I did not feel a single thing during the 2 hour procedure. At one point, I almost fell asleep while the procedure was in process! Even after the novocaine wore off, I felt no soreness or pain from the needles. Melina was the assistant, and together they made for a great experience that was totally a non-event for me. This is a perfect case of the apple falling very very close to the tree. As a father, I know that Dr. Tom and his wife are extremely proud of Dr. Ellie Meyer! Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to the Meyer Dental Group since Jerry Meyer was still practicing. Jerry, Tom, and Ellie have all taken excellent care of my teeth. When Tom took over the practice, he took the lead in state-of-the-art technology, giving his patients confidence that they were getting the most advanced care and teaching them how to respond to it. For example, clearing water from our mouths required us to suck in a straw-like instrument; we were becoming state-of-the-art patients. I've been through teeth cleaning, root canal, and implants and all the while Tom and his staff has been the most caring group imaninable. They make you feel comfortable without losing any of their natural professionalism. This makes going to the dentist like visiting old friends. One of my last experiences was having bonding replaced. This Ellie did and she couldn't have done a more perfect job. So, I need to include artistry as another quality Meyer Dental excells at. But let me end with their most important aspect: you are family whether you're greeted by Tom's beautiful wife Padra or any others on staff, you're at a bright and clean place surrounded by people who are not only experts in their field, but people who are kind and happy. Can't ask for more. And don't forget, I'm talking about being at the dentist!

They always have the newest products & services in dental care, & continue to educate themselves about those services. I am always greeted by many smiling faces when I walk in to their very calming dental office & they always ask me how I am doing. My appointments are almost always on time & they make sure that I am comfortable when I sit in the dental chair. I appreciate that they bill my insurance for the services that I have done. Sometimes it takes me a while to get out of the office because I am talking with the staff, sharing about our families & stories about our lives. I may not always look forward to the dental procedures that I need to have done, but I always look forward to my interactions with the staff. The apple does not fall far from the tree as his daughter, Doctor Ellie, was rushed into service as a piece of my crown had chipped off over the weekend. Doctor Ellie was extremely professional and very calming throughout the entire process. She removed what was left of the old crown, created a new crown and placed it perfectly within my smile. Experiencia fantástica: Okay I’ve been waiting until I had time to write this review because I wanted to really detail how amazing my experience was! I live in the Beverly area of Chicago, which is over an hour (and even longer during rush hour) away from the office. People thought I was crazy for driving that far to go to the dentist, but it’s honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the entire staff with friendly, inviting smiles. I was even given a tour of the office—something I’ve never experienced before at a dental practice! They showed me different parts of the facility without disrupting other patients, which was such a thoughtful and unique touch. And this is before I even get to the incredible dental work! I had been dealing with severe pain and was desperately seeking answers and alternative options. Not only did I find relief, but I also gained a wealth of knowledge about oral health during my initial appointment. I was even able to see the inside of my mouth, which completely changed my understanding of everything dentists have been telling me for years—especially about flossing! I’d been with my previous dentist for 12 years and still think he’s amazing, but I had no hesitation in making the switch to the Meyer group! The level of care, professionalism, and education they provide is unmatched. It’s worth every mile of the drive, and I couldn’t be happier to be in such capable hands!

All three individuals are truly special, genuinely kind, with all exuding the utmost professionalism. With regular cleanings three times per year, our dental hygienist Alysa equally provides superior service with every visit. Her effervescent smile, exact precision and genuine professionalism is appreciated and valued. With such an outstanding dental team in place - and offering + delivering consistent, superior dental services - it is not at all surprising that The Meyer Dental Group is expanding with new team members. In support of Dr. Tom, his daughter - and newest dentist - Dr. Ellie has joined the practice, along with several new hygienists. We, as patients, are excited for all within the office. Now, Dr. Tom's daughter has joined the practic. It's amazing how pleased we have been with how amiable every staff member is, as well as knowledgeable and efficient.
