Every person in the office is welcoming, warm, and patient. I'll definitely continue coming here for all my dental needs in the future.

She and her staff do an excellent job taking care of my teeth, and gums, and seeing that I take care of them as well. You couldn't ask for a better dentist, because Dr. Snyder and the staff, go above and beyond in providing excellent dental care to their patients.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Snyder is fabulous. I have severe dental anxiety and that has kept me from going to see a dentist for years. Fast forward to the day I woke up with a toothache! The tooth had been broken for a while so I knew it was a matter of time before it started to hurt. I made an appt to see Dr. Snyder and I was seen quickly because I was in pain. However, nothing would be done until I had a cleaning (to become an established patient). So they went over the costs of a cleaning and having my tooth pulled and I about had a heart attack because I don’t have insurance! For both, I paid over $500 upfront. Luckily I had the money on me at the time! But the cleaning went great and even though I was nervous about having my tooth pulled, Dr. Snyder put my fears at ease and made it a super-easy and PAINLESS procedure! I had to pay quite a bit, but to have her calming demeanor throughout the whole process, it was worth it! I’ve recommended several people to her since!

Experiencia fantástica: Nancy is the BEST dentist that I have had! She is professional and makes you feel very comfortable. You can tell she loves her profession but she cares about her patients more. I got a bridge implant done with her and I could not be happier with the result! It was a lengthy process (just like any implant is) so I got to know her and her staff pretty well! Her staff is very friendly and I don’t think I have met anyone there that isn’t anything but helpful and kind. The building is kept very clean and they have a little coffee bar in the waiting room. You will not be disappointed if you choose Nancy because she is the best!

Experiencia negativa: I specifically asked if this dentist was in my insurance network before setting an appointment, knowing that cleaning would be fully covered. I was told, "We take all insurance." When I called to ask why I was billed I was told that was what was not covered since they are out of network. I was lied to by the person who set the appointment. I would have never set an out of network appointment with any doctor, ever. The staff was professional, thorough, keep kind. But that part of the event was very out of line!

Experiencia negativa: I had the most painful dental experience that I have ever had in my life. Shots for numbness need a few minutes to be effective, not just more shots. - too many painful shots. I just had the same procedure done elsewhere. 2 easy shots after numbing gel. It went very well.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Snyder is the best! I came to her in 2019 for a second opinion after another local dentist wanted to refer me to his son over an hour away to do my implant procedure. I immediately knew I was in good hands! I was so confident in her abilities that I drove my husband to her from five hours away during his dental emergency after another dentist mistakenly extracted the wrong tooth. She was able to find his issue and correct it immediately. And when my son chipped his tooth, I sent him to her too! All of our procedures have been painless and easy. She is truly skilled; all her work is flawless. Her sweet disposition is very calming, and her staff is great! I highly recommend Fort Oglethorpe Dental and Dr. Snyder!!

Experiencia negativa: Do not go to this woman ( Nancy ) if you want dentures. She will rip you off . I paid 3,000 and then what my insurance paid. I got the top dentures but not the bottom . Karma will get a big bite out of her. I did come back and was told I owe something like 6 hundred and that didn't include my bottoms. Don't push it, my mother (Barbara Corbin ) was with me

They are very punctual for scheduled appointments, friendly, and were even able to accommodate a short-notice request when I had some unexplained dental pain. The whole place seems very clean and well organized. Even with no insurance, their prices are reasonable. The dentist herself is very friendly, accommodating, and definitely knows what she's doing.

I went to aspen come to find out all my top fillings were not done properly, cavities were still there and had my whole top teeth replaced . I wasted 1000s of dollars here for nothing . Y’all are a complete joke thank you aspen dental for getting me built back up. And this place sucks

She did it!!! with amazing skill, determination and experience. It was also painless. Dr. Nancy restored my confidence in my mouth, my smile, and my overall well-being. Very creative and artistic with my problematic half completed implants I had done in Mexico years prior. She was able to salvage the work done south of the border to restore a full set of teeth and a confident smile, something I had not had for about 15 years. And when it came down to the wire, she worked me in due to being an over the road truck driver and not able to make appointments like most people. I am most grateful for her care and attention to details on my timeline. She is my go to for anything dental.

Experiencia positiva: I will never step foot back in this office again. My journey with Dr. Snyder began with comfort and feeling accepted. It ended with feeling unheard and being billed, and threatened to be turned over to collections for a service I never received. I had full mouth extractions and that went very well. Dr. Snyder is very skilled in her craft. However I never felt like communication was clear. The staff was very lacking in communication from what money would be needed in each step to follow ups after the procedure. I never knew what to expect in each stage. My temp dentures were not correct and when I attempted to advocate for myself I felt like Dr. Snyder argued with me about what I was experiencing and then my dentures were filed down and I walked out with flat teeth on the bottom set. I was not heard at all. Then for the next year they proceeded to send me a bill for a perm set of dentures that I never even fitted for much less received. They then threatened to send a bill I do not owe to collections. I loved this office starting out but after my experience I will never be back nor would I recommend them to anyone.

I’m not the easiest patient and she has done extensive work on my teeth for several yrs. She doesn’t send you somewhere else for difficult extractions or root canals. Other dentist did not listen to my concerns, did not give me good information and staff did not care. Then I went to Ft. Oglethorpe Dental. I cannot praise this practice high enough. Hurting and not in good shape Dr. Nancy gave me sound advice, offered several options ( listing both pros and cons) then took the time to see that everything went perfect. I went in just knowing I would be told that I needed a root canal or a crown and Dr Snyder had something else to try first. I have been putting off going to the Dentist for a few years now and needed some work done. Experiencia fantástica: I hadn’t been to a dentist in at least five years. I needed some work done and found Dr. Snyder. I decided to check her out because of all the amazing reviews I read of her. Believe me the reviews are not wrong. Everyone was so nice. The office/exam rooms were decorated with a homey feel. They wanted to make sure that I was at ease and explain everything in simple terms along the way. Dr. Snyder is the best dentist I have ever had. I wouldn’t go to another.

Experiencia fantástica: Well what can I say about this woman.. There is not a word that doesnt describe her and every sense. She is the most caring and soft tender dentist I have ever seen. I've one never liked dentist until I meet Dr. Synder. She is the down to the earth and perfectionist at her work. She makes sure you are comfortable and talks to you through the whole process before during and after.. She never complains about calling her when I get worried or anxious about my next appt.. She fits very well in our town and we are all happy to have her. Thank you for everything and giving me my smile back.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t recommend This beautiful and talented doctor from my own experience, but I have seen her work in a family member . She does excellent work and her dedication to doing things perfectly show in the results she gives her patients . Highly trained , highly dedicated , friendly and as if you had know her always . She and her staff are a Godsend to the Fort Oglethorpe Area .
