Experiencia negativa: I was very disappointed by the carelessness, greediness, and lack of knowledge on insurance by this office. Jill ignored my in-network insurance. Made me pay in full prior to leaving despite me asking to have it go through insurance first. When I asked for my detailed paperwork there were errors all over it. So I highly doubted it would go through insurance correctly to even get reimbursed. I called my insurance company. They were appalled by all of this even after calling over to the office. Doctor was great, but it is not worth it to me when the office/staff is incompetent and unethical.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very nice from the time I walked into the building. I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles from both of the front office staff which truly put me at ease because I was in pain so I was very nervous. A patients first encounter with the office can determine how well the rest of the visit goes; I keep this in mind when I see patients at my office. Dr. Vajra Bentur and her assistant were also very friendly which really help to calm my anxiety, I really appreciated that Dr. Bentur listened to me and took into account that I was in pain and that I have extremely sensitive gums. She told me to let her know if I am experiencing any pain at all. She was patient with me and she did not rush through the procedure which allowed my gums to become completly numb so I did not experience any pain at all, this impressed upon me her care, concern, and empathy for her patients. Listening to a patients concerns and taking those concerns under consideration shows your character as a health care professional. My overall experience at Professional Endodontics was wonderful and I would highly recommend this office to anyone I knew that needs dental care. Donna A.

Experiencia fantástica: Nothing is exciting about having a root canal, especially someone like me who can’t stay numb for longer than 10 minutes. It’s nice to know a practice like this exists. This is my second procedure with Dr. Bentar and Susie. They are so attentive, caring and explain every step of the process. Dr. Bentar is so detailed oriented, really ensuring the best possible outcome for her patients. And she gives you her home number after your procedure in case discomfort arises later in the day. Who does that anymore? And I can’t rave enough about their support team. They do the heavy lifting with your insurance and call you the next day to make sure you’re feeling better and aren’t having any complications. You know you’re in excellent hands at Professional Endodontics.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband went to Dr Schoelch, He was very thorough and knowledgeable about the procedure. He had little to no pain during the procedure and he had no issues with his recovery at home. After the procedure, the doctor took the time to research some prior issues he was experiencing. The entire staff was very nice, courteous and compassionate to him being immunocompromised and took all the necessary precautions to make him feel comfortable. WE HIGHLY recommend Dr. Schoelch!

Experiencia negativa: my mother got a root canal done and the dentist was very nice but the receptionist Teresa and Jill And The dental Assistants We’re all very rude, You try and give them a call and they are still very rude with very bad attitude, So my mother wanted me to come in into the room with her because she does not like doctors and it freaks her out and I had my one and a half-year-old daughter with me and they told me that I was not able to go back there because they thought that I was just gonna let my one and a half year-old run around and not hold her while I was trying to comfort my mother I would definitely recommend going somewhere else because of just the atmosphere of the rudeness and the attitude and How unprofessional the receptionists are and the dental assistants

This last visit I was in so much pain and my primary dentist wanted to extract the tooth. I am so glad that I did get a second opinion. The Dr came right in, looked at my x ray and gave me assurance that she was able to save my tooth and immediately went to work. If you are looking for great service definitely choose this office. He introduced himself, explained the issue and my options. Together, we agreed on the course of action. I was made aware of everything happening, and after completion was shown a digital x-ray of the Area and a plan for the next step. I found him and his staff to be very caring, professional, extremely competent, and people friendly The office runs on time and on schedule. I also received a follow up call the next day To check on me, which I really appreciated

From the first time I called seeking help for my wife who had experienced severe pain in her mouth. We were in the ER the night before our visit because of the pain she was experiencing. I have to admit I was little apprehensive due to the location of the office, hoping we were not driving from Waterford in vain.. I was able to schedule an appointment for my wife to look at the area of her mouth causing the pain, we later found out that she needed a root canal. Upon arrival we were quickly seen and the healing began. From start to finish we were treated with A1 care. I recommend Professional Endodontics for your dental care. I am deeply indebted to you for helping my wife.

Experiencia fantástica: My regular dentist retired suddenly this last summer after suffering a serious injury. The general dentist who took over his practice wasn't professional, nor in any way close to being the skilled professional my former dentist was. She stated I needed 3 crowns redone, but kept trying to talk me into allowing her to pull all my upper teeth & accept a full denture. I told her I'd go with the crowns, &/or a revised partial, or even implants before I'd ever accept all the negative aspects associated with a full denture. I obtained a 2d opinion from another general dentist who at least did xrays, that revealed a large abscess above my front tooth that'd been capped 42 yrs ago, but that dentist also lacked the professionalism I expected when discussing such matters. So, I decided I should see a prosthodontist who turned out great. He explained that endonistists are specifically trained to do root canals, more than any other dental specialty, & if the root canal wasn't done right, I could easily lose my front tooth. So, he referred me to Professional Endontics to for the root canal needed to drain the absess & hopefully save that tooth. I took his advise & made an apptmt w/Professional Endondontics the afternoon of my followup visit w/the prosthodontist. When I showed up, I was running late from my morning apptmt & was told they'd only be able to do an examination tht afternoon. However, when I appeared, everyone in the office was wonderful, & after an examine & a review of what was forwarded by my prosthodontist, the doctor stated he could do the root canal that same afternoon. I said great. He then gave me 3 shots of novocaine needed to do the root canal. 1 shot was needed in the roof of my mouth, 1 in the gum over the tooth & a 3rd somewhere I forget. In the past, shots in those locations hurt. But he did those shots so smoothly, injecting a little novocaine as the needle went in, there was nothing worthy of being called pain. He then went ahead & did the root canal in such a smooth & skillful manner it was done in less time than it used to take to get a simple filling. The abscess drained w/o problem. Finally, & most importantly, the doctor & his staff were all incredibly kind & gracious the entire time I was there. The doctor did all he could to make sure I was comfortable, answer all of my questions, & then went ahead with the root canal in such a smooth skillful manner, & degree of professionalism that one only recognizes it when they experience it.

The entire experience was totally comfortable and with the addition of filling out some forms only took one hour and fifteen minutes (15 min for the paperwork). It did take 5 hours for me to have the anesthetic wear off, but there was absolutely no discomfort once "I got my right side lower jaw back". I would not hesitate to recommend Professional Endodontics to anyone who needs these services. I was so grateful for a truly painless solution to a pressing problem.
