Experiencia fantástica: Had appointment for cleaning my teeth today. The cleaning took awhile due to getting rescheduled from late May. I’m one that has lots of stain due to being a heavy coffee drinker. Kristine took pain staking time to make sure all stains were removed and my teeth felt so much better.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly office staff, professional hygienists, no long wait times - I am completely satisfied with this practice.

Experiencia positiva: Good experience but I was so confused and worried about the new plaque removing drill. I thought they had the wrong person in the chair. A little heads up would have been appreciated because it was new equipment. I had no idea what he was doing to me. That little bit of knowledge would have been great. Besides that he was actually really good.

Experiencia fantástica: Hands down the absolute best Dentist around! Thanks so much! I’ll be back for a cleaning soon!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent and professional service. I go for my cleaning and all personal where very friendly and they do a great job.

Experiencia fantástica: They were nice and polite and done a very good job and was very professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone there is welcoming, friendly, helpful and competent. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist.

Experiencia positiva: Since I was asked to participate in this, I will. The two extractions went well with very little discomfort. Rachel the assistant, however, needs to be reminded that she needs to interject a little humanity into her rather cold professionalism. She barked out orders like a drill sergeant and when I asked her why she was barking at me her response was, "I don't understand the question, sir." Obviously not. In all the years I've been coming to Simple Smiles this is the first time I left disappointed with my experience. I don't wish to be assigned to her in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: Always friendly staff and good service

Experiencia negativa: Had cleaning today. Not good as last time didn't feel like normal cleaning. Tech used water pick to do cleaning some how chipped my tooth. Stated was grit from polish. It wasn't. Disappointed in this visit. Dr bo is great dentist tho.

Experiencia fantástica: Great dentist, they are wonderful.

Experiencia fantástica: As o r who was traumatized by going to the dentist as a child ( after an auto accident), I can easily say that going to the dentist is not my favorite activity. These folks have helped change all the anxiety. They are friendly, informative and helpful. No reason to go anywhere else for me. Oh, and the music is good, too!

Experiencia fantástica: Kristin is always a delight! Super helpful and very understanding! Always a great visit!

Experiencia negativa: I was told by the hygienist that I needed a deep cleaning don't think I needed that at all she refused to do just a regular cleaning so I will take my business elsewhere

Experiencia fantástica: Very kind, professional and thorough. Never have to wait long. Very accommodating with my special needs son and his power wheel chair..

Experiencia fantástica: These guys and gals are the absolute best! Going to the dentist isn't anyone's favorite thing to do, but they make it very pleasant, everyone is so genuinely nice and they have fun. It's evident that everyone likes their job! They listen to what concerns you and try to figure out the best and most cost efficient way to get the job done! I'm blessed to have found them!! I would give them 10 stars if I could

Experiencia negativa: Unknown treatment applied and felt sad, very very sad. Switching dental providers.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Simple Smiles. The staff takes time to fully explain the care I need in a way that I can understand it. Everyone in this office, including the receptionists, the hygienists, the assistants, and the dentists, are pleasant and show genuine care for me and my family. The text communications are a great way to remind me of my upcoming appointments without interruptions like calls can do.
