Their intake process was thorough and when completed, the results were presented by the Doctor, in writing, with a follow up plan, as appropriate. They have earned my trust.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr L replaced a bungled implant by a Kaiser-referred dentist who fled the country last year, leaving me with an unfinished and badly placed implant that had not even drilled into my jawbone. I'm still trying to recover the $6000+ I was required to pay up front. Recommendation: don't go to a plan dentist for an implant! Go to a specialist like Dr. L. It's worth the extra cost to get the job done right the first time. I have had my extracted #26 tooth missing since November 2024! Will be another few months before the implant site heals and we can place the actual crown.

Dr Lagos and his staff were extremely supportive and helpful. And very concerned about calming my nerves. Extraction was stressful for me but I felt I was being well cared for. Follow up visits for my implant have been great and less concerning. I would highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Had my implant yesterday which was carried out by Dr Driver. He gave me four shots to numb the pain and got to work. It was done in 45 minutes! His nurses were very caring and efficient and seemed to work seamlessly with the doctor. Came home and had no discomfort, bleeding or swelling (iced as instructed). Slept well and the ordeal was behind me this morning! Couldn't have been easier!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a tooth which broke below the gum line and was unsavable - I asked multiple dentists - so the only option was to have it removed. This prospect terrified me, as I have had problems with getting numb and staying numb in the past. My situation was compounded by the fact that the first oral surgeon I went tried to intimidate me into getting the procedure done his way in his time, by saying that I would likely see him later "in the emergency room." (Wut??) I left and did not seek treatment for again for a year, and by then it was worse. Long story short, by divine providence I finally found my way to Dr. Driver. He is amazing! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with him. He is calm and he explains everything fully. My mouth was fully numb and the tooth was gone very quickly. The office staff is wonderful, too. In particular, I appreciate Lorie's help interfacing with my insurance company. Everything about the experience was top notch. Thank you very much, Dr. Driver, and everyone at Lagos! Truly. I am so grateful!

Experiencia fantástica: I always have a great experience with Dr Eric Driver and his team at Lagos. Year before last I had my first tooth extraction as an adult. Dr Driver was patient with me, and he and the team explained everything carefully in advance. The extraction was pain free at the time as well as in the days following the extraction. Within a couple of months my jaw had healed properly and Dr Driver installed a post in preparation for an implant tooth. Over a year later I'm so happy with the result. So yesterday when I returned to Dr Driver for an extraction on the other side of my mouth, I entered the office with the calm expectation that this second implant will be just as successful the first. The extraction itself went smoothly and painlessly, and Dr Driver had me stitched up and finished within an hour of my arrival. It's just nice to be in the Lagos offices. The staff team is welcoming and nice to be around. You can tell these folks enjoy working for Lagos and Dr Driver. He's kind, gentle, a perfectionist, and he makes sure you're not having any pain with the procedure.

Experiencia negativa: Was very disappointed, Dr. Lagos treated my wife extremely rudely. He asked if my younger sister was “disabled” after she didn’t answer his first question, saying “it would be understandable if she was” Also overheard him say to another patient near me “I don’t care about your mouth, it’s your mouth not mine” in an argument with another patient. The final straw was that confirmed our insurance two times before the appointment- and they at the end said they didn’t accept it?? Other staff was nice and more understanding

I feel I am in great hands (and I’m not a happy camper when it comes to dental work) but am happy to have been referred to Lagos Periodental.

Experiencia negativa: My 12 year old was not responding due to social anxiety: He said i wont work with you if you dont talk. He asked if my child has a disability. He asked if my kid has a disability. No one on the phone said they took medical. They did not mention it on the phone when I asked. We waited 47 mins from our scheduled appt at 3pm to be seen.

Experiencia fantástica: I must admit that my dental care has been pretty bad since moving to the valley. Ask anyone (which we have done) and they’ll just shrug their shoulders and express their own frustrations about the inability to find good dental care. As for myself I do NOT recommend Inland Dental Long story short I was finally referred to Dr. SHAFFNER who recommended Dr Lagos. Dr. Lagos said my teeth were in dire need of treatment. The consultation was comprehensive and detailed. Dr. Lagos didn’t waste much time talking but scheduled me at his earliest to address teeth that were broken and needed extraction as well as my sore and dying gums and large areas of bone which he was able to save. OK it’s no fun gumming food but I am looking forward to the time when my implants and new bridges are constructed and I can chew again. Did i mention that he saw major infection in my sinuses and referred me to Dr. Waltz. To be continued Dr. Lagos also referred me to a doctor specializing in infections. Had daily IV treatments with very strong anti- biotics. He also wanted me to have barometric or pressure dives in a chamber. About 20 dives. Will start the barometric dives ( Pressurized oxygen) this week. August 24, 2025 Dr. Lagos requested I be seen by an Ear Nose and Throat doctor. Dr Lagos was right about the sinus infection. Dr. Walz performed a surgery to repair my deviated septum and remove the infection from my sinuses. Great to breath again !!! To be continued
