Experiencia fantástica: We had the best experience at Inspire Kids Dental! My son, who is special needs, loved it. He was calm the entire appointment and I think it was because of how gentle the dentist and his staff were. They were very informative and so kind. The office is also exceptionally clean and so cute!

Experiencia negativa: Our first visits were fantastic, we were made to feel like this was a great place for our kiddos. We have two autistic kids, one adopted with high needs and constant health changes and challenges. Our last appointment we were considering not coming back as our youngest who is our sweet adopted girl didn’t seem to be welcomed, she was was treated seemingly poorly due to her having a very difficult moment when the doctor tried to look in her mouth, our sweet girl has a very long and hard history I won’t disclose but myself and my husband felt that she was an annoyance to one person in particular. We scheduled another day for her to come in for a cleaning and unfortunately she got a respiratory illness (VERY serious for her, she has lung disease) and also a stomach bug in the same week, her appointment was on Wednesday and we called Monday first thing to reschedule her. Our older child, he is also autistic and struggles with strep got strep, I called to reschedule the appointment and was told the appointment was actually that day. I was so confused because I could’ve sworn it was the next day, I was told no it’s today. I didn’t argue further the girl said she needed to place me on hold, she came back and said because we have rescheduled in the past we had to pay a no show fee and pay for his future appointments in full to discuss getting him scheduled. That completely caught me off guard and being at work I got off the phone, they made no attempt to further contact us or anything. Went back and checked my voicemail and the voicemail stated his appointment was on Wednesday and not Tuesday, so I was definitely justified in my confusion. Either way, to encourage a family but especially a special needs family to bring in a child with strep for a dental procedure is definitely not okay. Definitely seemed we were wanted out of the office, thankfully we called a few places and explained what happened and we have our kids in with a new practice and we couldn’t be happier with how they even asked us over the phone for our kids likes and dislikes and sensory needs/triggers. It’s a shame! I loved this office at first and referred a ton of people there but definitely feel as if our girl wasn’t wanted due to her needs and the patience she requires. They do have some very kind staff there who genuinely seemed to care for both of our kids, not just the one who is “high functioning”.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this dental office for my kids so much. They welcome you with smiles. The office is clean and also plays worship music and had me feel like I was at home. They explain in details of what they’re doing in the process they’re doing and explain to the children as well on how to keep their dental work up each and every day. I love a good explanation!

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter had to do the sedation to have some dental work done due to being afraid of the dentist and they took great care of her. Gave her a blanket and pillow and kept her comfortable the entire time. She also had to have porcelain crowns on her two front teeth and they look so natural and pretty they did great on them.

Experiencia fantástica: We recently had to switch dentists and I was a bit nervous because my 4 year old is so shy about letting letting a dentist look in his mouth. (He likes to be able to see himself in the mirror when he brushes his teeth and all the different tools make him hesitant.) Inspire was so patient with him! They were able to make him feel comfortable enough to look at his teeth. Still a little nervous about the "spinny brush" as my son calls it, but hopefully next time he will be less nervous.

Experiencia fantástica: honestly can’t say enough good things about this office. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was so kind and patient. You can tell they genuinely care about the kids and the parents. The dentist never made me feel rushed and actually took the time to answer all of my questions and talk through my concerns, which meant a lot to me. One thing I really appreciated is that he actually listens to you as a parent. He hears what you’re saying, takes your concerns seriously, and really tries to work with what parents are comfortable with. He explains different options, offers alternatives when possible, and gives his guidance and support instead of just telling you what’s going to happen and rushing through the appointment. My son has always hated going to the dentist, but this experience was completely different. Even though it was a minor procedure with oral sedation, he still made sure there was a nurse there the entire time monitoring everything to make sure my son was safe. That level of care and attention really stood out to me, because a lot of offices don’t go that extra step. The dentist was incredibly warm and reassuring, and the entire staff made the experience feel calm and supportive. You can tell they truly care about making kids feel safe and comfortable. It also really seems like he loves what he does, and that shows in how he treats his patients. Every single person in the office was sweet, patient, and professional. As a parent, that kind of environment makes all the difference. I’m so thankful we found this office and I would absolutely recommend them to any parent looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients and their experience.

I dont remember the young ladys name that we had but she was young blonde headed girl she was so good with my terrified 6yr old and in my opinion that young lady deserves a raise for that because not only is maddie 6 she also has autism and she handled her very well.

They were great at keeping him occupied and did a great job explaining what was going on in 4 year old language. 10/10 Also, he listened to my annoying “non toxic” concerns lol!

Every visit is enjoyable, my son never fears coming here. When he walks into the lobby he talks to the staff and they are always so friendly. The visit itself, the staff is calming, silly, and understanding. Their little “treat” at the end is such a highlight for my son. At 4 years old, my son is motivated to brush his teeth every morning and every night “because my dentist told me it’s important for me”. That’s so great! I have an autistic non verbal son that is very low on the spectrum, and the staff made him feel comfortable and talked to him like they would any other child. The Dentist is absolutely the best at making my son feel comfortable and safe while working on his teeth. Highly recommend if you have a kid that is on the spectrum or is shy and nervous when it comes to having their teeth worked on.

She is autistic and non-verbal so most of the time taking her to the dentist has been really rough. So a lot had to be done this visit, she was being put to sleep! The staff here was wonderful and really showed professionalism and compassion to us all. They did a great job with her, we are extremely happy with their services and have found a home dentist for our girl!!

Experiencia fantástica: After struggling to get my sons dentist to listen to us about his pain and them refusing to even do anything but a cleaning, I called around and found inspire kids dental. The same day I called they got him in and did a filling plus antibiotics for the tooth that was causing him immense pain. They were friendly, explained everything to him and his X-rays. We will only be seeing Inspire Dental from now on. Hands down, BEST pediatric dentist around!

Experiencia negativa: My daughter has had TWO EMERGENCY dental visits there and BOTH times they have been canceled. She can barely eat or chew. She cries all day everyday and no amount of orajel, dentek, Motrin, or Tylenol is helping to relieve any of her pain or discomfort. I have never written a review in my life until now and I’ve had issues with places before but never so bad as to write a review. This is crazy and we were sent to them on referral. They just don’t care about people anymore. Not even children.

Dentist was very well with her cleaned it up gave us antibiotics so overall I would say this was an amazing experience, friendly staff, friendly dentist, just overall made us feel comfortable .
