas all in the same visit. Quick to get us in, on time, and efficient. Great from start to finish, front desk, waiting area, hygienists, and dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Gloria is a great hygienist! I was also a hygienist back in the day, she is thorough and knowledgeable.

Experiencia fantástica: The hygienists and the dentist are extremely thorough and they educate you as they go which I especially appreciated. Additionally, they are using the latest technology that incorporates AI and data science to ensure you get a year over year clear picture of how your oral health is progressing or even regressing. My entire family including my little 7 year old are now patients and we love it! This is also a Veteran owned and operated business.

Experiencia fantástica: It was such a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back :)

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff is excellent and the office itself is inviting and clean. One of the best things is the food collection in the waiting area. It is wonderful to actively work to help those in need. Very pleased with the care received.

Experiencia fantástica: There’s no other place I’d trust with my teeth. I travel an hour just to come here because the service is always exceptional. Thanks to the entire staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a regular check up with teeth cleaning. Erica did her usual amazing job! Upon checking out, Zara handled my payment and scheduling and was a pleasure to deal with!

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding dental team and beautiful facility and the latest in dental technology made the visit quite fascinating to witness this next level of diagnostics and care. The degree of care afforded was professional, courteous, gentle and comprehensive. Dr Jergins was very professional and easy to converse with and took his time with me; my hygienist Gloria was so thorough and gentle with my cleaning and X-rays. I was not disappointed! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. My visit did take a while and they were behind, but I didn’t mind since they were so accommodating. One of the ladies at front the front desk who checked me in helped me to the room and even did my x-rays to get the process started! What a boss! She was so nice. From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient—they made check-in and scheduling so easy and stress-free. The back office team was equally amazing: professional, kind, and attentive, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. And the dentist—absolutely outstanding. Experiencia fantástica: I rate this dentist as 10 out of 10. I have never seen a dentist office with more efficient and professional staff. The hygienist is the best I have ever seen. The entire practice is outstanding.

Experiencia negativa: This may be the worst dentist office in the area. Do not let the fancy new building fool you. The initial dentist was great. Customer service was great! Ever since they switched to a new dentist service has become horrible! Went in for general cleanings with a child. Child was complaining of pain. No dentist on site. Had to drive to another office to be seen. Turned an hour visit into 3 hours and a drive. Can never make appts for two. It is always a hassle. No one accommodates families anymore? Tried to get me to come next day at 8am. Could not make it. Then when rescheduling you are told you missed an appt so you can only do same day. Lol. A JOKE. I will happily take this premium insurance to a more reputable place. No thank you! Do better in healthcare people!

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thanks for your time and help with my recent dental problem.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an excellent experience. As a person who as nervous after a long time away from the Dentist’s chair, I was amazed how my cleaning was pain free. Their entire team including their front desk staff, hygienist Erica, and Dr. Jergins all were wonderful about providing me with a professional and caring experience. They use the latest imaging techniques which surprised and impressed me, as well as some if the latest ultrasonic tools and techniques for cleaning which provided me with the first 100% pain-free cleaning in my lifetime, 10/10. I was used to manual cleaning and removal of calculus, which in the past would jab my gums and leave me feeling sore. This experience, albeit long and thorough, felt no different than I do after a routine brushing and flossing at home. I’ll definitely be back.

Experiencia fantástica: It was my first visit and I loved the whole staff. They made everything very easy for me. This is my new go to dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: If you're looking for a professional place this is it! I came in with an intense pain in my tooth. Everyone was very caring and went above and beyond. I felt valued and heard. I'm sorry I don't remember everyone's names but I'm grateful to everyone I encountered yesterday. I am grateful to have been accommodated for the procedures I needed to get my pain resolved. I know everyone worked till late for me and with a thankful heart I hope that God blesses each and everyone of you in your life. Hebrews 13:16

Experiencia fantástica: I had an excellent experience with this dentist. Without an appointment, I walked in, and Zahra in the front was prompt to assist me, making it easy for me to schedule an appointment when I needed it. The Doctor answered all of my questions and concerns and was very easy to communicate with. Gloria did an excellent job of cleaning. She took care of every detail and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to put an smile in your face.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this office. I moved from downtown Chicago where I managed to dental offices 15 dentist. So I can read my own x-rays. This office doesn’t upsell and very honest on what you need. So happy to have found them after 2 years of searching!

Experiencia fantástica: I had the best experience here! I am not one to write many reviews, but I will be telling all of my family and friends about this office. Dr Jergins was honest, kind, put my anxieties at ease. I was scammed by another local dentist and was honest about my experience as a new patient of this office. He could have taken advantage of that, however affirmed my suspicions of my previous dentist. I am so thankful to have found a dentist I can trust.

He is an excellent listener and you can tell that he is highly skilled. And, I had the best cleaning of my life! Because I have tooth sensitivity, Erica, the hygienist, adapted to make sure that I was comfortable. From Dara, to Zarya, to Tanya to Gloria to Jennifer -- yes, I learned all of their names because I will be back -- as well as my family! :-)

Experiencia fantástica: My hygienist Erica is amazing. Both my Wife and I are very happy with her. She's the one and only. We thank God for her. The other people in the office are also super nice and friendly.
