I had a new doctor yesterday, Dr. Tran, whose bedside manner was calming and exactly what I need, communicative. After going a decade without a good Dentist I can appreciate them so much more. Experiencia positiva: Went to see Dr pedal for a broken tooth that is now making me sick. Seen dr.pedal for this tooth and for the most part everything was nice he had a great and respectful talk with me . He then told me about things I needed done but never addressed the reason I came in in the first place. After telling me about the options for what he told me . I left with a paper that said everything he talked about would cost 23,000 with no payment options and when I asked about the reason I came in he just said yeah that is ready to come out and gave me a prescription for the infection and sent me on my way . The only reason I give a 3star is because the office was nice and clean and the staff was polite and respectful that was about a week ago now and I feel like the infection is getting worse. I have to find a dentist that will help now. If any of my friends need dentist work I will have to respectful pass on sending them there way .

Experiencia negativa: I went there for a consult anyone to pull my teeth that day and then they want to charge me 2500 bucks. They said my insurance wouldn’t pay for a build up or something I would never go here again I didn’t even feel comfortable. Just go in for a Console Appointment And she wanted to pull my teeth, totally unprofessional. Actually She the dentist I didn’t Trust her to a Cleaning Seriously!! And then, when she thought I was gonna get my dentures there, I told her she’s absolutely wrong. Are you have a place and I already paid for them by myself that’s when she started acting all strange serious I’m not kidding the worst experience I’ve ever had with a professional, so Called I would never ever ever ever refer this place to anybody. I’ve never done a review like this ever but it’s the truth go check it out you’ll understand exactly what I’m saying.

Experiencia negativa: Smokey Point Smiles Denistry looks like a good clinic, and if you don't mind: spending 26K for six implants and your dentures, having 2 failed implants that had to be redone, taking almost 5 years to get the final denture done and then having it not fit right, having your denture pop loose all the time even when your just talking, having the Denist and support staff argue with you sbout the cause and then blaming you, NOT Wanting to fix the problem even though I WANTED TO PAY FOR IT, , dealing with people who have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and don't care to, trying to overcharge me in the beginning over the quoted price. If you don't mind these issues, then this the place to go, good luck. Mac McShane. Less than 1 star

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a patient here for 5 or 6 years, the dentist have cone and gone, and been hit or miss, the last time I was there, I experienced a very "fluoride aggressive" dentist who didn't seem to want to respect my decision to not use fluoride, and continued to try and "sell it to me" despite my hard "no". Because of that I had not been back, until last week. I had the unfortunate event if breaking a molar. I scheduled my appointment a few weeks out (I had a vacation coming up), the day before they called and said the Dr. wouldn't be available, but they could get me in that afternoon. Turns out I needed a crown for the break. The dentalnassistant was great, laughing at my terrible jokes. Mr. Patel was my dentist for the day, and didba great job explaining the process, as well as discussing other concerns I had about future work needing to be done. He was informative and helpful. I left feeling great about the crown, but also more at ease with the upcoming work I need done. Hopefully he sticks around for a while, he's been thr best so far!

Experiencia fantástica: The ladies at the front desk are amazing as usual. The new dentist, Dr. Meet Patel is incredible! Very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He corrected an issue within 5 minutes of an issue I had been having for nearly a year wirh my dentures. He is a must see, dont put off going to the dentist person!

Experiencia negativa: I want to be fair, now given sufficient time for the dental office to respond to my comments. I have been a long time patient, regular cleanings, consultation for oral surgery. In spite of the fact I warned the contract oral surgeon was not covered by my dental plan, office went proceeded. My dentist left for another location, prior to scheduled surgery. They then indicated could not do the surgery, left me totally hanging, on my own, no support, direction. If the response to this is please contact our office..., I have already done so in writing.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience. I called ahead to ensure that they were skilled at handling someone with diagnosed anxiety as well as a 97-year old patient. They assured me they were on both - which was a complete lie. They did nothing to provide any sort of comfort for my 97-year old mother and treated her roughly. For myself, they did not address my anxiety after me repeatedly raising it at the beginning of the appointment. The Dr. just proceeded aggressively with no conversation or acknowledgement of my concerns. I ended up leaving the appointment because I didn’t feel safe. The lack of sensitivity here is astounding.

Experiencia fantástica: Oh my Michael Cho DDS. Is the Best! I came in with a cap that came off. I didn’t get in to reattach for 8 months. Busy life. He had to make a new cap. Not a temporary but my permanent one. 45 minutes to make it. Out with a Beautiful smile! He is the best Dentist and I should know all my life sitting in a Dentist chair. He’s gentle and kind too. See him you won’t regret it

Experiencia fantástica: Had a broken tooth I’d neglected for a couple months, but over the weekend it started to hurt and quickly got unbearable. Today Dr. Cho fit me in in between patients for an extraction and temporary bridge (I need to wait a month or two for the extraction site to heal). It took about an hour and a half and the temporary looks fantastic! Don’t put your dental care off or go the cheaper route. Dr. Cho does phenomenal work and he works with a gentle, kind demeanor that makes dental care easy…. Even for the most anxious patients! Thank you Dr. Cho and the whole team at Smokey Point Smiles!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Very unhappy with this dental office. After a 6 month wait for dentures the bottom plate did not fit right. I had to go to another denturist after getting them. They were too loose & were only hitting my gums In Two spots. I had to have them relined @ $312.00 & refitted. Dr Cho was not capable of making them right & was only interested in doing implants. I guess that’s where the money is! I would not recommend them.

Experiencia negativa: Honestly I was disappointed going here and seeing Dr. Cho. I went in there with abscess and was feeling ill. I need tooth extraction done and antibiotics. The minute I said I was interested in full implants that's all that seem to matter to him. Next thing I know someone was in there talking to me about payment stuff for implants. They were going to send me on my way before anything was done about the immediate issues until I said something. I had a tooth extraction done and I'm pretty sure he left some of the root in there. He also seemed "bothered " that i even requested him to do it(thats what i was there for) I still have problems. Won't be going back there unfortunately..... Now you want me to call back after review? No thank you, it was traumatic experience enough already. People come in there hoping you can help,not make it worse and scared to go back. Besides the fact that I called two times after extraction and no one returned my calls. "Someone will call you back" they said

I have had crowns, implants, extractions over the years and all were successful. Dr. Cho is amazing. My teeth are cleaned regularly and Heidi, the Hygienist is excellent. They are budget friendly and all the staff from front desk to x-rays are very efficient. Highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: The worst dental experience I have ever had and it was for a general cleaning and x-rays. They didn't even clean my teeth, they tried to bully me into getting credit for dental care when I expressed that I could only take care of certain issues right now due to my finances. After the appointment I called them back because the entire appointment seemed so sketchy. They were very rude and gaslight me. I then called my insurance and filed a grievance on them. I then called back to cancel the appointment that was made for a filling and they were extremely rude about that. It feels like a dental mill and they only care about the money.
