Dental Solutions

Experiencia fantástica: I called for. Emergency appointment & they got me right in and the receptionists are very helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had a wonderful experience every time I visit this clinic. The entire staff is warm, friendly, and genuinely cares about their patients. Dr. Pimentel is incredibly accommodating and always takes the time to explain what is truly best for you. Their focus is on providing quality care, not on financial gain like some other clinics. What makes this clinic special is how they treat every patient with kindness, respect, and compassion. They make you feel like family rather than just another patient. I highly recommend this clinic to my colleagues, friends, and, of course, my family. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so genuinely cared for. I truly feel like I found my second home.

Experiencia fantástica: Very Professional, Very Knowledgeable, Extremely Helpful with everything

Experiencia fantástica: Dental Solutions is the best dental care around! The entire staff is so friendly and caring. Dr. Elias is the best in the business. My children look forward to their visits and I couldn’t be happier with our family dentist. I highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Elias Pimentel and his staff are very professional, thoughtful, kind, patient and gentle. Dr. Pimentel is very thorough and is receptive to my individual needs. The office is very clean and the examining room is well sanitized, pristine and spotless. I feel very comfortable and assured that Dr. Elias Pimentel and his dental hygienists consider the importance of our safety and put our health first. I am so grateful to have a dentist that is so caring and supportive. Thank you Dr. Elias Pimentel.

Experiencia negativa: New patient? Look elsewhere. I came here because of all the great reviews. Unfortunately, I’m assuming only existing patients get a great experience. Zoom Whitening - I was told 2 visits are included. When I went for my second visit, they ONLY tried to sell me the at home kit. My next visit started 45 min late forcing me to schedule a 2nd appointment, but his next patient appointment started right on time. 2nd appointment, “all set!” after 18 minutes. I was not even offered a mirror in the exam room and had to use the only mirror available in the dim hallway nor did I have the opportunity to have dialogue about the final result. That’s what I had to schedule a whole different appointment for?! Yup, that actually happened. Lastly, during one of my visits, I was given a prescription. I had to call the office 2x over the next week to remind them to send the prescription. What doctor prescribes something, then just never submits to a pharmacy until you call the office twice, finally expressing serious concern about their organization? My first two appointments, the regular cleaning and 1st Zoom appointment, went well. It went downhill pretty fast from there. People are nice enough. But the care leaves a lot to be desired. Save yourself the disappointment and look for another dental practice.

Experiencia fantástica: I’d like to start by saying what a beautiful experience I had from Rachel accepting my call as I did not know where else to turn as my daughter experienced Great pain on tooth number 19 especially. As I enter to the office, Natalie, Rachel, beautiful welcoming spirits, as well as professional, BRENDA & Johanna, and of course doctor Elias beautiful human beings and very skilled, comforting as well; 10 out of 10. My daughter Alana was afraid to go through this whole experience of her tooth being pulled, but again everyone’s comforting spirits and calmness gave her trust and comfort before hand. I would definitely give them a 10 out of 10 as they also invited my daughter Alexa to come in and say hello as she is beginning her journey in school to become a dental hygienist.

Experiencia fantástica: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend Dr. Pimentel and His Incredible Team! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Pimentel and his amazing staff, especially Olga and Jay! From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for—not just as a patient, but as a person. After receiving some devastating news from my former dentist—someone I had trusted for years—I felt uneasy and even questioned whether they had my best interests at heart. A friend recommended Dr. Pimentel for a second opinion, and I am so grateful I went. Dr. Pimentel’s professionalism, honesty, and genuine care immediately impressed me. He took the time to explain everything, and it was clear that his priority was my health, not my wallet. Olga and Jay were equally warm, supportive, and attentive, making what could have been a stressful experience completely stress-free. Even though his office is a 45-minute drive for me, I have decided to leave my former dentist and stay with Dr. Pimentel’s practice—because true, patient-centered care like this is rare and worth every mile. I finally feel like I’m in good hands! If you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares and a team that makes you feel like family, I cannot recommend Dr. Pimentel and his staff enough!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Elias is the best dentist I have ever had to deal with, had an emergency today with a tooth infection , he was fully booked and still took me in on his busy schedule to make sure i didn't have to deal with it all weekend the procedure he performed was painless and quick comfort was his main concern for me deff found my new dentist thanks Doc

Experiencia fantástica: My hygienist, although I didn’t get her name, was super gentle to my sensitive teeth which is much appreciated!! The doctor was personable and took his time. No rushing. Would highly recommend. So glad to have found great a dentist or myself and my family.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an amazing first visit. Dr Pimentel and his staff were friendly, professional, and very caring. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: Elias is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had. I’ve had a slew of dental issues over the years, many of which came from not so great dental work… I’ve trusted my teeth with many “well respected” doctors, and have now had to go back and correct a lot of older work in addition to addressing new problems. Elias and his team have been beyond friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. He approaches his work from a big picture view, not just addressing the specific problem in question but how it relates to the rest of the teeth. Every visit has been quick and painless which to someone who’s had severe anxiety going to the dentist, is extremely appreciated. I never feel nervous or uncomfortable walking into his office which is a first for me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
