Experiencia fantástica: The staff is so friendly and the salon is always clean, the beds are very high quality. No where else I’d rather tan!

Experiencia negativa: Total tan a total disappointment today. I’ve visited quite a few times with no complaints but today the girl who checks me in tells me the door in the room won’t shut properly and to block it with the stool. Naturally I think she’s just talking about the dressing room door not the door to the stand up machine that I usually use because how in the world am I supposed to block a door from inside a tanning booth. The furthest thing from my mind because that’s a ridiculous request. So I block the room door and proceed to use the booth like normal and pull the door closed, so I thought. I keep my eyes closed the duration of the time inside and when my session ended I turn around and the door was wide open it never latched closed like I thought it did. Then I realize she expected me to block the door from inside the booth with a stool. How the heck was I supposed to do that!!? Shouldn’t be sending people in that booth till it’s fixed! Totally got screwed out of a back tan smh

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming to this location for almost 20 years. I live out of town, but when I come back home, to visit family, I always stop here to get my tan on. Who doesn’t want a glowing tan this time of year in Michigan. My personal option,to obtain your ultimate tan, you have to use tanning lotions. I do it all the time. The staff is incredible and super friendly. This place is impeccably clean. I highly recommend the best place in Michigan. It’s a family owned business, we need to support our community.

I became pregnant when I was ready to come back I was told that they expired and the only thing they could do was match whatever I bought. I already spent so much money here. Sad I won’t be coming back.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place!!! I just moved back to Roseville and I have been a Chili Peppers member for over 20 yrs . I went to the peppers on 10 mile east pointe and OMG ‍♀️,NOT ONLY do their beds not give any color.. but their very outdated , Old bulbs, I get no color/results and last but not least their staff are rude, not knowledgeable when you ask any kikd of question. I also complained to corporate and nothing helped . Like they could care less. Total tan knows everything, very knowledgeable, friendly and their beds are state of art, top notch, newest ,best of best beds and change their bulbs often .. for the exact prices or maybe 2 dollars more.. wow! It's WELL worth trying them out. I PROMISE, you you will leave not only with color after your 1st visit, but happy and feeling absolutely amazing!! Congrats Total tan,!! Please build more locations.. Use lifetime tanners are in need of a place to tan and with owners who actually care about customers and their tanned skins!! Sincerely, Dawn Seifert!!! (St. Clair Shores location)

Experiencia fantástica: We used Total Tan before 2 of our trips to get a base tan going. The best part about Total Tan aside from their beds and the outcome you expect to receive, but it is their Customer Service from all the girls there. It was outstanding! We worked a lot with Chloe & she was phenomenal with answering all our questions, listening to our concerns along with what goals we were trying to reach. She went above and beyond and never rushed us. The salon is very clean and enjoyable to visit! We are definitely sticking with Total Tan for years to come! Thanks guys!

Being a beginner, I had a lot of questions which the staff was so helpful with. The staff here is great, incredibly knowledgeable, and helpful! Every visit is a great experience because I feel welcomed and the place is very clean.

Experiencia fantástica: Total Tan is the best place to go for all of your tanning and self care needs! Their spray tans give you darker results that last longer than any other salon I've been to. I also recently got my teeth whitened for my wedding and the results were amazing! I've received so many compliments from people on how white my teeth were (and still are). The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable, and the place is kept very clean. I highly recommend Total Tan and Wellness.
