Experiencia fantástica: Zoe was very pleasant Very satisfied with her service

Experiencia fantástica: EVERYONE was so EXTRAORDINARILY nice and respectful and made me feel very comfortable and safe and welcomed into the practice. Kendra Nelsen My next appt involved ALOT of work (3hrs for a 4-part crown and a cleaning) and the entire time of the cleaning Madison & Elizabeth were especially careful and communicated constantly so I'd know what was going to happen and then checking in with me to see if I needed a break. The instant they noticed I squeezed my eyes or otherwise indicated sensitivity they stopped and eased the sensitive places with topical or pressure. It was the most thorough and caring cleaning I've ever had. Then Dr Parker was so careful and gentle yet thorough in doing the very involved and physical (for him) work of preparing my teeth/roots for the 4 crowns. He was exceptionally attentive to detail getting an exact fit for the crowns all the while checking in to see how I was feeling. And even the staff who didn't work directly with me that day came in to say hi and see how I was doing. And Laura is a tremendous help with the insurance and Jamie was really patient and helpful getting my next appointments set up for my date/time preferences. For the first time in my 66 years I feel totally at ease and confident and safe at the dentist! They are AWESOME AMAZING folks! Thanks soooo much---Kendra Nelsen

Experiencia fantástica: I am satisfied with the service in the clinic of Dr. Richard A. Parker. The professionalism of the specialists and the attentive attitude of the staff help me overcome my problems.

Experiencia fantástica: Don't cancel an appointment or you will have to wait 6 months for a reschedule. Happened to me per Mother being hospitalized the day before my Dental thus canceled and rescheduled...hoping for something sooner but wasn't meant to be, bummer. All the Hygienist are wonderful...over the last 25+ years of going here, there is quite the turnover on Hygienist but the new hires are always exceptional. Dr. Parker is my favorite Dentist. He always tells you what he's doing, he's gentle yet firm and a great professional! A wonderful Dental practice, highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Always a nice experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Top-notch and pain-free experience! Excellent as always.

Experiencia negativa: I wish I could provide a better review, but my experience was not good. After a very difficult procedure of having an inlay removed and a crown placed in August 2024, the crown hurt a lot. I returned in September 2024 to have it adjusted, but the crown never stopped hurting. That December, I had dental surgery on that tooth and the resulting costs were high. The endodontist said that the tooth had been cracked when it was crowned. I sent the records for the additional procedures with a letter to Dr. Parker's office 5/18/25, and followed up with a phone call. My letter requested that Dr. Parker write off the remaining $246 bill on the crown for that tooth and that if they were unable to do so, for them to call me back and let me know they would not. A month later, I called them, assuming they had agreed to write it off. The person on the phone had no idea what happened and made no effort to find out. I meant nothing at all to them except for the remainder of money they could collect from me. What a disappointing experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Very satisfied with my experience at Dr. Parker‘s office. Very efficient, got me in and out in a timely manner, and all of the staff were very professional and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Dr. Parker for years. He is gentle and efficient. The support staff are also 100! Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Very good experience. Everyone was pleasant and professional!
