Andrea, I think. 8/6/25. Chuck 2/9/2026. Same facilities, same staff, same outstanding treatment. I’ll continue to return for those reasons. Chuck 08/17/2026. Same top quality care as always. Chuck

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to Butler dental for about 3 years now. Their staff is very professional as well as friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Butler and crew are very thorough with all aspects of dental care. Courteous and knowledgeable!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service, very professional. They will do everything to make you feel safe and informed during your visit. My oral health has never been better. Updated as of 8/2026 Same great service!

Experiencia fantástica: I came in today for the first time for a cleaning and was very satisfied with the service I was provided. My most recent visit to a dentist office didn’t provide great customer service, and left me with an anxiety and distrust towards them. Those were not issues for me today, as everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful during my visit.

Experiencia fantástica: We love Dr. Butler! It was my daughter’s first pediatric dentist appointment and she had the best experience. Her hygienist was incredibly patient, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Butler is always patient and takes time to ge to know her patients.

Experiencia fantástica: By far the best dental experience I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The office is beautiful, modern, and welcoming, and every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. The exam was thorough, and the cleaning was unlike any I've had before. They used advanced equipment I didn't even know existed, and it made a noticeable difference. The doctor took the time to explain everything and genuinely cared about my dental health. When I left, my teeth had never felt cleaner or looked whiter. You can tell this practice is committed to providing exceptional care with the latest technology. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist who truly goes above and beyond!

Experiencia fantástica: First time at Dr Butler and it was a great experience. The hygentist was very thorough and knowledgable.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Butler, Jamie, and Monica are the very best. When Dr Jankowski retired, I thought I would never find a DDS as good as him. I was so relieved after my first visit with Dr Butler and that I was in good hands. Also grateful that Jamie and Monica were still on staff. Together they are a compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional well oiled machine I haven’t really spent time with the other staff members but I’m sure they are a valuable addition to the Butler Family dentistry. With much gratitude and respect . Janet Hylton

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Dr. Leah Butler, DDS, and her entire team. She is always prompt, gentle, and attentive during my appointments, which makes every visit a comfortable experience. I truly appreciate how organized her office is and how smoothly everything runs. At first, it may seem like there are a lot of staff members, but it’s clear that each person plays an important role in patient care and support. This teamwork is a big part of why the practice operates so efficiently. It’s quite different from the old days of just a dentist, one assistant, and a receptionist—and it’s definitely an improvement. Dr. Butler always takes the time to answer my questions, and I’m impressed by the wide range of skills and techniques she brings to her practice. One of the most fascinating aspects is her use of modern technology. From advanced X-rays to detailed images displayed on a monitor, she helps you actually see and understand what’s happening in your mouth. I also appreciate how quickly my insurance claims are processed and reimbursed, which adds to the overall positive experience. Overall, Dr. Butler and her team provide exceptional care, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental practice.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my very first time at this office. I felt very comfortable with the staff from the minute I walked in. I had a lot of issues to discuss and Dr Butler and her assistant took their time to listen. They were very empathetic and concern about how I felt regarding my smile. When I left the office I felt relieved and happy knowing I was in good hands.

Experiencia fantástica: Jamie did my cleaning and she was just wonderful! Everyone was so pleasant and caring! Dr. Butler was very kind and very detailed! A Great experience!

Experiencia fantástica: May 2026 Appointment. I cannot thank enough to Dr. Butler for returning me my smile. I had a missing #9 with a significantly recessed gumline which required a bridge with pink porcelain to cover the gap between the gums and the tooth. Dr. Butler has done a fantastic job and had a lot of patience and persistence working with the lab that made the bridge to ensure that the teeth and gum color was perfectly matched. I am very happy with the results! I also want to recognize all her staff who are wonderful to work with. Thank you Dr. Butler. Sincerely Laslo Earlier this year... Today's procedure was to fill in a gap between a temporary bridge and the receded gums after a tooth extraction. This gap was pretty ugly, large and was giving me problems with my speach as well as during the meals. And while this was just a temp solution till get my permanent bridge, Dr. Butler amazed me because what she did required a bit of artistic touch which she clearly has. It is apparent that she loves what she does and that she cares for her patients. I am an extremely picky person with very high expectations and Dr. Butler significantly exceeded them today. Wow! Additionally, her pleasant personality, attention to the smallest details and efficiency are qualities that are not easy to find. Thank you Dr. Butler and I am looking forward for our next appointment. Sincerely Laslo

Experiencia fantástica: Just good, old fashioned service. Everyone there seemed to really enjoy working there. It’s kind of hard to put into words. You just have to experience it for yourself. Yes, it’s just a Dental office, but being around happy people makes you forget why you’re there.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Butler and her team are incredibly kind and have done such a great job making my fillings look natural :) I’d highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: I was coming from Dr. Sharkey’s office, whose been my dentist since I was a kid and I love him so much, so I genuinely didn’t believe that I could like a dental group more since my previous experience has been so positive, but I am so GRATEFUL Dr Butler and her team have taken over Dr Sharkey’s patient load. Everyone was incredibly kind, the exam was thorough and everything was well explained. They provide patient accommodations and I even had warm towels placed on my face for the cleaning like it was a spa??? The office vibes were also great—comfortable, clean, and not “dentist-y” (I feel like you all know what I mean by that). I had questions about Invisalign and my teeth crowding and Dr Butler and her team explained everything from procedure to insurance/payment options. Nothing was pushed on me, all of it was just informational. I would recommend this group to anyone and everyone—I’m going to try to get my fiancé to go here as well.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire Staff at Dr. Butler’s office are very professional and helpful. They all do a great job and you can tell they care about you as their patient. Jamie congratulations on your upcoming retirement! You will be greatly missed and God Bless You and Your Family on your next phase of life.

They were double booked but she checked with Dr. Butler and I was able to get in for a quick consult with Dr. Butler. I can't be thankful enough of their support and attention to detail.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time going to a new dentist after my dentist retired. Butler Family Dentistry was a very clean facility with a staff that you could tell had a passion for their work. The dentist is usually my least favorite doctor to go to, but my experience at Butler Family Dentistry has since changed that.

Experiencia fantástica: Butler Family Dentistry is a top notch and caring business. Always on time, the latest equipment, friendly and professional staff. Check them out if your looking for a quality and fairly priced dental practice.

Experiencia fantástica: I originally picked Butler Family Dentistry because it was in my insurance plan and close to home. I had no idea how much going here was going to change my life for the better. Dr. Butler discussed my goals and recommended at home bleaching instead of in-office brightening treatments. My teeth are noticeablely whiter. I now proudly smile in pictures for the first time ever. My teeth are whiter than when I was a child and healthy. Life changing!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Always enjoy seeing the wonderful staff and always feel very welcome at each appointment. Everyone takes care of every detail to make sure you are completely comfortable and understand all steps of the X-rays and cleaning.

Experiencia fantástica: All great. Dr Butler was awesome! Alexis too. Thank you.

I had the most thorough cleaning and I left with no question unanswered. Everyone looks so happy to be working there. Dr. Butler was great, definitely recommending to everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Went for my first preventative care visit at Dr. Butler's office after my dentist retired. Office was clean, bright & cheery along with all staff members. Donna did a great job at air cleaning my teeth instead of polishing them which I told her made my teeth feel like pearls they were so smooth. Met Dr. Butler for the first time & I was very impressed with her & her state of the art office. Thank you for making me feel so welcome & I look forward to going back.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and kids have been going to Dr. Butler for years. With a large family like ours, we've been there multiple times, for multiple reasons. We have yet to have one bad experience! I, myself, hadn't been to the dentist in years (my own choosing). I was afraid of being judged so I put it off. After hearing how wonderfully my family had been treated I decided to bite the bullet and go for myself. I was so anxious before I went! When I left my appointment I felt so silly for waiting so long for fear of what they would say or being scolded. Audra and Dr. Butler treated me with nothing but kindness! I haven't had Jamie but my family all adores her! Monica, the receptionist, has always been so lovely to my family. She goes above and beyond to answer any questions you may have and to set up your future appointments to keep you on a healthy path. It's rare to have so many experiences with a place and not have something negative to say but I can honestly say we've had nothing but positive experiences here (and trust me, with a family of six, we have had our fair share of appointments over the years ha). If you're looking for a clean, fairly priced, judgement free, welcoming dentist then your search is over!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellant care and excellant service. So very happy with Butler Family Dentistry. Thank you Leah and all of your staff!

Experiencia fantástica: I've known Monica and Jamie for years but Dr Butler took over the practice several years ago. We drive an hour from the Mentor area to keep coming here after we moved. Recently had a cleaning and one filling replaced. It was comfortable and the new filling is perfectly comfortable! All good from my view!
