Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was nice and patient with me. They listened and they cared about what I had to say. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The waiting room was comfortable, nicely decorated and had music and a tv which was relaxing. I was a little nervous and anxious but it was a pleasant waiting area. The actual room with the dentist chair had a tv too so that was cool. Helped get my mind off my tooth issues. The lighting was good too. Natural because of the windows and it was comforting. The dentist Dr. McDonald was really nice too and seemed calm, confident and not in a rush. He listened and talked to me about my tooth issues. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for a calm smooth experience with really nice friendly staff who care and listen. I felt so at ease. Anyone suffering from anxiety would appreciate this dentist, the staff and the waiting area/office. Highly recommend !

Experiencia fantástica: The suction probe during the cleaning process does quite well in removing liquid from within as the lips are closed around it and would work better if the end of it were placed further back on the tongue. The hygienist needs to place the end of the suction instrument about half way toward the throat, to the middle of the tongue. That way the tip of the tongue does not plug it when the lips are closed around it. The suction works better when the tongue tip does not plug it.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. McDonald and his team replaced a bridge with no pain using an advanced adhesive. He has been my family dentist since I retired from the Air Force, and moved to Springboro 21 years ago. Total professional care & expertise!
