Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding service and care. Best dental facility i have ever been in! They covered all my concerns and clearly explained all the work that was needed. Tabitha was awesome and entertained me whole taking impressions for my new dentures. I was actually biting her and she took it like a pro and made me feel at ease. Sorry for the bite Tabitha, I promise to never do it again next time I am in. Looking forward to finishing my treatment and I wish I would have came to Aspen dental years ago. Thanks to everyone for passing my dental concerns.

She made the root canal painless and as pleasant as that sort of procedure can be for the "victim"! Seriously, I highly recommend Dr. El-Hennaway, Dr. Wahib, and the entire support staff at the facility to anyone needing dental services.

Experiencia fantástica: Came in with awful tooth pain, I waited way too long to go to a dentist. The Dr was very fast and ordered antibiotics for my infected tooth and within 2 weeks I will have had 2 cleanings, several fillings, infection cleared and the problem tooth extracted and a fake tooth to replace it. Very prompt and personable they answer any questions you can come up with. (I ask a lot) They will go at your pace and make sure you're comfortable with all the procedures before they do them and kept checking during to make sure I couldn't feel anything. Lifesavers. Also, if you request something ridiculous like to listen to pitbull for nerves you will not be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: I had to come back and give a better review of my experience at Aspen Dental in Valrico . I compared them to a racing team . Other than the driver ( Dentist ) . The pit crew is instrumental for the success of the racer. It all started with Natalie the operations manager who took the call and welcomed me a new patient. She was such a charm and made me feel welcome and at ease , I then met Tabcitha who took my x-rays and later my impressions , , she cared for me very delicately always asking and making sure I was ok I Then met Jenny who clean my teeth and explained everything to me to help me understand the outcome and results of what they discovered a plan that would resolved any issues I might of had before moving forward .Last and least I met Dr. Wahib the one responsible for creating such a great team . I compliment her and all those that work for her Thank you for making me feel comfortable and not embarrassed , I recommend them for anybody who has felt like me . There are still great professional out there that realy care for their patients . I love you guys !

Experiencia negativa: Here before close and the doors are locked at 2:35pm we came early for an appointment and they never sent the prescription. So no returned calls by them and also closed early so now shes stuck with 4 removed teeth and no meds

They helped me be able to figure out how to pay for the treatment. Even with 2 of my wisdom teeth yanked earlier today, I'm surprisingly not that much in pain. They were also really patient.

Experiencia fantástica: They were able to get me in the same day for severe wisdom tooth pain when my dentist informed me they no longer accepted my insurance. Everyone was very kind and informative and really worked hard to get the care I needed. Going back soon to get all four wisdom teeth removed and they have made the process very easy. Will be continuing my care with them!

Experiencia fantástica: Was super terrified that I had to get a root canal. But not only was it nothing to be scared of, it was surprisingly fast and pain free. My last cleaning was more uncomfortable than my root canal procedure. I wish I knew this on my last took that needed a RC. I ended up pulling it and getting a bridge. I regret that, and wish I opted for the RC. Dr. El-Hennawey performed excellent work, and was comforting throughout the entire process. 10/10 recommend opting for a RC, if that’s what your medical needs require. Save your teeth!

Experiencia positiva: The staff and dentist are extremely kind and very knowledgeable and I would have full trust in them however there is absolutely NO WAY I would ever ever be able to EVER come up with $44,000 for a set of dentures (included sedation, implants & extractions) and that’s with my insurance. So I will have to return to my general dentist for the entire process for $7,000.

Experiencia fantástica: This was a new experience for me. I don’t like dentist office’s. I guess that’s why my two front teeth needed attention. Over the years they’ve become more crooked, cracked and chipped. My insurance company led me to Aspen Dental. The office was clean and the staff were so friendly, and helped me not be nervous. Dr. Wahib put the new crowns in and was able to make them straight, which my whole life they’ve never been! They helped me put together a payment plan I could afford, and here we are. Two new straight front teeth! Thank you Aspen Dental!

Experiencia negativa: They prescribed me amoxicillin, which I’ve told three different people that I’m allergic to it. What do they prescribe me amoxicillin, they are incompetent and they don’t listen. I needed a root canal and asked for a stronger prescription because the ibuprofen wasn’t working and I could still feel the pain. They never gave me anything for the pain. Then they wanted to charge me 3k for it when I know it’s can be done for less. I don’t recommend this location.

I was then handed off to the hygienist Jenny for a prophy. Jenny was kind, friendly, and took great care of me during my cleaning. My smile looks great and I have found the place where I will continue to visit in the future for my teeth!
