Experiencia positiva: Been a patient of Dr. Nicklas for over 20 years. Always extremely happy with him and now also Dr. Bennett. Hygienists are pleasant and proficient at what they do. For the past couple of years, without explanation, they have gone to making you wait for 9 months for the bi-annual checkup. My insurance pays for 2 visits a year. When questioned I am told I can always call and see if there is a cancellation to get me in earlier. Please explain Dr. Nicklas?

My questions were addressed and a plan was discussed and laid out for my care. Nothing was rushed! I couldn’t ask for better care! From the front desk greeting upon entry, to my exiting, I’d give Nicklas Dental an A+++…

Experiencia fantástica: I haven't been to a dentist in 15 or more yrs because of the bad experiences I have had with previous ones. My daughter told me about the staff at Dr Nicklas's office and how gentle they were. She was so right and Dr. Bennet his hygienic assistant and Denise all have been awesome! I will never go anywhere else for dental care. Denise is great as well with lining my dentures. She is very professional and makes the procedure a pleasant experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Best office, hands down. Bring your family and friends

Experiencia fantástica: I could not ask for a better dental team! I’ve had extensive work done by both doctors and have always felt comfortable before, during, and after each visit. The docs and their staff are always kind and take time to discuss various treatment options and prevention plans. Often times as a patient, I’ve been forced to choose between bedside manner and skill. That has never been the case at this practice, they are the whole package. I never feel like just another number. I wouldn’t dream of going to a different dental office. I already have the best!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was extremely professional. I haven't been to a Dentist that was so detail oriented. I'm glad I found this office.

He and his team are skilled, but more so they care about us as people, not just patients. The community is blessed to have the practice and the people at the office of Dr. Kent Nicklas!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Dr. Nicklas for 25+ years and have always had a good experience, whether I’m there for a cleaning or a dental issue. His referrals, when necessary, are always top notch.

Experiencia fantástica: It’s just the best dental practice. All the staff are professional, kind, in tune with your comfort, alleviate any fear you might have about going to a dentist. I highly recommend this practice. It looks like Dr. Nicklas is gearing up for retirement and Dr. Bennett is just as great as Dr. Nicklas.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough about this office. They are the kindest and most caring staff I have ever met. I have always been nervous about going to the dentist for several reasons and have never had such a positive experience. I have had issues with my front teeth chipping constantly and although I wore braces as a teen for 4 years and I had to invest in Invisalign hoping it would change my issue with breaking my teeth. I honestly had not felt good about myself or smiled in more years than I can count. One day I chipped my front tooth again and decided to call and see if I could get in as a new patient thinking it would be at least a week or two away. The response I got shocked me to say the least. Not only did I get a same day appointment but I spoke to the most caring receptionist I have ever spoke to. I saw Dr. Bennet and his assistant Denise who made me feel like I was the most important person in the entire office! They took their time with me that day and several days after that when I again chipped my front teeth. To make a long story short, because I can’t say enough about them, I can finally smile with confidence for the first time in more than 30 years! If you’ve ever felt like I have do yourself a favor and go see them! You too will be glad you did!

Experiencia fantástica: Great doctors great staff wonderful place always comfortable there

Experiencia fantástica: You will not find a more friendly, caring, knowledgeable, well run office. Everyone of the staff members on up to the doctors are great. It’s unusual in these times to find staff who know what they’re doing. The doctors are very skilled. I am a retired dental hygienist and I come back to Cleveland from out of state because I cannot find an office of this quality where I now live.

Experiencia fantástica: Thorough and thoughtful. I’m a new patient and appreciated the staff, the service and the office environment.

Experiencia fantástica: Always great service. I have been a patient for years. Staff awesome both dentists!
