Experiencia fantástica: Cascadia Dental is awesome! I found them just out of the blue - lucky for me. The entire staff there, from the office staff to the hygienists and all are so kind and friendly. They always make me comfortable and never make me feel stupid even when I do pretty stupid things lol Dr Adams has totally gone the extra mile for me. I lost one of my front teeth and they've been so understanding of how goofy I looked with that missing tooth. They made sure I had either a flipper or something to hide that empty gap until my implant is ready. I highly recommend Cascadia Dental. They are wonderful.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Adams is the best dentist I have ever had, and I’m 71 years old. I made an appointment with him because my tooth hurt terribly. He asked me if I knew why I was there and I pointed to the wrong tooth. He explained he was working and the upper tooth. I told him that wasn’t the tooth that was causing me so much pain. He examined the tooth that was causing me pain and knew why it would cause me so much pain. He remedied the problem with the tooth then, even though it wasn’t scheduled. He then proceeded to work on the tooth with the cavity. We are so pleased with Dr Adams, his knowledge, empathy, and bedside manner makes going to the dentist a calming experience.

It turned out I needed 2 new crowns, & some fillings -- a cavity had developed under another crown. The entire team was incredibly compassionate, efficient, and professional. They promptly evaluated my teeth, clearly explained my treatment plan, provided detailed estimates showing what my out-of-pocket costs would be, and scheduled the necessary visits at convenient times for me. There were no surprises, and every person I interacted with was gentle, kind, and an excellent communicator. Growing up without regular dental care left me with anxiety and a lot of embarrassment about my teeth. Combined with a few traumatic dental experiences, I used to panic and cry before every appointment, and nitrous was necessary. The team at Cascadia treated me with such warmth, patience, and respect that I actually started feeling at ease before my last visit—and now my teeth are fixed! Thank you, Cascadia, for turning what could have been a stressful month into such a positive experience. I'm truly grateful and recommend you without hesitation!!!

All computers are down. The DDS, David Adams says he can help, but suddenly decides he's not interested, hands me a paper with a referral that had the wrong address on it & i ended up leaving feeling dismissed & angry. I would never recommend Cascadia Dentristy to anyone.

Dr David evaluated the problem with me, listened to all of my questions patiently, and decided to refer me to an endodontist. He prescribed an antibiotic for me and within several hours I had no pain. I highly refer Dr David to all. My own dad was a dentist, and I know what a good dentist is. I know of no one better than Dr Dave in Stanwood. He is the absolute best.

My experience was (and will continue to be) exceptional every step of the way. From making my initial appointment to receiving excellent dental care. The front office desk team is kind, friendly, patient, and was incredibly helpful as we navigated my new insurance plan. Kristie is an outstanding dental hygienist - I had no idea how clean my teeth could really feel! Let me also admit that I get nervous two days ahead of going to the dentist.... Kristie took the time needed to make sure I was comfortable. And when it was going to get a little uncomfortable, she gave me advance warning (!) and made is so much easier. Kudos to Emily too, for making the x-rays as painless as possible too! And then there's Dr. Adams -- lovely, friendly, astute and professional. Experiencia positiva: This was my first visit as a new patient, and the staff and hygienist made a wonderful impression. The front desk was welcoming, and my hygienist was gentle, kind, and thorough — she explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable. My interaction with the dentist, however, felt very different. He introduced himself from behind me while I was sitting upright in the dental chair, which made it difficult to even see him. The chair back was so tall that I had to twist and arch uncomfortably just to make eye contact and shake his hand, which felt awkward and impolite. The exam itself was very brief, with little conversation, and I had to stop him as he was leaving to ask a question since he hadn’t asked if I had any. I’ve already scheduled my next cleaning, as I trust the hygienists and appreciate their care, but if I needed more involved dental work, I would likely look elsewhere.

Dr. Adams also made his usual appearance to inspect a pesky tooth that's been giving me cause concern. Lying in that dental chair has never been a pleasant experience, but Christie and Dr. Adams did their best to put me at ease, answer all my questions, and attend to my dental needs in a thoroughly professional manner. Dr. Adams has grown into his practice in the nicest imaginable way after coming to Stanwood 8 years ago. He treats me like an old friend, and he makes me feel that my old teeth really matter to him. Christie is equally impressive, and she spent more time than usual yesterday, not simply cleaning my teeth, but bringing me up to speed on the latest techniques that could help me keep my teeth strong and healthy. Even though she'd had a long, demanding day, she stayed late to ensure that all my needs were taken care of. Her gentle, knowledgeable, and reassuring manner are a gift to those of us who would rather be anywhere but sitting in the dentist's chair. Latest appointment on July 10th, 2024 for x-rays and a routine dental cleaning: Angela, the receptionist, is very welcoming and makes one feel like family, as the rest of the staff do, too. X-rays are taken with the latest, most comfortable, and lowest radiation. Christie, the dental hygienist, always does a superb, thorough, efficient, and pain-free cleaning while at the same time answering my questions and giving me excellent tips on keeping my teeth healthy. Her amiable, personable manner makes the experience quite pleasant. Dr. Adam’s reassured me about a few changes in my teeth and took time to smooth out a tiny, annoying chip on one tooth. He always has the best needs of the patient in mind without promoting expensive, unnecessary procedures. Previous Appointment: Dr. Adams and his staff are outstanding. I have been his patient for several years, and he always does exactly what is required and nothing unnecessary. My last appointment occurred for a toothache. I called in the afternoon and the staff fitted me in the next morning. All necessary measures were taken to evaluate my pain including an x-ray, the history of the discomfort, adjustment of my night guard, and sensitivity tests. Recommendations were made and a follow up suggested if the situation didn’t resolve. Dr. Adams and his staff exhibit the highest integrity, most effective sanitation techniques, and treat every patient like family. They are also very receptive of insurance coverage, which makes it very easy for the patient. I highly recommend his practice.

I just had a crown completed and two small. cavities all this month August ( I'm a sensitive type person ) Injections were tolerable as can be adjusted to my needs. His dental assistant team is very excellent, attention to details to make it all go smoothly. I refered my partner to Dr Adams this month. And he feels he is on his way to better dental care & learning how to take care of his teeth better . March 25 th had front tooth Chip repaired bonded no injection required on that repair wasn't painful & back large cavity both done in 1 hours time. Felt Completely comfortable during the entire treatment. I think I'm all caught up on my teeth repairs at this time ! After having this last cavity filled. Cleanings are scheduled out for rest of this year ! This dental office uses newest technology and can keep you comfortable during your sessions Even for the anxious types or sensitive types . My teeth feel good ! just bit sleepy headed this eve but took a photo anyway ! Maintaining healthy teeth & gums are a big part of your overall health . I don't like the feeling of anything in my mouth, I tend to take forever/present difficulty achieving a state of numb from anesthetic, and in the past I've unfortunately experienced a few dentists who believed shame to be an effective motivator. When visiting Dr. Adams I experience three things I have come to value in a dentist: judgment free, talented, and fast. His work is top notch and because of his efficient speed I spend as little time in the chair as possible whenever I need a repair. That goes a long way to helping me actually want to go. He's performed two crowns for me - both went flawlessly and incredibly fast. He listens, always makes sure you're comfortable, and will take the extra time to truly ensure anesthetic is working before proceeding. The hygiensts who I've experienced working along side Dr. Adams have likewise been excellent and helped foster a comfortable atmosphere. 5/5 would recommend to anyone, especially those who are just not wired to be comfortable with dentistry to begin with.
