Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is friendly and helpful from the ladies at the front desk to Leah my hygienist who was nice, thorough and informative. Dr Patel is also informative and clear on dental needs. My wait time was very short. I highly recommend them for your dental work.

Experiencia negativa: This is the worst dental office I have ever had to deal with! They are rude and disorganized, they punish you for missing appointments that you didn't even know you had and God forbid you be honest with them and tell them you don't appreciate being handled like a child, because they will hold that against you if and when you try to schedule another appointment. Rest assured the only reason I called back a second time is because they take my insurance. However, I think at this point I'll just figure out a way to pay out of pocket and go somewhere that treats their patients like people that matter. Also I'd like to say this, I'm talking about the front office staff there. I never got to meet the actual dentist so my apologies to them. The actual dentist might be wonderful, however I'm likely to never know.

Experiencia negativa: I made a appointment in December. I received the email to fill out patient paper work. I filled it out. The day before my appointment (Yesterday). I called to verify my appointment around 1pm. They canceled my appointment because they said they called me around 11am and they couldn't get thru so they canceled my appointment. I explained iv waited for months . They fit me in for Today ( the 25th , day of my original appointment). After, We hung up, another lady from that office called back and said they scheduled me for the wrong type of appointment. And canceled it and she could put me on the schedule for July. I explained the situation. That I was verifying my appointment when I found out they canceled it . And i had been waiting months. She suggested I call back and try to make a appointment for another office. So, I did. I explained once again the situation. And they made me a appointment for today (again). 30 minutes after hanging up. The same lady who called last time, called to say.... They had made the wrong type of appointment again and at the wrong office.. To call back and schedule a appointment again and canceled that appointment. I called back. Explained all this again.. The soonest she could schedule me for was May 21st.. I took the appoinment.. BUT THAT WAS REAL SHITTY ON THEM!. I DIDNT MAKE THE MISTAKE THEY DID.. AND NOW I HAVE AT LEAST 2 MORE MONTHS TO WAIT. I have family photos scheduled for my daughter's graduation. NOW , I DONT include myself in the photos or reschedule .. That doesn't fit in my time frame.. This place Sucks

Experiencia positiva: The 3d scanner kept lagging and wouldn’t scan a certain section. So they had to restart. And I had to come back into the chair. The staff was very apologetic though. So I would suggest a new 3D scanner. Staff was awesome!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Nisha Patel is amazing! I needed some work on one of my teeth. Was dreading it because my old dentist in Knoxville, TN has tried to numb that tooth 3 times and I still felt him drilling (it felt like he was drilling thru the nerve, I felt like I am going to pass out and I am not a hypochondriac). Dr Patel completely numbed the same tooth up on the 1st attempt and I didn't feel anything. She is very gentle when she works. What a difference! Same tooth, 2 different dentists. Will never go anywhere but to Dr. Patel.

Experiencia negativa: This place was HORRIBLE and I do not recommend anyone going there if you are in pain and in need of help!!!!!! They have a 3rd party that sets up appointments and the lady that works inside is no better and is very rude and does nothing to help!!!!!!! I set up an appointment to get a full examination and when I arrived for my appointment it was set up as a partial examination, I was finally able to reschedule in the office after losing a days pay for missing work, to come the the following week to say I had no appointment cause I didn’t reply to the text that was sent to me. I didn’t put anything cause it doesn’t tell you to send a Y for yes i will be coming or something simple. They would not see me again today with missing 2 more hours of work in pain I leave a very rude and nasty place again with no help!!!!! I would not go there they obviously don’t care if you are in pain!!!!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: I am very disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was extremely rude and spoke to me in a way that made me feel belittled and unintelligent. As someone with autism, I am sensitive to tone and communication, and the way I was spoken to made me feel very small and uncomfortable. I understand that my teeth need work, but the staff made me feel like they didn’t want to deal with me or bother helping me get them fixed. Instead of feeling supported, I felt dismissed and treated as though I was a burden or a nobody. No patient should ever feel that way in a healthcare environment. On top of that, Dr.Patel repeatedly brought up the fact that I had missed some appointments. I am a single mother of two children, and there were times I had to miss appointments because my kids were sick. My children will always come first, and I should not be made to feel guilty for that. Instead of understanding my situation, I felt judged and talked down to. Because of this experience, I will be going somewhere else from now on—somewhere that makes me feel respected, welcomed, and not judged. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because everyone deserves to be treated with respect, understanding, and professionalism—especially in a place that is supposed to care for people.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff is amazing! They are so kind and caring! I actually enjoy going to the dentist now because I feel like I'm going to see friends! They are helping me have a smile I can love and I don't feel like I'm being judged for not being able to get dental care for years. I would say everyone should go there but please don't too many of y'all and it'll be hard to get appointments. But no, on a for real note go see them! Give them a call and stop putting off having a smile you can be proud of or being able to maintain a smile you already love! You'll love em I promise!

Experiencia negativa: Don’t bother going here or taking your family here. One of the Dr Patels (there is two) is rude and will treat you as if you’re less than her. Medical history for my teenager was disclosed on intake forms, as well as in person during her initial exam. They were warned of her severe anxiety and allergies. Fast forward a week to a procedure date. She was given local anesthetic that she’s allergic to, and was yelled at multiple times for trying to reach out to her father for comfort and signal to him she was in pain. They also broke one of her front teeth, cracking it from bottom all the way up to the gumline. The office then chose not to hold themselves accountable and tried to place all blame on her father as if he’s the one who gave her the medicine she’s allergic to or broke her tooth. Very, very disappointed in the care she received here.

Experiencia negativa: Didn't help me with a tooth that has been hurting, literal in pain, still in pain, their only options to oral care is pulling all of your teeth, even the ones that aren't giving any trouble. "N. Patel" is very rude, and not inviting. She treats you as if you are less than.

Experiencia fantástica: Cloudland Dental Services hired a new hygienist, and she really worked hard on my new dentures, because the last dentures didn’t line up correct, and I was extremely upset, and I cried about it since February 18th, and the hygienist measured everything and took a photo of me, and these match my teeth. I am very proud of them, and now I can smile, and these are perfect for my mouth. If anyone needs new dentures, use Cloudland Dental Services, because the hygienist she will make sure you’re happy with new dentures.

Experiencia negativa: I would give 0 if I could! This was one of the worst experience. The staff their doesn't know how to use X-ray machine they took multiple X-rays of the same area because they didn't know how the machine works! The doctor didn't do anything. Waste of time and money!

The ladies are so sweet & friendly especially Kayla & Leslye!! Dr Nisha is amazing! She explains every little detail and so gentle. Overall an awesome dentist office! Keep it up ladies!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful experience! I lost a filling (front tooth) on Sunday Afternoon. I called Monday morning and got in on a cancellation at 11:00 a.m! When I arrived, there was a 5 minute wait and I was in the chair and getting taken care of. 20 minutes later I was out the door with a perfect looking/feeling front tooth!! The Dentist and staff were friendly, thoughtful and caring! It was beyond my expectations. Thank you Cloudland Dental! ❤️

Experiencia negativa: I would rate 0 stars if I could. I called months ago, a different office actually, and they scheduled me here. It was the only thing they had available and it was months out. Wanted to try and get something before giving birth. I called to confirm my appointment when it got close and the lady said they don’t do exams for “pregnant people”. I said this at the time I booked and the person who answered said it would be fine with an approval letter. This woman said oh well that’s the call center and they had the wrong info. She essentially said it would be pointless to come in because they cannot do anything. Terrible service, wasted my time, and now I will most likely not be able to go to the dentist before my baby is born because nobody has availability. Don’t waste your time with these fools. They can’t even refer to a pregnant woman as a woman. I’m insulted by this whole experience. Not sure how they have such a high rating when you have to wait 6 months to get an appointment and they have no reliable info.

I trusted them for the pass 6 years with our children’s teeth but never thought to join the bandwagon in the beginning for me and my husband dental care. There pricing is very affordable for what I needed done unlike our previous Dentist.

Experiencia negativa: Why does this place feel like a way to trick people out of their money? They said they could not do a cleaning on my teeth, but could only do a deep cleaning, which of course was extra charge. They’re a great sales team which manipulate and put pressure on people to perform the procedure. They use big words which confuse you since we’re not all dentists, barely get any exam and automatically jump to a diagnosis, which, of course the insurance does not cover.

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely terrible service. She rushed through my whole appointment the blonde hygienist dug in my gums so hard, my teeth are so sensitive now. BTW I WENT IN FOR A CLEANING!!! not to have stuff done on my teeth they did such a terrible job i couldn’t even recognize my own mouth I went to a different dental office to have the extra sealing scraped off now my teeth are so sensitive and i can’t eat without being in pain!

Experiencia negativa: I didn't actually see the dentist. I scheduled an appointment in 2024. At that time, I gave them my insurance information and they didn't express any concerns. I had to reschedule my appointment and I waited three months to get a new patient appointment. Two business days before the appointment, I get a text that says they don't take my insurance. If I decide to come, I have to pay out of pocket. I should check my insurance for participating providers. They couldn't tell me this sooner? Surely, they can do better. The text did not say if they were canceling my appointment but I'm assuming they did as they told me to check with my insurance. Now I need to find another dentist and most likely wait months for an appointment. Very poor service. I had reservations about them anyway as when I booked the appointment, in late 2024, I was told they had COVID protocols, and I could not bring anyone with me. Unless you want to be stuck finding another dentist as they make you wait months and then cancel, I suggest you book somewhere else. Sad part is that I would have paid out of pocket and gone through my FSA. After that text, forget it.

Experiencia fantástica: Yes I went to Cloudland Dental on Shallowford Road and it's the best experience I've ever had at any dentist office all the ladies were real nice the doctors were nice I was just felt so relaxed if you have any dental work done that's where you need to go they are professionals I was worried about some things that was going on but they explained it to me real well and now I'm happy they did a great job in my hat goes off for all the ladies that work at Cloudland Dental on Shallowford Road you all should have a raise because you're the best dental office I've ever been in take it in stride owner you've got a good crew

Experiencia fantástica: Once getting in to see the dentist, that took 3 months normally, but lucky me wm for to wait 6 months. Then I have to schedule transportation and they messed up my driver for that appointment and I won't be coming cause I have no ride. Which means what another 3 to 6 months to get back into the dentist b i gave the stars cause I feel bad for not being able to get a ride to my appointment this morning. But overall, I would never ever recommend this company had the wait time some is to much. Medicaid needs other options asap!

Experiencia fantástica: I HIGHLY recommend this office. I went for a wisdom tooth to be extracted and I had never had a tooth pulled. I didn’t know what to expect. They made me very comfortable with numbing gel before the numbing shots, laughing gas and then the procedure took all of 30 seconds. I didn’t know she had started and it was done. No pressure, discomfort or pain at all! Afterwards I was nervous the pain I might be in when the medicine wore off so I started taking Advil to get ahead of it. I have felt NO pain and I’m 24 hours in. I’m so glad I had it done. My experience was better than I could have ever imagined. I have had 0/10 pain since getting it done. Amazing!

Experiencia positiva: We came here because it’s on our insurance, but it’s obviously not super kid-oriented and we will be going elsewhere from now on. The nurses and dentist were not friendly and didn’t seem to know how to communicate properly with children. My son is 3 and he was very well behaved and patient, but after seeing the first person who examined him, we waited another 20 minutes for the dentist to come in… only to have her quickly glance in his mouth, announce “no cavities” and leave abruptly. We were barely acknowledged and felt like we weren’t wanted there at all. Maybe the team was having a bad day, but we certainly feel like more effort could have been made. We want our child to enjoy the dentist and the staff caring for him.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I wouldn't even give it 1 star! Dr. Patel did my sons root canal and it ended up getting infected and he was in SEVERE pain for over a month while I had to argue back and forth with them about even seeing him again . And IT WAS INFECTED!!! He is only 13 years old and could not even eat. They blatantly REFUSED to even consider looking at it when they are the ones who did it. Only until I told them I had filed a formal complaint against them did they say they could see him...but by that time AFTER A MONTH OF HORRIBLE PAIN AND INFECTION LATER, I had finally found someone else to help me. Dr. Patel would not even address us and the staff was extremely defensive and rude as well. Please do not take your children here!!!

Experiencia positiva: Hello I made my appointment yesterday for a teeth cleaning at cloudland. The girl who took my xrays made me feel at home, she was personable and friendly. She was a young blonde can't remember her name and she doesn't know it but she made cloudland my home dentist dentist! The assistant gave me a pair of sun glasses so the light didn't hurt my eyes and brushed my teeth with a high powered brush. The hygienist came in and scrapped all my teeth and but on some good flouride.I had delta dental so I only paid $25 for xrays and $25 for the fluoride.The rest was covered! The offered me a 10 pack whitening tray for 55 its suppose to be really affective for stains if u are a coffee drinker like myself. It not a really nice brand new fancy office but the work they do is awesome...I woke up with white teeth again!

Experiencia negativa: Shallowford rd location. First and foremost they jacked up my mom's dental plan. The front desk is incompetent and would not listen. My mom was needing partials. She had an FSA card which she could use toward her dental. Front desk told her she couldn't, but we told them specifically that we could as told to us by her insurance. It could be used as a debit card which is why it had a 16 digut card number, expiration date, and a cvc number..They wouldn't apply the amount. Well at the end of the year that amount did not roll over and she lost $3000 of her money and they tried to bill her for the remaining amount and the money was there. Absolutely not. They had to eat that one. Secondly, the work they did on my mom's mouthwas trash. She was back in there every week. Her partials kept breaking. Tooth kept coming out. She could barely eat without it breaking. Thirdly, my crown broke. I had this crown put in over 6 years ago at a different location. I called to make an appointment to have it either repaired or redone. They told me I had to go back to the original dentist who did it. They are no longer open and Cloudland had been my dentist for 5 years now. How do you deny fixing a patient's crown? What if I was from out of town. You want me to go back to that dentist? They are absolutely incompetent and I withdrew myself from the clinic and they are still sending me emails to have my check up. We are no longer patients. I would not recommend this place to my enemy! If I could give zero stars I would.

Experiencia fantástica: They we're very sweet they tried to make me feel comfortable even though I don't like needles when taking my cracked tooth out. They were very surprised how it was cracked all the way to the roots and explain in detail what to do about after care with my extraction. Would high recommend them for all dental work

Experiencia positiva: It took me forever on Friday to find a Medicaid Dentist, by the time I did it was too late, was in pain and nothing I could do about it, so I gave him a few antibiodics and that helped. I want to know why It is so hard for you to give the child an extra day excuse for school? Anyway Shallowford Rd is too far to go, I will look into another dentist. Thanks to the lady that does all your booking- she was a great help!

Experiencia negativa: After waiting 5 months to get into this place for an exam and cleaning, I was hurried out the door after only looking at one single tooth and immediately being referred to someone else and told “go see them then we’ll help you”. While filling out new patient paperwork, when I needed to ask a question for clarity, I was ignored by staff.

Experiencia fantástica: A new patient on my first visit for initial assessment and development of treatment plan. Staff provided excellent care, taking the time to explain everything to me. Treatment plan was clear and concise with no pressure to agree to additional services. Would recommend trying them out.

Experiencia negativa: Had an appointment here to have a filling done this past week and when I got there, the lady informed me that she had to reschedule my appointment because the one who does fillings left for the day already. I did not receive a phone call, text, email, nothing. I drove all the way from Cleveland (about a 30 minute drive) and took time off of work for this appointment that ended up not even happening. Now mind you, I just had something very similar happen to me at the Cloudland Dental in Cleveland. My daughter had an appointment for a filling at noon. We arrive at 11:40 and waited until 12:28. Then the lady behind the counter informed me they were about to go to lunch and that she needed to reschedule my daughter's appointment. So that's twice in one week Cloudland Dental had me out of work and wasting time and gas. Someone needs to be reimbursing me some gas money or something. And before you reply and give me a phone number to call, I HAVE called the number, FOUR TIMES to be exact, have left messages every time, and no one cares to get back to me. Absolutely unprofessional and such a horrible experience with a dentist office. I've never in my life had to reschedule an appointment after driving all the way there, and/or waiting in the waiting room for nearly an hour. I feel like I need to file a formal complaint because no one cares to do anything or try to make it right.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience. I went in for my appointment and stated from the beginning that I was battling an infection in one tooth and had already gone through one round of antibiotics for it. The dentist decided to do nothing to help that tooth but instead deal with a different tooth only needing a filling. Now, a day and a half later, I'm up in agony and can't sleep, facing a weekend with a full on infection again and the office is closed. In addition to that, I started to pass out midway through my filiing. The dentist and assistant gave me oxygen until I was better but then the dentist disappeared without a word, leaving the assistant finish my filling. I never saw the dentist again before leaving the office - she never once returned to make sure I hadn't passed out again. As someone with a heart condition, of which they were aware, I was appalled at her lack of care. I have no idea if the assistant was a dentist herself and had the training to finish my filling nor did I even learn her name or title. The filling which was done was poorly and roughly finished, creating a large pit in my gum next to the tooth when the cavity was being drilled.

Experiencia positiva: The staff is very nice and the doctor made sure I didn't have pain while they removed my teeth.

Experiencia negativa: The only thing negative I have to say is I wish when you have to confirm your appointment that you didn’t have until noon to do it. I work as a nurse and sometimes I don’t get the notification until 11. That only leaves me about an hour to return it. Sometimes I get tied up at work and can’t use for phone. This is the only place that has a time limit that you have to confirm by or your appointment is automatically canceled. Please change that way of doing business

Experiencia positiva: Past experience, great service, this one not so much. My daughter told me how she felt uncomfortable because of something that was said while getting her teeth cleaned. It was supposedly a joke made upon peers but about her. She is 15 and very shy. I did not go back with her on this occasion. She said the actual dentist very nice. One of the ladies at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. We are changing dentist or maybe try different office due to this experience. I don't like for my children to feel uncomfortable in any environment.

My child does not cry over anything but when they called me back he was in tears telling me mom they are hurting me and they proceeded to say you have the option to opt out you dang right your not touching him anymore, the you wanna do more stuff to him the next day NO MA’AM WE ARE DONE! We will not be going back to this place it is horrible! Also hire new front end staff bc they suck and they are the rudest people ever!

Experiencia fantástica: I got my teeth pulled here literally yesterday and they did so amazing the doctor made sure I was numb and when I say I didn’t feel anything, I was completely shocked cause I have heard scary stories about just being numb and stuff but nope she did fantastic!!!! And when I was done I wasn’t feeling so good and they made sure I was great before releasing me even gave me some water and multiple people checked on me not just my nurse at the time!!!! 10 out of 10, so glad I found this place

They gave us a referral to an oral surgeon but failed to give him any antibiotics for the bad infection they said he had in there. The staff front end staff was rude. We have had a terrible time getting the bleeding to stop. And he has been in severe pain since. This has been our worst dental experience ever

Experiencia negativa: I waited for over a year to be seen for my first visit. They then told me the dentist wouldn’t touch me until I see a periodontist. They waist your time, take your money all while being rude. Save your time and find a Dr who cares.

Experiencia negativa: A promotion on their website claims to give you free teeth whitening for life if you're a new patient. But they don't honor it when you ask. I've been for my initial exam, X-rays and then a deep cleaning. However when I had asked about the teeth whitening, the lady told me it was a old promotion and she would have to check with her manager. After she checked with her manager, her manager said that this is an old promotion and it's no longer being honored. I stated it was on the website still and all she said well they'll have somebody look into that. Then apologized. That was one of the main reasons I chose this establishment. If the promotion is still on the website with no date of expiration. The establishment should honor it. Otherwise that a misrepresentation just to get clients in the office. The photo attached was a picture that came from their website this afternoon! Integrity goes a long way.

Experiencia fantástica: I went for a follow up visit with Cloudland Dental today. Once again, they were amazing. Leah is the most wonderful hygienist I have ever been to. She is a true master at her job. I went for a deep cleaning the first time she cleaned my teeth and a regular cleaning this time. Usually, in years past, when I have had my teeth cleaned, I would leave in pain with my gums bleeding and hurting. Not once did Leah hurt me or cause the least bit of discomfort!! I also saw Maritza for a follow up with a partial, she is also amazing!! Kayla, Lexi, Dr. Patel, and the entire staff at Cloudland Dental are wonderful. Each staff member I have had the pleasure of dealing with are professional, compassionate and knowledgeable.

Experiencia fantástica: Went in today after not being able to go to the dentist in over a year. They took X-rays, had the doctor and hygienist look at me and then set me up on a treatment plan. Very thorough and professional. Not sure of the ladies name that did the exam (I know that she likes purple), but she was great. I don’t like going to the dentist, but they made it comfortable and easy. Thank you!

Experiencia negativa: Dentist hygiene did not clean my front teeth. Not inner teeth but the outer teeth. She comes out as rude and the staff and workers make me feel like I am forced to pay for my crowns when I have insurance and it says they are covered by my insurance and I don't know what cloud land tells them. Anyhow I feel like I'm forced to pay they mention it to me every time. I feel like they just want my money.

Experiencia negativa: First let me say that Dr Patel is great, I like her. Kayla and the Hygienist I’ve seen are too. That isn’t the issue. The issue is that I need a partial. This has been going on since March when first impressions were made and still nothing. It has been nothing but excuse after excuse from the lab in New York their corporate uses as to why the sample doesn’t fit. I have been fitted twice now (goopy purple stuff in your mouth) and today they sent the sample back with wax teeth as the finished product. When asked, the lab tech got confused. It was their fault and they cannot rush it. What! Ridiculous! They should be fired! Now waiting until 7/10 for another shot at it, the sixth and last one. Period. Their standard dental services are okay but I wouldn’t recommend their dental lab to anyone. To say I was highly upset is an understatement. This isn’t healthcare, it’s bad management!

Experiencia negativa: Arrived 45 minutes early to get paperwork done just for my Daughter to be called back 15 minutes after the time of her appointment, meanwhile patients who were arriving were being called back without a long wait and before Her. Also, forms stated minor could be accompanied by Parent at initial visit but once there I was told she was to go back alone. Got 2 teeth pulled without even notifying me before they pulled them, without any numbing medicine, they told me after it was all done. Not very kid friendly at all.

Experiencia negativa: Have not had the best experience in last couple visits at the Shallowford Rd office. My grandson had toothache so bad, over the memorial weekend, and I called emergency line to advise, he had a temp crown put on just couple weeks before, and something went wrong.. the answering service advised no one in office until Tuesday, and called him antibiotics in. Come day after Memorial Day, Tuesday, he was still in pain, no sleep! I called early to get him seen, they absolutely could not work him in or get him in, the receptionist advised they were short on employees. She apologizes . Told me to call around, hopefully another sister office can see him! We are panicking at this point! My grandson almost in tears with pain. Plane ticket to leave early Wed morning to FL. I’m Talking to the receptionist and pleading to work him in, as she just stated there was really nothing she could do. I called 2 other offices, then The Cleveland office, they were nice enough to work him in, after telling the situation. Then the doctor advise after looking at his tooth, he preferred my grandson’s own dentist take care of the situation after seeing the problem. After he called the office on shallowford, to get him in, they again, advise they could not fit him in . Luckily, the awesome dentist in Cleveland, knowing the pain my grandson was in, removed the temp crown, treated the tooth, to give him some relief , which unfortunately did not last but a couple days. But at that point, The receptionist calls me saying they can work him in now , I tell her he’s currently in the chair, and the dr that just called them asking them to help him and work him in, was told they had nothing available! . . I’m actually still in disbelief that I had to call 3 different offices, and finally got him in at Cleveland kids office, to a dentist that had never even seen my grandson before, but was willing to work him in to help. This is not the kind of service we expect from your regular dentist office, Especially knowing how serious a toothache can get if untreated ! Then today, at a regular appt today, the nurse or no one was not even aware of him still needing the tooth checked, after the night before being in so much pain again. They were just going to do a regular filling? Then after being told they need to check the tooth, he was in pain all night, they went on to say they did not know he was having a problem??!! Then tell him it was not even the tooth with the crown, it was another one, that may need root canal too, if the filling didn’t work. Dr advice of him “bumping” it , causing it to bruise and hurt, he had not even been able to hardly eat? He had been hurting for days after returning from vacation, and they like had no notes on his chart of the emergency call, no notes of having the Dr in Cleveland call and advise of his situation, and what he was gonna attempt to do to help my grandson. Nothing was of the concern to ask my grandson was his tooth still bothering him, we need to see what is going on with the tooth that had a root canal and was left uncovered for 6+ months, while waiting to get a crown approval from his insurance. In which all we was told that his ins would not pay for it until he was 18!! He currently was just 16 at that time! This has been a stressful dentist adventure for me, and mostly my grandson. He spent over 2 hours in chair today, got fillings, and getting his permanent crown and come home still in pain, with the same tooth that Dr told him it wasn’t the one hurting him?? We will be seeking another dentist office as soon as possible..

Experiencia fantástica: My fiancé’s teeth were hurting really bad and he was a new patient. They could not get him in until September but I spoke with Kelsey and they had cancellations and got him in yesterday 5/22. We were even late and they made an expectation to keep our appointment. They were ver efficient and helpful. Kelsey made sure to go over the payment plan with us and explain everything thoroughly. Great dentist to go to!
