I also didn't expect my porcelain crown to be made in the office at the time of my visit. I have a lot of PTSD from growing up in the dental chair. I am the guardian of a special needs adult with sensory issues and intellectual disabilities. It is always difficult to find a medical or dental practice that knows how to relate to him with kindness, patience, and understanding. Smiling Dental, from the administrative staff to the dental techs and dentist, always treated him well. My brother was always excited to go to the dentist (a sentiment I never shared in my own dental journey!). He acted like he was going to go see friends. He was empowered to take care of his teeth in a way he could understand and thanks to them, he never had a cavity. For those who do not have a special needs family member this review might seem effusive in praise, but it is just the reality. For families like ours finding an excellent dental practice like this is like finding a treasure. I highly recommend them to everyone for good dental care in a warm and friendly environment. If you have anxiety or special needs related to your dental care, give them a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Finally, for those without dental insurance, they have a reasonably priced membership, which enabled my brother to have a form of dental coverage for many years before I could secure formal dental insurance for him. It was a huge blessing.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Smiling Patient Dental Care since December 2023, when my wife recommended them as I had a toothache at the site of a previous implant and my prior dentist had retired. My wife had raved about Dr. Bianca Malin and Smiling Patient Dental Care for many years. Dr. Malin took an Xray and diagnosed an infection that had caused severe bone degeneration and referred me to oral surgeon Barry Cherny. Dr. Cherny removed the failed implant and installed a double implant and bridge that solved my problem. Since then, I have had several thorough cleanings by multiple highly skilled dental hygienists and two crowns installed by Dr. Rizna Hakimiyan, who like Dr. Malin, is an outstanding dentist. The supporting staff led by Office Manager Alex Dotvinnik is very friendly and efficient. I very highly recommend Smiling Patient Dental Care.
